Il bellissimo hotel si è ritirato da una passeggiata di 10 minuti a piedi a una spiaggia stupenda. La stanza era pulita, il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Un bellissimo scacchio di spiaggia entro dieci minuti a piedi. Avremmo dovuto stare più a lungo, ma l'hotel non poteva offrirci un altro balcone. Prenoteremo in anticipo la prossima volta.

Hotel bellissimo con un servizio incredibile. Non sulla spiaggia, ma un grande servizio di navetta alla spiaggia e delizioso cibo. Struttura infinita piscina

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные! Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!!
Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания:
1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣
2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.
3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

La struttura ospita anche un bar semi-sommerso, una piscina separata per bambini, campi da badminton e piste ciclabili.
Al ristorante Sake assisterete alla preparazione di pietanze teppanyaki, mentre la caffetteria Waterfalls Cafe è aperta 24 ore su 24 per servire una cucina variegata e il Fins & Rambooze, il ristorante-bar stagionale sulla spiaggia, propone prelibatezze locali da novembre ad aprile. Per dissetarvi con bevande alcoliche vi attendono il bar terrazzato N.U.T.S. e il Tangerine, allietato da intrattenimenti dal vivo.
Provvisto di un parcheggio privato gratuito, lo Zuri White Sands, Resort & Casino dista in auto 20 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Madgaon e dalle spiagge di Colva e Benalium, e 45 minuti dall'Aeroporto di Dabolim.

Un soggiorno assolutamente piacevole. Raccomando molto questo posto a tutti e soprattutto a coloro che cercano di rilassarsi e di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia. Non ***y posti in India sono come questo. Le strutture e il personale sono tutti di prima vista. Molto professionale e gentile. Hanno curato tutte le nostre esigenze senza esitazioni. C'è un bel giardino per camminare la notte, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e guardie di sicurezza in entrambe le uscite.
Il resort aveva una vasta varietà di cibo, con diversi ristoranti da scegliere, anche se forse un po' troppo costoso rispetto a ristoranti altrettanto buoni vicino.
In generale, vorrei che avessimo rimasto un po'piu', ma avessimo già prenotato i voli. Certamente tornerò quando torno a Goa.

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, the room we had was 511 which if you want to walk to the beach going out the back way is a nice short cut, security guys are on point and really nice, only thing I would say the reception staff could do with some ramp up, what I mean by that is when we had checked in we was told that our passports will take 5 minutes to scan which to us was a bit alarming, scanning a document in today's day and age takes seconds, once that was done we was told ok you’ve checked in room 511 and that was it. So we asked the question ok it is our first time here are you able to point us in the right direction towards the room, to the response we got was 'oh you don't know where the room is' to which it replied 'happening to be our first time here no we do not know where the room is'
Just this little issue did put us off on day one but what can you do, apart from that we didnt have any other issues.

AAri1My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition.
The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel.
One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa.

Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here.
Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help.
Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes.
The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good!
The pool was very quite, but suited us.
April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible.
We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

PPrateek DahiyaRecently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice.
However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well!
The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment.
Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

DDinesh K R MWow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!

They know how to treat their guests.
They decorated the room, and arranged a surprise, everything was special.
There was a small blunder, but they made up for it, and sorted everything out, a perfect 5 star experience.
Also the attached beach by the hotel… is a different sensory experience to wake up to.
Very polite and professional staff, and courteous service.
