Hotel a 2 stelle in Luzon Centrale, Filippine

La nostra esperienza con questo ristorante di spiaggia è molto lontana da quanto ci aspettavamo, ma prima di tutto il personale non ha nemmeno mostrato un singolo segno di ospite. Il momento in cui ci siamo trovati, stiamo cercando la persona incaricata per quasi un minuto, solo per trovarli seduti a tavola, guardandoci senza espressione e poi ci chiedendo il nome sulla prenotazione, che ho trovato brutto e non il modo giusto di accogliere un ospite. In secondo luogo, abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare con due ponti doppi, ma ciò che ci è stato dato è stato due ponti doppi e un letto singolo. Ci avrebbero potuto informare del cambiamento improvviso e certamente capiremmo, ma non lo sapevamo solo quando siamo entrati nella stanza. Ci sono altre cose che non ci sono state comunicate, come l'uso del frigorifero, non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di condividere il frigorifero, il rif era già pieno e ci hanno ancora voluto condividerlo. Ci avrebbero potuto informare prima, così potremmo andare via.Abbiamo pagato 250 per notte per il riutilizzo, che ho trovato orribile. Ci sono cose che voglio aggiungere che non mi piacevano, come la corda che si sono messo in piedi per mettere i vostri vestiti bagnati vicino al posto della tavola, e non è davvero ideale perché i vestiti stanno gocciolando ovunque, soprattutto sulla tavola. Il faucet è qualcosa che non hanno nemmeno dato tempo per sostituirlo, e ho trovato disgustoso; ogni volta che devo toccare il faucet, sento un po' grasso e un odore sgradevole. Tuttavia, il prezzo è piuttosto economico e conveniente, e la spiaggia è a pochi passi da. Spero solo che si addestrano al personale per essere più ospiti e insegnano loro le opportune maniere, perché anche fino al momento in cui abbiamo lasciato il resort, nessuno si è presentato a dire addio o ringraziarci per il nostro soggiorno, ma ci siamo lasciati come se non fosse successo nulla.

I recently stayed at Samba Blue Water Resort in Olongapo City, Zambales, and I’d like to share my full experience. From the peaceful beach atmosphere to the accommodating staff, it was a stay that truly stood out — both for its strengths and for a few areas that could be improved. The moment I arrived at Samba Blue, I could tell this wasn’t just another commercial beachfront resort. It had a laid-back, local island vibe that immediately made me feel at ease. The entrance was welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the staff made me feel like a valued guest from the start. I stayed in one of their rooms and it offered a good balance of comfort and nature. The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had the essentials I needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The sound of the waves in the background and the breeze flowing through the resort made it easy to unwind. If you're someone who enjoys a more ”back-to-basics” island experience, you’ll probably love the rustic charm. The beach area is the real highlight. The shoreline was clean, and there were enough shaded areas and cabanas to relax in. I loved that the resort maintained a peaceful, non-crowded vibe, even though there were several other guests staying at the same time. The pool area and sun deck were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the acoustic night setup they had on the weekend — it was a perfect way to end the day with some live music under the stars. They also offer water activities like jet skiing and banana boat rides, which add excitement if you’re in the mood for adventure.

Location is good walking distance from the DAU bus terminal. Room is average clean. The front desk agents are good for this price range of hotel. It’s okay room with this price range. Only problem was smell of the room; strong smell of cigarettes.

2nd time here. We checked in on Sunday, April 27, almost 2pm. Around 1:50ish. I went to the front desk. But the two women there didn’t attend to me right away because they were busy with something. That took around probably 3-5 minutes. Then a guy outside the front desk area asked me if I was checking in. I said yes, (obviously) that’s why I was there. He told me to just wait and that they’d call me.  We had a lot of stuff with us since we came all the way from Taguig and DRT. My partner told me to mention that we already had a reservation. So after a few minutes, I approached again. The girl said, “Ay, meron na po pala kayong reservation, ma’am,” and then she took my name. Shouldn’t she have asked me that from the start? Instead of just assuming I was a walk-in and ignoring me at first. It felt like I was the one who should be shy to talk to them because they seemed so busy.  Anyway, fast forward, the key card was sorted and we were heading up. But here’s the worst part: From the elevator all the way to the hallway on the 3rd floor, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong and nauseating. 😣  The room itself was fine. Premium room. Had a TV, the aircon was okay, and there were toiletries. I just wish the front desk staff would be more proactive in asking guests, and I really hope they can make the elevator smell better, no cigarette odor, because it’s really dizzying, especially for nonsmokers. It felt awful.

La zona è molto accessibile. Le camere sono pulite e molto tranquille. Ci sono vicina cibo veloce e ristoranti.

Il personale era molto amichevole e ci ha aiutati tanto. La stanza era pulita e la bagno era abbastanza grande. La posizione è un po' lontana dalla spiaggia ma si possono trovare cicli di prova proprio davanti all'hotel. Il prezzo è ragionevole per quello che si ottiene.

“Grande posizione, personale accogliente e accesso conveniente alle attrazioni di Subic. Non perfetto, ma in generale un soggiorno confortevole e buon valore per i soldi. Sicuramente rifletterà sul soggiorno di nuovo qui.”

Molto accogliente e gentile staff.Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno qui.

Good day, I'll write my experience nung nag check in ako.. hmmmm so good naman. Everything is okay but I have a two (2) concerned hehe. 😅 1.) Ahm pagka may foods na kasama sa booking maybe lagyan nyo ng toothpick yung order na foods lalo na Pag meets 🥴🥴 yun lang HAHAHAHA. Second; pagka package ba kukunin na booking with free food, tapos yung food late na na deliver consider ba yun na free din?? Kasi nga po yung package na kinuha ko is may kasamang free food so, consider din ba na mababawasan yung amount dun sa package na bino-book ko?? 🤔🤔 Kanina kasi kinuha ko yung free meal ko and 8:40am ata yun nung pumunta ako sa front desk para kunin ko yung meal ko then , nag antay ako tapos ayun umabot yung Oras ng 10am yung Pag aantay ko hehe 🤦 then yung naka lagay sa Catalog is before 10mins dapat andyan na yung food if hindi? It's consider a FREE?!
