I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. One of the best things about this place is its location—it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. Even though it’s close to the station, the room was quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely come back again.

L'hotel vende alcuni souvenir nella hall, il che è piuttosto interessante. La camera era un po' trasandata, infatti al mio arrivo c'erano già alcuni oggetti rotti. I servizi sono piuttosto standard, anche se ho dovuto pagare una ”tassa per le terme” di 150 yen a notte per persona. La vista dalla camera è comunque incredibile: il Monte Fuji che si erge sopra una foresta. Che meraviglia svegliarsi con una vista mozzafiato! Il parcheggio aveva posti a sufficienza, anche se sono rimasto sorpreso di trovarlo pieno una sera, dato che la fine di gennaio dovrebbe essere bassa stagione. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche diversi grandi negozi, come un supermercato, ottimo per fare la spesa a prezzi accessibili! (Anche da lì si gode di una bella vista sul Monte Fuji).

Hotel in stile giapponese. Un po' vecchio e fuori moda, ma lo trovo affascinante, con tatami, futon e armadio come quelli dove dorme Doraemon. Se arrivate alla stazione dopo le 15:00, potete chiamare l'hotel per un servizio di trasferimento gratuito, che dura solo 10-15 minuti. Avevamo una camera al 10° piano, quindi bisogna camminare un po' dall'edificio principale alla nostra camera, ma lì va bene, con una splendida vista sul Fuji e sul lago. La camera era carina, in stile giapponese, come se avessi mai letto nei manga. La nostra tariffa includeva colazione e cena. Poi ci hanno organizzato il tutto all'orario che preferivamo. Cibo eccellente e servizio superlativo! Anche se parlano solo giapponese al 99%, il servizio è straordinario. Non perdetevi nemmeno l'onsen, un'esperienza fantastica per fare il bagno con vista. An Unexpected Gem – One of the Best Resorts We’ve Ever Stayed At We booked this resort near Mount Fuji very late, and we were really worried because almost everything was already sold out. But it turned out to be one of the most wonderful stays we’ve ever had on any of our trips to Japan. The resort has several staff members who speak Vietnamese, and they helped us so much. Every time we needed to go somewhere, the shuttle bus took us to the station—even the times when I requested it late without booking an hour in advance, they still tried their best to arrange a pickup. Their kindness truly showed how much they care about their guests. From the driver to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and always smiling. They were genuinely adorable and made us feel so welcomed. Our room was a huge surprise: a massive apartment-style space with four beds even though there were only two of us, plus two bathrooms. Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The resort is located in a large forest, so the moment you step inside, you can smell the gentle scent of pine wood everywhere. The atmosphere feels grounding and refreshing—as if the Earth itself is recharging you. One of the best parts is that they have dedicated areas for pets. I got to play with some of the guests’ pets, and it was honestly such a sweet experience. Breakfast was delicious every morning, in a very authentic Japanese style. I went down for breakfast every day, and the dining area has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji—I even recorded some stunning videos there. I never imagined I would be able to book a resort this amazing. It seems like it has been operating for many years, with a rustic and warm charm that I absolutely fell in love with. Down at the reception area, they also sell all kinds of Mount Fuji souvenirs. When you’re out sightseeing in the Fuji area, you tend to buy a lot of souvenirs and snacks, which makes your bags very heavy—but the resort sells everything right there. I compared the prices, and they were actually much cheaper than the tourist spots, so we bought all our gifts there. Super convenient! I genuinely want to come back to this resort for future trips. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I absolutely adore it. Highly, highly recommended.

There are Chinese calligraphy artworks displayed inside, which feels really warm. The dining area is spacious, equipped with an ice maker and microwave. Instant noodles are available for purchase, and a 7-Eleven is around a 10-minute walk away. The view is amazing. I just checked in tonight and I’m really looking forward to seeing the snow scenery of Mount Fuji tomorrow morning. I will share photos later. The lighting design of the villa is wonderful. The owner is from Zhejiang and very helpful. When traveling overseas, mobile signal can be unstable, so we can only communicate via messages. The owner replies quickly and provides precise information, which is such a big plus. The room is large and immaculate, all furniture looks new. This is the first time I have seen such a spacious bathroom in Japan, I absolutely love it! Kettle and all bathroom facilities are fully provided, making the stay really pleasant. Location is good. Remember to stay in a room with view to the Fuji Mt and the Lake. Early morning you will see the nice view in front of your room window. Cleanliness is ok. Breakfast don’t have too much choice but have the is ok, acceptable.

L'hotel si trova non molto lontano dalla stazione di Kawaguchiko e molto vicino a un caffè halal (per i viaggiatori musulmani). È molto comodo. La nostra camera ha due finestre, dalla prima si vede il lago Kawaguchiko e dall'altra il monte Fuji. La camera è in stile giapponese, piuttosto vecchia, con TV, frigorifero e tatami piuttosto comodi. È comunque una camera molto vecchia. Ma è pulitissima. L'unico inconveniente è che il bagno non ha il bidet, a differenza della maggior parte degli hotel in Giappone. Abbiamo scelto una camera senza colazione, quindi non sapevamo come fosse il cibo lì. Kawaguchiko è molto affollata di turisti, non è una città tranquilla.

Traditional Japanese hot spring hotel with beautiful lake side view and experienced front desk. The hotel is located just near the famous Tenjozan cable car station and quite easy to access to other attraction site on foot or by riding a bicycle. A 90 min all-you-can-eat hot pot buffet is provided during the stay as well as the delicate Japanese style breakfast. Hot spring can be found in each guest room and on the 2nd floor for public use as well. Overall, I am quite happy with my visit to the Breezy Bay hotel.

For some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking). Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people. There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy. The view from the villa was great! The beds were nice! Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe! The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry. Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in. The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!
