Hotel a 3 stelle in Sassonia, Germania

Servizio molto amichevole, non abbiamo dovuto chiedere molto, ci hanno informato di tutto, la stanza era molto tranquilla e pulita. Non avevano avuto colazione con il prezzo, ma si poteva bere caffè e tè gratis. - Si'. - Si'.

Super accoglienti. Bella gamma di colazione. Camera pulita e temperata, comoda letto e letto, leggermente piccolo ma ha tutto quello che serve. Ha un caldo con caffè e tè instantaneo gratuito. Bella vista della finestra della città(vedi foto).

Molto eccellente ostello nel centro di Leipzig. Clean. Camere da singole a 10 camere da letto. Cucina grande e pulita e molti giochi come il calcio da tavolo sul piano della reception.

Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi... avevamo prenotato una camera accessibile... l'unica accessibile era la porta più larga... secondo il sito web dell'hotel e le foto, ci sono delle barre di sostegno vicino al water e un sedile per la doccia nella doccia... ma non c'è la possibilità di avere delle barre di sostegno... dovrebbero essere disponibili delle corde per le chiamate di emergenza, ma non c'è nemmeno la possibilità di averne una... niente di tutto ciò c'era... quando abbiamo chiesto, ci è stato detto che ci sono due categorie accessibili... è vero che gli utenti su sedia a rotelle possono camminare e stare in piedi nella doccia... non era possibile cambiare camera entro 6 giorni... quando ho insistito, almeno mi hanno dato uno sgabello per la doccia traballante... ben lontano da ciò che era effettivamente offerto... quando ci siamo lamentati alla reception il giorno del nostro arrivo, il direttore se n'è andato e non era nemmeno interessato... quando prenoto una camera accessibile e guardo le foto, mi aspetto che sia così... mi è stato detto che avrei potuto chiamare prima e chiedere... ma perché? Ho prenotato quello che era raffigurato... solo che non l'ho ricevuto... Non ci è stato offerto alcun risarcimento o altro... Anzi, abbiamo dovuto pagare il prezzo intero per il parcheggio, nonostante i posti riservati fossero occupati da persone pigre e la barriera non funzionasse... Il cibo, d'altra parte, era perfettamente accettabile... anche la pulizia era buona... C'è sempre margine di miglioramento, ma se mancavano gli asciugamani, li portavano immediatamente... Tutto sommato, un hotel molto centrale, ma non adatto a ospiti con disabilità fisiche in sedia a rotelle... Questo aspetto deve essere migliorato drasticamente.

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e la stazione ferroviaria facilmente accessibile alle attrazioni della città. La stanza dell'hotel è compatto. Il posto doccia è molto piccolo e si adatta solo alla mia dimensione asiatica. Tuttavia l'hotel è di valore per soldi.

Il check-in è stato un brivido che inizia dal check-in online per ridurre al minimo il tempo di attesa e il tempo di trattamento. Era freddo fuori e la stanza era bella e calda. La stanza era anche molto grande e pulita. L'unico e più grande svantaggio è che non c'è porta al bagno. Non capisco perché l'hotel non ha porta a bagno per una stanza di condivisione quadrata. Per peggiorare le cose c’era uno specchio che si trovava davanti all’ingresso del bagno, il che significava che se ci fossero persone sedute sul letto guardando lo specchio, potrebbero avere una visione completa di quello che sta succedendo nel bagno. Non ha senso. Prenota se sei confortevole con un bagno aperto.

E' un po' lontano dalla stazione centrale, ma la linea tram è buona, quindi non è scomoda. I trasporti pubblici moderni a Leipzig si sono sviluppati per utilizzare il biglietto di punta QR acquistato nell'app. È il centro della vecchia Germania orientale, quindi è una città molto dura ma bella.

We had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots. The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her. The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe. If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught. We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us. We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city.

We arrived late but the counter lady was very friendly and helpful. Offered good advice on where to dine and offered room service. The room was clean and water pressure for shower was excellent.

All good but room was small. I recommend take with terrase
