Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and public transport.

The hotel is located above JR Nagoya Station, making it the perfect place to stay if you make use of train to travel. The view from my hotel room was fantastic. The room was very clean and well-equipped.

The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

Controlla e controlla rapidamente. Lobby in un piano, prendendo scalatore o ascensore (passeggiare subito dopo l'ingresso e girare in fondo), personale di lingua inglese, con calore. La stanza è pulita ma il papier pezzo deve essere toccato un po'.

The hotel is close to JR station, within 5 minutes’ walkable distance.  The outlook of the hotel is very attractive. The staff of front desk is nice and helpful. Highly recommend to stay for vacation if you intend to visit Anjo.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

La fantastica colazione mi ha colpito, con una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose, e le camere spaziose hanno offerto una vista magnifica sui voli che parteno e atterrano, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole. Inoltre, le strutture pensate come un dispensatore di asciugamani bagnati alla tavola del buffet hanno aggiunto un bel toccamento. Tuttavia, la stanza si sentiva un po 'sopra, che potrebbe essere migliorata. In generale, è una scelta solida per i viaggiatori che cercano comfort e comodità.

It’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well. View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light. There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

La famiglia è andata all'hotel di alloggio di Ancient House. Durante il soggiorno, c'è un colazione di autobus. Il cibo è ancora possibile. Il colore del piatto non cambia. La mangime giapponese è molto più nutrita. L'apparecchiatura è difficile evitare un vecchio fenomeno di invecchiamento a causa dell'hotel per alcuni anni, ma il servizio di pulizia e personale è molto buono, E'di particolare vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Jinshan, vale la pena raccomandare a tutti.
