I stayed in the capsule and it was very clean and the hater in the room is warm enough. It's 10-15mins walk from the airport and I did that in the mid night. Feel abit lost but it s not too bad. Since there were only 3 of us in the room and it s quiet. Toilet and shower room are cleaned and warm enough.

Excellent location to explore Christchurch attractions. Very clean and well appointed room for an excellent price (I was wondering what It may be getting into). The room quality was a 3+ star for US standards. The only negative is the lack of parking (only offstreet parking or may have to drive a block away for parking). The clean room, friendly staff and excellent location and the overall niceness of Christchurch and it's people in general made us quickly get over the initial stress of trying to find a place to park. Beds comfortably, clean tidy, quiet rooms, very central location to CBD, staff helpful and friendly, facilities good, good resteraunt food for dinner and good breakfast buffet. Rooms and bathroom acceptable size for solo business trip. A tall person might not like the bed set up. The quality of the room service food could be improved soggy toasted sandwich and over cooked pizza pricey for what I got. All in all great 2 night stay. Suited my requirements

The good: location, comfort. The not-so-good: The room is a little dated and some of the kitchenware had not been washed well. The great: service and staff. They’re really friendly snd helpful!

The Central Business district location, coupled with the fantastic array of shopping and dining options mere meters away, truly made my experience enjoyable. I must commend your front desk team for their warm and friendly service throughout my stay. They were attentive and accommodating, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. However, I regret to share that my experience with the housekeeping teams left me feeling disappointed. My Friend and I had made a specific and personal request, both directly with the housekeeping staff and through the front desk, to have our room cleaned during our stay. Unfortunately, upon returning to our room, we were shocked to find a ”do not disturb” tag hanging on the door, indicating that the room had not been attended to. I understand that errors can occur in any establishment, and I believe this was a process oversight rather than a deliberate neglect. Nevertheless, I felt the need to bring this matter to your attention. These small irritants can have a lasting impact on a guest's experience, and I sincerely hope that your management will take this feedback constructively to prevent such incidents in the future. I truly enjoyed my overall stay at your hotel, but I believe that addressing such issues will elevate your services to an even higher level of excellence. Il giorno dopo Glenna dal testo del motel mi dica che avrei bisogno di cancellare la mia prenotazione perché hanno un minimo di 4 notti di soggiorno in quel periodo. Lei ha accusato tutto su booking.com che potevo prenotare quella data e non si è mai assunto alcuna responsabilità. Mi è stato fatto sentire come se avessi fatto qualcosa di sbagliato? ! Le condizioni e le condizioni hanno chiaramente detto che se annullassi non riceverei un rimborso. Ma mi ha chiesto di annullare la mia fine (probabilmente per risparmiare su un onore che riceverebbe da booking.com). Ho detto che pensavo che la prenotazione dovesse ancora essere onorata nelle circostanze. Ha rifiutato e poi annullato la prenotazione dalla fine. La stanza era molto confortevole e pulita. buone strutture. TV era sorprendente. Molti da scegliere da esso. Microonde per cucina fornita. Frigorifero anche. Lavanderia se necessario e tutto gratuito! Il personale era sorprendente. Così molto accogliente. Ascoltare tutte le vostre esigenze e correre con tutte le vostre esigenze. Equipe molto amichevole. Le letti sono molto comodi. Situato a passeggiata dall'ospedale e molti posti per mangiare intorno anche. Un centro commerciale non è lontano. I prezzi per soggiornare erano eccellenti.

Booked 1 night accommodation through an on-line booking site (Expedia). Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking in that they hadn't included my child in the booking so the accommodation booked (motel room) could only accommodate 2 people. Thankfully the staff were fantastic and managed to find us an alternative option for no extra cost. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic and the place has undergone a massive upgrade since we last stayed here in 2011. The cabin was clean, cosy and we had everything we needed for our staff. Great BBQ available outside of the cabin which we made use of for dinner & brekkie and location is superb. An adventure when travelling with a 6 year old as accommodation felt very safe. (lots of families around due to scholl holidays). Easy 5 min stroll to Tekapo Hot Springs. Would recommend and advise to just book directly with the accommodation rather than an on-line secondary service.

Posso vedere stelle dal mio giardino di notte.La zona circostante è una zona di raccolta di hotel, ma posso passare un tempo tranquillo, che mi fa sentire rassicurato. La stanza è molto pulita, ci sono due bagni e due bagni, e la sala è molto grande.Ho un pannolino interno, quindi ho passato un po'di tempo per cambiare le mutande, ma penso che sarebbe meglio se la larghezza del pavimento fosse un po'piu' grande.Ho passato un bel tempo.Grazie mille.

Wow. Thought everything looked okay, until i had a proper look, apon arrival staff were not easily accessible and no where to be seen. Looking further into the room first off and the most important to note the curtains along with the windows were moldy!!!!! And had yellow stains on them! In the kitchen nothing matched not the cutlery cups etc along with sugar salt + pepper being in werid different containers. The shower still had bits of hair in it from the previous person, the roof was dirty and the door had a big dirty brown discoloured patch on it. While showering i also noticed that all three vents/ fans in the bathroom were full of dust, and the place i can see definitely needs a deep clean and vacuum!! Sadly that was not all. I know that its a little cheaper than other places but i still expect a high level of cleanliness especially as I’m paying to feel comfortable and stay here. The only really good things i have to say is the room, kitchen and bathroom are a good size, the owner i assume was nice when i saw them, there is free wifi and parking and the room was quite warm overnight. Personally wouldn’t stay again if i could help it

We always opt to stay in hotels when on holiday as the accommodation is all part of the holiday for us, however we had no choice this time as we were travelling with a school group for a tournament. We booked a 'Cozy Cabin'. Next time we visit Christchurch, Tasman Holiday Park will be our first choice! I was impressed from start to finish - from arriving to a beautifully clean and modern reception area that looked more like it belonged in a resort than in a campground through to every other detail. Staff: customer service at its finest. Every staff member we came into contact with was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room: our cabin was so clean - again it felt more like a motel than a campground! We had two bedrooms, a small kitchenette with everything you need, small lounge area and a private bathroom which was immaculate. Extras: our 12 year old loved being able to hire go karts, swim, jump on the bouncy cushion and play in the arcade. As we were staying with other kids from his school, they had so much to do! Location: Brilliant. Far enough away from the city to not feel 'busy' but close enough to be there within a 10 minute drive.

Great motel, good location & fantastic helpful and sweet host, Rose. We stayed at Admiral Hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s very clean and nice rooms with everything you need; big kitchen with supplies, nice bed and great shower. The hotel is located near city center and only takes 10-15 minutes walk. But the best thing about this hotel is the owner Rose. She is the much loving women, who did everything in her power to let us have the best vacation ever! From we stepped into her motel we felt at home. And even her husband Terry, showed us great hospitality. We can’t thank them enough. All our best recommendations to Admiral Hotel!

L'igiene è molto pulita 2.Nuovo apparecchiature di casa supernuova TV grande completamente nuova condizionamento d'aria. 3.Il proprietario della casa può dare intimamente al grande tovagliolo per vedere l'aria stellare utilizzata a mezzanotte. 4. La posizione geografica è buona, l'astronave è facile da vedere, e il meteorologio è visto 🌠 Non soddisfatto del luogo 1. Il letto sarà rumore, un rumore di giro è molto grande, ostacola il sonno. 2.Costruire una nuova stanza alla porta e iniziare l'opera a 8am di mattina 3. L'effetto di isolamento sonoro non è buono, la strada di marcia è chiara e chiara a mezzanotte.

The oldest hotel at Tekapo and very close to Shepherds Church. Don't worry about the hotel is sharply, it's classic rather. I like it. England classic style. Overall I have a memorable stay here.

Great location and apartment. The place is very well kept and totally comfortable for the whole family!

We chose the upstairs family room with a view, we were not disappointed, a view straight down the lake, wow. The beds were comfortable, we had enough room for all of us, kitchen was adequate and the large bathroom was good. The lady in reception was very helpful with recommendations for dinner, breakfast, activities not just in Tekapo but around the MacKenzie Country. We have recommended this place to family and friends already, you will not be disappointed.

What an amazing place! This is a new property located about half a mile up from the village of Tekapo with lovely views over the mountains. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and were bowled over by how well equipped it was, how new and clean everything was and how the owner had clearly labelled where things were. The bathroom (shower only) was terrific and clean and big. The living area had a kitchen with a hob, microwave (no oven), fridge, coffee table, settee, desk for working, dining table, large screen TV, excellent free Wi-Fi and good heating. There were also lots of storage areas. The bedroom had a good double bed in it. Free car parking outside. Altogether a lovely place - and good value, although quite pricy at £315 for two nights.

Twizel is very much a summer destination so the hotel offers accommodation only We were warmly welcomed and immediately told that neither the restaurant nor the bar would be open. As Twizel was just our overnight stop on our way from Christchurch to Queenstown this was not a major issue. It became no issue at all when it was pointed out that Poppies cafe and restaurant was just across the street from the hotel We were given a local map and we were recommended a restaurant for our evening meal a short drive away. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is away from the town centre so it was very quiet. We got a good night's sleep. Poppies lived up to its billing and the brunch set us up for the day's drive. While I have deducted one star for the lack of onsite catering it was not an issue for us. I would certainly be happy to return to the hotel in the summer and stay for a few days to explore the town and its surroundings.
