We have travelled a lot throughout Vietnam .This apartment was immaculately cleaned , all ammenities and the location was superb , close to everything with a view of the entire Bay. The local knowledge and assistance given to us by the host Kevin made our vacation even more complete. Would highly recommend.Will visit and stay here again. 10/10. And again, a big thanks to Kevin. 👍

Il personale è stato molto carino e utile. Da la ricezione con Hoa prendendosi cura di me specialmente, non parlare di ”Alice” e gli altri. Lo stesso al ristorante. Da manager ai supervisori al personale. Non posso chiamarli tutti qui, ma hanno fatto il mio soggiorno molto speciale. La cena era davvero buona. La stanza era grande (ho trovato uno in cima alla baia) e nonostante fosse una persona molto sensibile al rumore, ho dormito molto bene. Il letto era molto comodo e il condizionatore d'aria non era molto rumore, ma molto efficiente. Buona doccia. Non ho usato la piscina, ma sembrava fantastico. Come mi è stato detto che prendere foto dalla baia al sole dalla piscina è ”la cosa da fare” :) Posso solo lodare il personale e il personale per la splendida ospitalità anche quando super occupato con grandi gruppi (cosa è stato il caso durante il mio soggiorno). Sulla base della mia esperienza personale, consiglio di scegliere l'hotel DelaSea e la prossima volta che sarò a Ha Long.

Anche se la stanza degli ospiti è piena di fine settimana, la decisione del cameriere è buona e l'ambiente dell'hotel è buono.Il colazione dell'hotel è anche ricca, il cena è ragionevole e buon gusto per mangiare all'hotel. Abbiamo bisogno di un po'di acqua per pagare 50.000 dollari vietnamiti fuori. In realtà, ci saranno negozi di comodità sotto. Possiamo comprarli da soli e tornare la prossima volta.

È accogliente e pulito. Ero confuso perché non c'era nessun ristorante aperto durante le festività del Capodanno lunare, ma mi hanno anche aiutato a trovarne uno. Anche la colazione è piuttosto buona. C'erano kimchi e una varietà di piatti nel menu. Tutto il personale era cordiale.

L'hotel è in generale decorato con una nuova decorazione e un rapporto di prezzo più alto.Molto meglio dell'hotel di Hanoi, il personale della reception sarà cinese.

La biancheria è nuova, il letto è comodo, gli asciugamani sono puliti e l'igiene è molto buona. C'era una bellissima ragazza al bancone che parlava cinese. Le abbiamo chiesto di aiutarci a prenotare un'auto per tornare ad Hanoi. Ci ha aiutato a trovare un'auto pulita e grande, il che è stato davvero fantastico! La colazione dell'hotel era appena accettabile, senza molta scelta. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un mercato tradizionale con frutta e frutti di mare a buon mercato

First is not because you has an uneducated guest that mean you have the right to advise new guests…. For a 5*, tell guest that you can’t take things in room and moving things around… All resort annoyed me with an educated peoples who taking pictures… why I have to wait them finish to continue my walk For a 5 * hotel, I was expecting a more mature professional staffs… and telling a staff not doing right in front of guest is so wrong The inside restaurant services is great… And, at the end, as I booked my driver by myself, hotel staffs doesn’t care, my driver have to call me and I end up to bring luggage but my self In general, they need a big re-training all the staffs… I can’t believe is a 5* hotel For a 5* hotel, I will give a big 2/5

A beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views of Halong Bay. We were in a twin room on the 12th floor which was quiet at night, with an incredible view of the bay and overlooking the pool - possibly the best view I’ve ever had. The service was great and the staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. There is good variety in the restaurants and prices are reasonable for what you receive. We also took full advantage of the grand spa, which offers a full range of treatments at a reasonable price. The spa staff could possibly have been a touch more professional (there was giggling which wasn’t totally appreciated) and the reflexology was much more of a leg massage, however we still enjoyed our treatments and for the price versus time of treatments we were happy. Location of the hotel is beautiful and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, though this means taxis are necessary in order to get anywhere. Hotel staff are very happy to help you organise these taxis though which made things very accessible. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is located on a small island next to Halong city. Only a 5-10 minute ride from the check in building on the mainland. The hotel offers this free shuttle ferry running every 20 minutes from and to the island. The hotel has nice facilities and very nice landscape. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the room. I feel the room is not clean enough and not matching the 5-star tag and the price we paid. The breakfast is really good with a lot of variety of foods to choose from.
