Best property to stay in Havelock. We spent 4 days here in a Deluxe cottage. The room was on the 1st floor of an independent cottage with the room windows and the balcony directly facing the ocean. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom nearly the same size as the room (weird !!) and the outdoor balcony was again similarly spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily if you leave the key at the reception between 12PM to 3PM. Within the property, there is a well-maintained lawn with walkways which are great for sunrise walks. This resort has private beach access to the east-facing ocean, which makes it perfect to enjoy sunrise views. There are some good restaurants like Anju Coco, Himalayan Restaurant, Famous Seafood at a walkable distance from the resort. The biggest negative is the lack of room service. You have the option of ordering food at the in-house restaurant and carrying it to your room but beware that they will give you heavy plates, cutlery etc making it a pain to take it back to the room. However, the food was quite good, especially the local dishes section under the vegetarian fare. The breakfast provided is quite decent with around 2 Indian breakfast items ***** with cereal, bread, tea etc. You have to specifically ask the servers for any egg items and they would be provided complimentary.

We stayed there for 5 nights with family. Pros: Value for money. Rooms are good and well maintained. Good wifi network and connection. Bathroom has modern amenities. Located near airport. Transport facilities provided at extra cost. A bike rental facility exists opposite to the hotel. Cons: Breakfast and food is not provided as they have no full fledged kitchen. Very limited food items for breakfast provided on request and extra payment of Rs.150 per person. Swiggy/Zomato is not reliable as many restaurants do not deliver to this place. However there is an excellent roof top restaurant called Hotel Runway Inn nearby where we can have good food. No back up power (generator). This is an issue during frequent power cut at night. The location is a bit like a village and far away from prominent tourist spots like Cellular jail, museum etc. The lady staff are not professionals. No receptionist is available most of the time at the front desk.

Its my second trip to Havelock and this time, my family with two kids spent two nights in this wonderful place. I love architecture as well as nature and the place is designed to organically blend with the nearby greenery, the hills, the palm trees, the beautiful stream nearby. Its a wonderful sight from the rooftop as well as from your rooms. The room and the bathroom both are elegant, artful, well crafted and aesthetically pleasing. The owner Ali is a wonderful person and gives full attention for your wonderful stay. As for Matsya, its peaceful and quiet environment gives you that peaceful stay and the location suits you for travelling and cover all of the beaches- Radhanagar, Elephant and Kalapatthar beaches. The staff are very warm and the hotel manager ensures a pleasant stay including your pickup from the jetty, your travelling and sightseeing in Havelock and your departure. All in all, I would sum up that Matsya is also one of the wonderful place worth visiting in Havelock.

The design of the rooms are excellent. ”Design” is what came to our mind when we stepped into the room we had booked for our stay in Port Blair for the start to our honeymoon. All the facilities which were advertised and promised were readily available at our beck and call. TV, Hot water, Clean sheets, Room service, Meals and yes free+fast Wi-fi as well. The food in the in-house restaurant is very tasty. Be sure to order the Chili cuisines, like Chili Aloo or Chili Gobi. They are excellent, and even the veg meal tasted as good as non-veg. The staff is courteous, and tries to solve all your problems. You won't grudge tipping them. The ambience is family friendly and couple friendly in the same time. The location is not too near the airport or the beach, neither too far from either of them. Overall it was a great experience.

L'hotel è molto pulito, con tutto ciò che avrei potuto desiderare✨ Inoltre, un direttore e uno staff super gentili e disponibili in generale. Buon cibo al ristorante. Camera super bella, letto comodo ecc. e doccia calda. Sembrava un posto armonioso in cui soggiornare. Ci tornerei sicuramente se dovessi rivisitare Havelock. Sono molto felice di aver soggiornato qui 🙏😊✨

Le camere sono molto belle e ben mantenute. 5-10 minuti di auto al porto, sport acquatici e aeroporto che hanno reso il nostro tempo di commutazione meno. Il cibo è delizioso ma limitato opzioni disponibili. Il personale è molto umile e accogliente. Ci siamo apprezzati molto bene il nostro soggiorno.

Convenient hotel for stay in port blair Good: 1. Convenient location. Very close to cellular jail, airport, market 2. ⁠rooms were clean 3. ⁠staff was polite 4. ⁠can easily find autos outside hotel 5. ⁠breakfast was satisfactory Not so good: 1. Bathroom fittings need maintenance. Shower fitting was not in very good condition 2. ⁠small bed, queen size Port Blair: Its a cute town and can be conveniently and economically explored on scooter if that suits you. Ideally you should keep 3 nights for port Blair. Things to cover- cellular jail- carbyns cove beach-chidiya tapu-few islands nearby To do: Cellular jail is worth a visit and the light and sound show is not to be missed Carbyns cove beach is also worth a visit. The coastal road to this beach is very beautiful. If you have time you can plan both sunrise and evening visits. On the way to carbyns cove there is Flag point which is a must visit specially post sunset hours. There is a very patriotic feel to this place. Its a beautiful view seeing tri colour waving high in the backdrop of ocean and island and with some historical context to it which can be read there, the point has been nicely maintained and you can sit there and spend some time enjoying the breeze and views Autos can be found easily in port blair. It is better to hire autos for sight seeing then taxis which charge exorbitant rates The marine museum is a must visit. Its small but very informative and sets a context to the andaman trip, we visited towards the end of trip and were able to relate to the exhibits there and learned a lot about the islands and life. Anthropological museum can be skipped Annapurna cafeteria is a good local eatery. Reasonably priced and good food You should definitely make a visit to chidiya tapu. Wonderful Stay in a Spacious AC accommodation with sea facing Balcony, in a homely ambiance. Property itself is beautiful in a Coconut garden having a Sea green ocean Beach infront with mangroves here and there creating a calm and quiet heavenly atmosphere. Service was prompt and khana was healthy tasty and super presentation. We shall remember those guys. Incidentally we had to overstay for one night in a cyclonic weather and the support and encouragement and behaviour we received was beyond our expectations and we are indebted, grateful to M.Babu and his team for ever. Shall visit again if opportunity comes.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti al Ile Bay Resort a Havelock. E 'un nuovo resort ed è non sul lato della spiaggia. Quindi il bilancio era al nostro limite. Ho letto alcune recensioni di Google e ho deciso di prenotare. Ma era scettico sul soggiorno. Non appena siamo arrivati alla proprietà, la prima impressione era wow. È una bella camera di tipo duplex. Ne abbiamo una al primo piano. Per i miei genitori, ne ho chiesto una al piano terra e l'hanno organizzata immediatamente. Le camere sono spaziose, con balcone.lavaggio è molto spazioso e pulito e pulito. Il personale è sempre pronto a soddisfare le vostre esigenze. La cena è asciutto, ma l'ospitalità supera il gusto. Solo con è in serata non si può andare fuori come è lontano da un busto di ronzio. Invece si può godere all'interno del resort, a fianco della piscina o semplicemente seduto in balcone con il vostro partner e avere una bella chitch. Molto consigliato per un piacevole soggiorno a Havelock

In one word, one of the coziest and well maintained little haven we have stepped into. We went into this hotel during our honeymoon stay. What took our breath away were the following a) Private beach to chill in b) The roof-high windows Some more things which were also too good, given the remote location of this place 1) Great wi-fi connection (for those unplanned late evening binges, ignoring the beautiful beach outside 2) Food, especially the breakfast spread, is great 3) Location - Just opposite to the famed Haywizz, and so near the jetty, you can basically walk into it

Situazione tranquilla con un bellissimo personale utile e amichevole.Il menu era ampio e il cibo delizioso - mangiare la maggior parte delle notti.Le camere erano davvero grandi con aria condizionata e il ventilatore con letti molto comodi.Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui di nuovo

Spent 4days 4 nights. Amazing staff especially imran, salim and pritom. They were polite, helpful and had great networking skills (were resourceful enough to arrange stuff for us at best rates. The inhouse kitchen ”curry leaf” was superb. Everything they cooked was really tasty (far better and cheaper than some of the other famous/reputed ones like ”something different” and ”anju coco. Everything was clean and hygienic, neat and tidy. Wake up, go to the beach! sleep after spending time listening to waves and watching the moonlight create a mile long path on the sea surface.
