Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Aichi, Giappone

E'vicina alla città di Gonzo. Le strutture sono il tipo di servizi che si sceglie sulla reception. L'hotel ９ ha un grande piscina pubblica al piano di sopra, che è buono. L'aria condizionata può impostare la temperatura in ogni stanza.E'anche lodevole, perché non è gestito in modo centralizzato.

The hotel is close to JR station, within 5 minutes’ walkable distance.  The outlook of the hotel is very attractive. The staff of front desk is nice and helpful. Highly recommend to stay for vacation if you intend to visit Anjo.

The hotel is located above JR Nagoya Station, making it the perfect place to stay if you make use of train to travel. The view from my hotel room was fantastic. The room was very clean and well-equipped.

為了第二天去小牧機場，在勝川酒店住了一晚。前台服務熱情周到；所定的房間，裝潢雖然感覺有些年代了，但還是比較高級，温馨又寬敞。 酒店就在勝川站邊上，出站即到。附近沒有什麼餐飲店，但旁邊有比較大型的超市（7:00-1:00營業）和24小時的便利店，很方便。對面有家鰻魚飯、居酒屋2合1的店，很美味。

The hotel is very convenient. We arrived late night but we are still able to get ramen just within 1 minute walk. The hotel staff are very nice. I've left my apple watch when I checked out the hotel. The staff contacted me and helped me keep the watch until I came back few days later. Thank you very much!

Nice clean rooms, larger than average in Japan. Breakfast was good, fresh and sufficient choice room was too hot, even with the window open, no idea how to cool down, airco only heated the room up check in and out was easy. No machine but a real person for a change :-)

Mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno in questo hotel! La stanza era più grande di quanto mi aspettavo con molta luce dalla finestra e tutto era davvero pulito. Il personale era molto bello anche :)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and public transport.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.
