Hotel 3 stelle a Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

I stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room. Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere. Even though this isn’t a five-star hotel, it genuinely feels premium thanks to the excellent service, stylish interiors, and attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The next time I’m in Harbin, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Certamente è un 5/5. Il personale ha preso l'iniziativa di raggiungere il nostro pick-up per l'aeroporto, il pick-up era così liscio, ci sono voluti meno di 8 minuti per arrivare all'hotel da T3. Il controllo in corso è veloce. Kudos per il personale eccellente. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa.È stato un soggiorno confortevole per noi, desiderare di rimanere più a lungo, uno degli hotel nella mia lista di controllo. La posizione è perfetta, i posti da mangiare sono a piedi minuti. Grazie ancora al personale, cari.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e ha accolto volentieri la nostra richiesta di check-out posticipato. La camera aveva un odore di sigaretta, ma era inevitabile. La camera era pulita e accogliente. La doccia a volte aveva acqua fredda, ma a parte questo la pressione era buona e forte. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, dato che l'hotel era vicino a molti ristoranti e a 10 minuti di auto da Main Street.

We are really satisfied with the room. It's cosy for us who were tired with travelling things ever since been here from last week. We recommended this hotel to other friends and families all over the world to come to Harbin. Thank you for both receptionist, Ms Sun Minyi and Yang Jiayi who helped us a lot during our stay. We really like your souvenirs. Hope to see you again.

Non c'era nessuna ricezione ufficiale, ma il personale era presente e disponibile quando era necessario, il che rendeva tutto a posto. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, e l'atmosfera generale era calma e benvenuta. La posizione era comoda e rendeva facile andare intorno. In generale, era una comoda e piacevole soggiorno, e io pensavo di restare qui di nuovo.

The building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel. Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell). The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay. Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus. The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages. There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases. Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.

Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente invincibile it’s solo passi da una stazione di metropolitana, rendendo incredibilmente facile esplorare Harbin. Tutte le attrazioni principali, compresa la stazione ferroviaria, sono solo poche fermate della metropolitana, rendendo questo hotel una scelta ideale per i turisti. Inoltre, si trova a pochi passi dalla St. Zhongyang, l'incredibile Catedral di Sophia e il mercato dei Vegetali Daoli, dove si può prendere un delizioso e conveniente colazione. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con una grande finestra che offre una bella vista sulla città. I letti erano molto confortevoli, assicurando un buon sonno notturno dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione. La camera da bagno era anche generosa, soprattutto la doccia, e tutto era in ordine di lavoro perfetto. Nonostante le temperature congelate fuori (è stato -25°C durante il nostro soggiorno!), la stanza è rimasta calda e confortevole grazie all'eccellente sistema di riscaldamento. Un altro punto di vista è stato il lobby dell'hotel, che ha offerto caffè, tè e anche tè latte gratis, un tocco pensativo e conveniente. In generale, consiglio molto l'Hotel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) a chiunque visiti Harbin. La sua comoda posizione, camere confortevoli e attrezzatura pensabile rendono una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori di svago e di business. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Harbin!
