Hotel a 5 stelle in Governatorato di Susa, Tunisia

Buon hotel in una grande posizione tranne questo tizio che si chiamava Mohamed alla reception. Totalmente poco professionale e completamente fuori dalla zona. Il servizio clienti non è il suo manuale. Quasi rovinato il mio soggiorno dal get going.

Perché ho prenotato un hotel di famiglia di spiaggia e ho prenotato la casa in modo temporaneo, è sulla spiaggia, e anche nel centro della città. La stazione ferroviaria è arrivata a 100 metri.La stanza è pulita e pulita, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, anche se non molto entusiasta, ma devo andare. Ha la mia spiaggia privata, ci sono persone specializzate per aiutare gli ospiti a organizzare lunghe corse, la piscina è anche buona, anche se non sono sottomarino, ci sono un po'di spazi.L'hotel vacanze sulla spiaggia è alto, può essere rimasto per una notte, e un piccolo balcone, può anche massaggiare (anche se non c'è tempo per l'esperienza), può essere senza cervello. Giusto, la colazione è buona.

Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience… Points négatifs : Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation ! Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …! Points positifs personnel très gentille et serviable Petit déjeuner copieux Bien sécurisé et bien situé

L'hotel è molto grande, l'atmosfera è molto buona, l'intero processo è davvero molto comodo. Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto atteggiato, l'esperienza complessiva è molto buona, e lo visiterà!

L'hotel è situato in una posizione perfetta, il personale è davvero eccezionale e attento e le camere sono perfette, davvero niente da dire! Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il nostro breve soggiorno e probabilmente torneremo :)

Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique. Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.

Il servizio è molto buono, l'ambiente è pulito e confortevole, il ristorante completo è molto ricco di cibo, frutta fresca e tutti i tipi di cibo dolce fatto ora, anche vicino alla spiaggia, dall'hotel più vicino all'aeroporto e all'ambiente più confortevole, adatto per arrivare qui dopo il suo atterraggio, raccomandato 👍

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Rien à redire, magnifique

Sono rimasto a Green Park tre volte. L'hotel offre un'atmosfera rilassata e fredda. Il personale è piacevole e costoso . Il bar manager Lotvi è attento e professionale. Il mio cameriere al colazione e al pranzo, Mahmoud era benvenuto e niente era troppo difficile. L'esperienza alimentare si è certamente migliorata da allora, con maggiori problemi di risolvere e di vedere i dipendenti, e ritengo che la qualità dei cibi possa ancora essere migliorata. Quando scelgo di mangiare in barbecue barbecue locali, riflette la scarsa qualità del pesce poi servito all'hotel. È stato bello tornare a visitare il parco e sentirmi benvenuto. L'hotel è senza spot e il nuovo direttore ha incoraggiato cambiamenti molto positivi. Sono molto grato di aver goduto di un altro bellissimo soggiorno e continuerò a tornare a Green Park .
