Hotel a 5 stelle in Goa, India

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Un hotel così bello e bello. Il personale è utile e si trova a un'altra chilometria. Sono stato disgustoso di osservare diverse scadenze in etichetta di pool che hanno compromesso la reputazione dell'azienda che altrimenti era stata apprezzata. Gli ospiti sono stati visti entrare nella piscina in attrezzi inappropriati, come i pigiama e le mutandine , che non solo sono invisibili ma sollevano anche preoccupazioni per l'igiene. Inoltre, la presenza di bambini nei diapers nella zona della piscina è insalubre, soprattutto quando è disponibile una piscina designata per bambini. Questa sorveglianza non solo influisce sulla pulizia della piscina, ma anche comporta rischi per la salute di tutti gli ospiti. Il disaccordo per l'etichetta di piscina stabilita è stato significativamente detratto dalla lussuosa esperienza prevista in un 5-star stabilimento. Le condizioni sanitarie e la mancanza di applicazione delle politiche di piscina non solo hanno ridotto la qualità del soggiorno, ma hanno anche sollevato preoccupazioni circa l'impegno dell'hotel a favore del benessere degli ospiti e della soddisfazione.

The stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

A Perfect Birthday Getaway at Hilton Goa Resort! We stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated. The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. Thank you to the Hilton Goa team for the thoughtful touches and for making my birthday trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Il mio check-in non era in buona esperienza, c'erano alcuni problemi con la categoria della camera, capisco completamente che l'hotel era pieno di casa, ma è dozente significa che gli altri ospiti soffrono, ***e del personale che hanno bisogno di formazione poi sembrano molto triste, Devo dirgli buon mattino o sera, poi potranno rispondere, direi che i membri del personale di F&B andavano via, consiglierei Noella, Danjita, Chef Dutta per la loro cura supplementare hanno fatto un buon lavoro, le varietà alimentari sono sorprendenti soprattutto per il colazione, Il club della salute alcune macchine sono troppo vecchie, il nome del conducente del taxi Mahmood è molto buono che era straordinario per la sua ospite.

The Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste. The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные!  Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!! Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания: 1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣 2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.  3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

Taj è il migliore in ogni servizio.Abbiamo visitato Taj Holiday per il nostro anniversario e il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente. Il colazione è stato sorprendente e ha molte varietà. Taj è il miglior hotel in ospitalità. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel Saily ci ha aiutati molto, ha aggiornato la nostra stanza in un cottage, ha anche dato un compleanno di Pasqua e ha decorato la nostra stanza. Abbiamo visitato e goduto la proprietà Taj Fort Aguada come accessibile dal Taj Holiday Village Resort, la proprietà è sorprendente e ha una vista tranquilla e bella spiaggia. Grazie Taj per il servizio e l'ospitalità. Ci vediamo presto.

В ресторане Vivo безупречный сервис и вкуснейшая безопасная еда, большое спасибо за заботу менеджеру Sourav и Sunny! Также хочется отметить работников у бассейна, улыбчивый и дружелюбный Ram и высокого спасателя Adarsh, который переживал и оказывал помощь при прищемлении пальца жены😄. Все очень дружелюбные, и пытающиеся всегда помочь, также хочется отметить официанта у бассейна с татуировками (забыл имя, извините), всегда предложит альтернативу и сделает все возможное! Еще отдельную благодарность уборщику номера Yanger, безупречная чистота и сервис! Вы все большие молодцы, так держать!👏 Отель 10/10

Taj eredità è davvero fortunato a avere persone così sorprendenti che lavorano per loro!! Rahul nel ristorante larajna BF era un'anima meravigliosa che ci ha curati molto bene Amore questo ristorante e grande rispetto per Taj per accogliere tutte le nostre richieste!! Tornerà a Goa solo per rimanere nel patrimonio
