Hotel a {{star}} a Goa, ({{countryName}})

Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.  The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.  The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack. 

Il mio soggiorno al Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon a Goa è stato un'esperienza eccezionale che ha superato le mie aspettative. La camera che mi era stata assegnata non solo era comoda, ma anche con un bagno molto spazioso, migliorando il comfort e il lusso complessivo del mio soggiorno. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state di prima qualità, con la piscina particolarmente accentuata, a causa dell'atmosfera invitante e della sua condizione di prigione. La cucina del Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon è stata anche impressionante. L'ampia gamma di opzioni di colazione disponibili ogni mattina è stato un piacevole modo di iniziare il giorno, cucinando con una varietà di gusti e preferenze. La qualità dei cibi serviti nel ristorante è stata eccellente, con ogni pasto che riflette le elevate norme culinari dell'hotel. Uno degli aspetti più tranquilli e piacevoli del mio soggiorno è stato la tranquilla spiaggia privata accessibile agli ospiti dell'hotel. Offertava un ritiro pacifico dalla resistenza e dalla resistenza quotidiana, che permetteva momenti di tranquillità e di relax nel mezzo della bellezza naturale di Goa. - Signor Presidente, signore.

Отдыхали в отеле с 01.05 по 09.05.2025. Всё было превосходно! Замечательный, чистый и красивый отель, приветливый, дружелюбный персонал. Очень красивая, зелёная территория, за которой тщательно ухаживают, отсутствие каких либо насекомых. Полный релакс. Отель очень понравился, если будет возможность, вернёмся снова. Спасибо!

Quick one night stay. Good amenities, and a clean hotel. Nice pool and food options also. Only down side, we were informed we would receive complimentary drinks and also breakfast packed as we were departing early. We received neither. Overall a good stay with kind staff

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!

A jewel of its own. Close your eyes and book it, you will thank me!!! Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !

Tout était parfait. Cependant le petit déjeuné n’était pas varié… j’ai mangé uniquement des fruits car la plupart des plats était Indien donc Épicé.

Il hotel è stato molto confortevole, il personale è stato caldo, accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutare – sicuramente uno degli evidenti punti di vista del soggiorno. Il pranzo è decente.
