Love this hotel! Mt Fuji view is totally worth it for that sunrise moment! Also, with the onsen is just perfect! Nearby Hotel is Fuji Q highland station (6 mins walk) so it is convenient to explore around. Just check google map for the next upcoming train and you’ll be able to plan your schedule. Highly recommended even if you didnt rent a car here.

Great spot - a few minutes walk to the lake. From there you can take some nice Fuji montain photos. Hotel itself clean. Good selection for breakfast. And the most important - free coffee :)

Was very clean and super comfortable. As a German, I can’t complain at all. Recommend this hotel for everyone who want to stay in a clean and comfortable hotel with onsen.

Walking distance (around 400m?) has 24hrs convenient store. The room is very spacious. Sadly I didn't manage to see Mt.Fuji from the room the day I went, but they do provide a Mountain View Room. No issue with all the services. No issue for those who cant speak Japanese, they can communicate in both English and Mandarin here. For the bicycle rental price, it is 1000yen for 2hrs. But do note that they didn't provide a private bathroom, it is a public bathroom (Not a concern for me, but for those who prefer a better privacy do note about this) A lot of plugs in the room. Didn't face any issue with this stay. Can earn my 5-stars rating.

Had an amazing time at Godere Hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff are super kind and respectful. The view from the glamping tent is amazing with a private onsen that overlooks lake Yamanaka and mount fuji. The staff made our experience really smooth and unforgettable and even offered to drive us to the bus stop when they figured we didn’t have a car. Will definitely be back again as soon as we could.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days and liked everything. The hotel has its own distinctive vibe. It reminded of the hotels from the movie ”The Shining” or ”Twin Peaks”. The rooms are very cozy, but at the same time spacious. And most importantly, we liked how the proprietress and you helped with everything and were very responsive. They also helped us with the transfer, for which special thanks. Well, there are many other things I liked: renting bikes is a real treat, it was very convenient to get around; breakfast is delicious and filling. If you want to stay in the Fuji area, you won't find a better option than this hotel.

Location wise this hotel is very conveniently placed from the nearby station. The station will give you a quick and easy access to Bus services to get you around the area and also back to Tokyo. The hotel rooms look a little bit dated in terms of aesthetic but still comfortable. Front desk service is very helpful and free. Breakfast in the morning is very nice too. 

Impeccable service from all hotel staff, perfect view of Mount Fuji from our room window, delicious breakfast. In front of the hotel is Lake Kawaguchiko and a wonderful park called Yagisaki.

Grande posizione con autobus fermato proprio davanti a noi. Abbiamo avuto la vista del lago, che era anche molto bello. Colazione era buona, cena bbq era grande. Il personale era molto gentile e utile. Mangiamo meno carne di bovino, e hanno potuto organizzare più pollo per noi il giorno dopo. Non potevo provare il bagno pubblico e il gusto del vino per i bambini. L'unica cosa non era il servizio di lavanderia disponibile. In generale era una grande soggiorno. Grazie!

La stanza è pulita e pulita, in stile caldo. Il capo ha un'interazione molto entusiasta con il software di traduzione quando si accede. Se posso chiamare il negozio alla stazione del lago di Riveraway in giapponese, andrò a Marathon la mattina dopo e farò consegnare il capo alla stazione del lago di Riveraway. La gente è fantastica!
