Hotel a 5 stelle in Victoria, Australia

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.

On 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

i love the service and exclusivity. love how accessible to adult arcade. walk in area was amazing. i requested for late check out, but it was decline ): apart from that, really love the stay. fully recharged. about 20 mins walk to DFO. if you are driving, remember to play in adult arcade to deduct the parking fees! first time encounter room services is chargable!!

We had multiple issues with our 7 nights stay. Which some has been addressed and fixed immediately. One thing we do recommend to confirm check upon arrival or when booking. Lack of view - we’ve booked the 1 bedroom premium room. From the pictures it looked like floor to ceiling big windows with open view but we were assigned to a room situated in the heritage floors (2nd) which the windows are 1.5m high so have to tippy toes to see the view. Limited sunlight also, bathroom has no window. Issues we encountered 1) hall way light - wasn’t working on the first night when we checked in at 11pm. We couldn’t even find our room number cause it was so dark, we used the torch on our phone. Wasn’t a nice first impression if you are scared of dark hallways. The sensor was fixed the next day. 2) phone wasn’t working - so we couldn’t contact the front desk. We got in late with a toddler, so we put on ‘do not disturb’ sign but someone banged the door at 8am, to reach us to ‘fix the issues’. Not sure why can’t they just slip us a note under the door. 3) so many flies - the breakfast restaurant have serious pest issues. There were more than 10 flies flying around the buffet and the tables. We didn’t feel comfortable eating there after one visit. The whole duration of the meal, we were waiving off the fly. Major hygiene concern! 4) housekeeping was very average, barely cleaned the room daily. Only made the bed. 5) overall the staff were all friendly, special appreciation to the male staff at the breakfast room. The lady duty manager didn’t seem friendly, carries an attitude and likes to talk over you. Location is great, round the corner from the tram line. Will I stay again, most likely not. Feels more like a 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star.

Il servizio in camera era puntuale, i pasti erano ben presentati, e ogni interazione del personale mi ha fatto sentire davvero benvenuto non solo un altro ospite. 🧭 Servizi pensativi E' la piccola cosa che si vede a Quay West: • A cucina ben attrezzata in ogni suite ––perfetta per un colazione rilassante o un snack veloce tardi di notte. • I servizi di lavanderia in camera mi hanno salvato dalla caccia ai lavandini in mezzo al viaggio. • Il comodo salone e lo spazio comuni offrono un posto tranquillo per lavorare o rilassare. • Gym e piscina interna riscaldata, mantenuta senza spot e perfetta per un raffreddamento di esplorazione post-città.

Good location - the tram station is right outside the hotel, so it's quite convenient to get around within the free tram zone. The room is clean, the deco is quite modern, and with most essential amenities including bottled water and disposable slippers. Service is good. There's a swimming pool on the 5th floor which you could get a nice view of the Parliament House. The breakfast is quite good with a variety of food and a wide selection of eggs - fried, poached, boiled, omelette, Egg Benedict and Egg Florentine.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti. L'hotel è stato convertito da un edificio storico datato dagli anni 1890. Abbiamo goduto del colazione incluso nel ristorante Alluvial. La camera del Re Classic che abbiamo soggiornato è spaziosa, considerando che si trova nella zona 1 di Melbourne. L'hotel è a piedi da molte attrazioni della città di Melbourne, che possiamo anche riposare in camera nella nostra pianificata passeggiata della città in mezzo a un giorno molto caldo e soleggiato. Il bagno offre i servizi igienici Byredo che ci piace, ma la decorazione è un po 'dattata e ha bisogno di rinfrescamento e non siamo soddisfatti del livello di servizio del personale. Ad esempio, la funzione telefonica senza mano non funziona correttamente; la sicurezza è secondo l'hotel ”in fase di sostituzione” e non funziona nemmeno; la chiamata al ”servizio istantaneo” per aiuto spesso ha preso più di 5-seconds anello soprattutto durante l'ora notturna. Ci è anche un falso allarme di fuoco durante l'ora mattina del nostro soggiorno. Dubito che sia un standard di hotel Intercontinentale o un hotel classificato 5-star. Per chi pensa di soggiornare in questa camera tipo di hotel, si prega di notare che le finestre sono fissate e di fronte alla pista, così la camera ha 1. nessuna luce solare naturale 2. nessun aria fresca e 3. ha bisogno di chiudere le tende tutto il tempo se preferisci la privacy. Un altro punto che vale la pena notare è il pavimento del bagno è molto slippery dopo il bagno, lo chiamerei una trappola di morte se si indossa i pannolini monouso che sono forniti nella stanza, perché si può facilmente ottenere un panno e cadere sul pavimento del bagno anche per un adulto adulto.
