Incredibile! Tutto era perfetto, igiene, posizione, strutture, servizio, ecc. La vicinanza al fiume Walk è in paragone perché è meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

Tassa di rottura!!! Questo era un hotel inoperativo. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. La chiave era la posizione migliore. Non era lontano dal museo d'arte e dal museo naturale, non c'era nessuna altra caratteristica speciale.La colazione era generalmente frutta, ma non c'era salata di verdura. Ma quando ho lasciato il conto, mi sono confuso e anche peggio.Il primo giorno dopo la colazione, il cameriere ha lasciato il biglietto. Ho detto che la mia stanza era con la colazione. Il cameriere ha detto che non c'era niente. Quando avevo firmato, la ricetta lo saprebbe.Ho firmato, due 52 coltelli. Il giorno dopo, abbiamo anche scelto di aiutarci a fare la colazione. La cameriera ci ha portato una tazza di mela da tutti.Quando andiamo, prendo la fattura e lascio la fattura e me ne sono andata.Non vedo la firma.Non guardare attentamente la firma è una lezione pesante!!!!Ho trovato 30 coltelli più quando ho fatto la fattura, che soldi? Ha detto che ho scelto il set e hanno bisogno di pagare un altro.E'cosi' divertente!E'una chiara e chiara lettera di gratitudine che mi ha chiamato. Non andrà mai più in un hotel Omni!Troppo confuso!Il servizio clienti di Trip.com comunica con loro, e loro continuano a insistere sulla loro pratica.

Quando si è tolto l'ascensore, ha profumato come un poop.Altrimenti il personale era fantastico stanza era grande!!

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

L'hotel era grande, la stanza era senza spot e ben progettato. Il ristorante era ”ok” ma non molto di una scelta per le scelte alimentari. Il bar era molto buono, le bevande erano a posto e il barista era attento. Io consiglierei l'hotel, ma suggerirei di andare da qualche altra parte per cena.
