Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home, creating a sense of comfort and ease throughout my entire visit. And let's not forget about the fantastic bar staff, Ari, whose expertly crafted cocktails and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Whether I was lounging by the pool or unwinding after a day of exploring, Ari's impeccable service and delightful drinks were always a highlight of my day. In addition to the outstanding staff, the resort itself boasts breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and an array of amenities that cater to every need. This resort is awesome. We were upgrated for celebrating our engagement and got a free cake as well. The room is huge and all the amenities were great. The happy hours at the different bars were a highlight. The pool is really nice and clean. The food is made to suit tourists' taste, but if you want some authentic delicious seafood, there's an amazing place nearby. Would definitely come back.

The first impression amazed us when we got in right after the Rinjani hike. The room is spacious despite the furniture is a little old. The bed is superb, environment is beautiful and staff were very friendly for small talk. It's a recommended place especially for recuperating but it's not too convenient to travel out for food & sightseeing. However the hotel offers a good variety of food & drink at an affordable price

This old dame is a little tired ( 30 years old) but functional and got great grounds and gardens and well maintained. An upgrade to a sea view room was most appreciated. Service was prompt although at time the wait time could be improved but what the hell you are on holidays. A worth mention is the welcoming and caring attitude of all staff of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was well balanced and offer local and western food items. Good size pool with separate children’s pool, sufficient loungers at most times. A better spread of T V channels would be nice but if not be sure you bring a tablet or iPad along to get informed about happenings, Wi-Fi is available everywhere so is good thing. Am pleased with the hotel.

E'stato un'esperienza fantastica.Il personale è andato di sopra e di là per renderci comodi. Ci ha salutati all'arrivo con succo di cacao fresco e conversazioni amichevole. Abbiamo soggiornato in una villa da letto per quattro notti.La villa è bella, con una grande piscina privata, cucina e zona seduttiva. La stanza è aperta, ben ventilata, con una rete di mosquito attorno al letto e un fan che soffia direttamente sul letto dall'interno della rete. Il bagno è pulito e grande con una doccia d'acqua fresca e anche acqua calda! Mi aspettavo che i bug sarebbero un problema, ma mi sorprendeva quanti erano intorno. Il personale ha portato colazione alla nostra villa ogni mattina, all'ora in cui abbiamo chiesto il caffè fresco. (Caffè stampa francese. Non immediatamente.) Il personale ha anche offerto un servizio di lavanderia gratuito per noi! Aari, il membro del personale che ci ha cucinato durante il nostro soggiorno, è affettuoso per la cucina vegana e offre di darci lezioni di cucina durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutti i dipendenti parlano fluentemente inglese e un altro dipendente ha menzionato anche il francese. Non potevamo chiedere un posto più perfetto e tranquillo. Molto consigliabile per le coppie o le persone che vogliono uscire dalle folle. Controlla questo posto! Grazie a Aari e all'altro personale meraviglioso!! Sei così gentile, benvenuto e dolce!

La posizione è buona di fronte alla spiaggia, ci sono attività sulla spiaggia, cioè moto elettrica Molto affollato durante il mio soggiorno a causa dell'evento annuale della banca locale Wifi è molto settimana in edificio, ha bisogno di un miglioramento seriamente La colazione va bene, niente di speciale. Durante la doccia, l'acqua calda non è possibile regolare, l'acqua troppo calda o troppo fredda durante la doccia. Won’t come back again due to the wifi & hot water issue

Non credere alle immagini nell'annuncio! Non riflettono la realtà. Le immagini fingono che l'hotel è almeno una posizione 4 *. La verità è che non è questo il caso! Si trova in una zona molto povera, nel centro dell'isola, dove i locali bruciano la loro spazzatura, compresa la plastica. L'odore è disgustoso, è ovunque, nella vostra stanza anche durante la notte e brucia negli occhi. L'hotel è gestito da un gruppo di ragazzi molto giovani e non professionisti e vorrei sottolineare che sono davvero amichevoli, gentili e utili e cercano di fare il loro meglio. Preparano anche colazione in una cucina che è disgustosa! Pertanto, preferisco avere colazione in un posto appropriato anche se il colazione è stato incluso. Vedere le foto allegate per avere un'impressione di ciò che si aspetta e scegliere un altro hotel se si vuole godere delle vostre vacanze. Ho dovuto pagare 400 € per 3 notti, non vale la metà del prezzo. Ho cercato di ottenere un rimborso ma l'hotel non ha accettato. Ovviamente vede l'hotel come una vacca in denaro e non un posto dove il loro ospite dovrebbe sentirsi comodo. Questo è stato molto frustrante! Alla fine Trip.com ha accettato la mia denuncia e mi ha offerto aiuto. Il mio consiglio: Scegli un hotel sulla spiaggia, ci sono così tanti!

The staff are all very nice and eager to help. The resort is very beautiful just like the pictures and like out of the movies. The restaurant was great too!  It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice. Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.  I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.  Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes.

Remote paradise on the other side of the island, and an amazing bungalows away from day to day busy life. The offered an amazing breakfast daily & many things to do.. like a remote beach where 15-25 boats arrive during the day to enjoy as well, but it never seemed crowded. They had kayak & snorkeling available. The owner was great to ask for feedback as they are implementing more things to resort. Thank You Pak Hasan, Mahli, Pino, Desi, Rizal, Jalal, Amin and Anti… 5 Star Service from each of you. I would say they could improve the driveway entrance & Lombok needs to improve roads for visitors (in general). I’m sure this will happen over time. It was worth the bumps & rocky road to enjoy the disconnect. The owner is also bringing in more food variety to the lunch & dinners. If you want to see Monkeys there are a ton of them.. non-aggressive by the private beach 10 minutes away. Overall it’s a winner if you want beauty & peace & quiet…. Like a couples & honeymoon spot. I was solo & I loved it and my off the grid time.
