I bambini possono sedersi vicino alla finestra per il loro compleanno e mangiare torta.Il letto è molto comodo, la notte è tranquillo, in realtà, molto cibo sottostante, mi preoccupavo di essere un po'scio e dormire molto. Ci sono molti posti per mangiare vicino, molto conveniente, molto vicino alla stazione di Guiyang North.

Cinque stelle sono d'obbligo! Questo hotel offre un'esperienza fantastica. È situato in una posizione incredibilmente comoda, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. Le camere erano sorprendentemente spaziose e luminose, pulitissime, praticamente immacolate. L'intera stanza è una smart home, con Tmall Genie che gestisce tutto, dall'accensione e spegnimento delle luci alla regolazione dell'aria condizionata e delle tende, e c'è persino un robot di servizio. Le camere erano silenziose e gli articoli da toeletta erano prodotti monouso di marca di alta qualità. Dopo una lunga giornata, una doccia calda e il riposo sulle comode lenzuola mi hanno rilassato e alleviato tutta la stanchezza! Il personale è stato eccezionalmente cordiale, soprattutto il proprietario, che è sempre stato presente per me. L'hotel offre anche una deliziosa colazione. Sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo il Miaohuang Hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Guiyang: lo consiglio vivamente!

First the good points: Hotel service is very good and attentive; location is convenient as it’s located near shopping malls (one is just next door), supermarket is located downstairs, its near Guiyang’s iconic White House building, and hotel is not too far from Guiyang railway station and airport; Room is large and spacious; Room design is nice; Bed and pillow are comfortable; Amenities are good. Not so good points: Hotel is a bit hard to find at first , as it’s located in the building where there are many other hotels; Breakfast is provided but doesn’t taste good (and the eggs were not fresh) and food is cold; One major thing is that the room cleanliness should be improved: when we checked in, there was some food and oil stains still on the sofa and near the window area, and the floor had some tufts of hair and dust. Looks like the room is not cleaned properly and not vacuumed properly. When we checked in, the shampoo bottle was almost empty - shouldn’t this be replaced when guests checkin?

The receptionist staff are helpful, and the room is quite clean, with an automatic mahjong table (though I don’t know how to play mahjong). There were renovations on the small pedestrian street in front of the hotel, and they put in a temporary cement slope thing, which can be very slippery during rain and difficult for elderly people or anyone with heavy luggage. However, this was not the hotel’s fault, so I’m okay with it. If you check in during the afternoon on the 4th floor, you may notice a strong garbage or sewage smell in the corridor due to room cleaning, and perhaps because the garbage room is open during cleanup time. The smell goes away at night when you return to the hotel after your day trip. Another comment is that the hotel could consider installing doors at the entrance of the public toilets on the 4th floor, as it was quite a sight every time I passed that section on the way to the breakfast hall. Overall, the hotel is still okay in terms of price, room size, and location.

The hotel is in the location which has many eating houses, and other amenities. It has a free shuttle service from the Train station to and fro the hotel however, an advance booking is required. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful, and they even went extra miles to help me look for the body and foot massage parlour for me. They even suggest the alternative way to go the different places of interest to save money for me. Initially I was intending to stay one night only, at the end I stayed for 5 nights straight!! If I would come back again I would stay in this hotel again.

A proper hotel on a budget. The hotel is location is perfect and managed to reach everything that I need to do by walking. The room is clean qnd proper. They provided disposable towels and the room slipper are for a fee. I’ll book this hotel once I’m back in Guiyang as well as their branches in any other city! Trust this hotel chain

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
