Hotel 3 stelle a Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

Very good location, hotel looks brand new, but housekeeping is a bit slack. They only changed the towels and didn’t clean the rooms or the mugs we used. It was great that they provided commercial grade washing and drying machines that are trackable on the TV. The room is very high tech. My friend got a room on level 9 which didn’t have a lift so she had to go upstairs from level 8 with her luggage. This should’ve been disclosed on the listing. Breakfast was great with mostly local delicacies. No knives were available so we had the spread butter on our toasts with soup spoons.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

這次入住體驗完全超出我的預期，必須認真誇一誇這家酒店。剛到店前台工作人員態度特別温和，辦理入住手續速度很快，全程沒有多餘等待，還主動告知電梯、早餐、停車場的位置，細節特別貼心。進到房間第一眼就覺得乾淨透亮，地面、桌面、衞生間角落都沒有污漬，床品柔軟整潔，沒有異味。衞浴熱水出水快，水壓穩定，洗漱用品配備齊全。房間採光通風都很好，電視、WiFi運行流暢，晚上休息時隔音效果在線，走廊、外界噪音幾乎聽不到，睡了一整晚安穩覺。酒店配套也很實用，自助早餐品類豐富，葷素、麪點、粥品、水果全都有，口味家常不踩雷；公共區域乾淨整潔，有自助洗衣設備，出門旅行清洗衣物特別方便。地理位置出行便利，打車、散步都省心。全程服務有温度，有需求響應及時，沒有敷衍應付。整體性價比超高，不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適，下次再來這邊還會選擇入住，真心推薦給大家！

Certamente è un 5/5. Il personale ha preso l'iniziativa di raggiungere il nostro pick-up per l'aeroporto, il pick-up era così liscio, ci sono voluti meno di 8 minuti per arrivare all'hotel da T3. Il controllo in corso è veloce. Kudos per il personale eccellente. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa.È stato un soggiorno confortevole per noi, desiderare di rimanere più a lungo, uno degli hotel nella mia lista di controllo. La posizione è perfetta, i posti da mangiare sono a piedi minuti. Grazie ancora al personale, cari.

È un po' distante dalla Jungang University, ma era una buona posizione per me che amo camminare! L'alloggio era pulito e carino, a parte il leggero odore di sigarette.

🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

Non c'era nessuna ricezione ufficiale, ma il personale era presente e disponibile quando era necessario, il che rendeva tutto a posto. Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente invincibile it’s solo passi da una stazione di metropolitana, rendendo incredibilmente facile esplorare Harbin. Tutte le attrazioni principali, compresa la stazione ferroviaria, sono solo poche fermate della metropolitana, rendendo questo hotel una scelta ideale per i turisti. Inoltre, si trova a pochi passi dalla St. Zhongyang, l'incredibile Catedral di Sophia e il mercato dei Vegetali Daoli, dove si può prendere un delizioso e conveniente colazione. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con una grande finestra che offre una bella vista sulla città. I letti erano molto confortevoli, assicurando un buon sonno notturno dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione. La camera da bagno era anche generosa, soprattutto la doccia, e tutto era in ordine di lavoro perfetto. Nonostante le temperature congelate fuori (è stato -25°C durante il nostro soggiorno!), la stanza è rimasta calda e confortevole grazie all'eccellente sistema di riscaldamento. Un altro punto di vista è stato il lobby dell'hotel, che ha offerto caffè, tè e anche tè latte gratis, un tocco pensativo e conveniente. In generale, consiglio molto l'Hotel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) a chiunque visiti Harbin. La sua comoda posizione, camere confortevoli e attrezzatura pensabile rendono una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori di svago e di business. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Harbin!
