Sono stato fortunato e ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito della camera, passando dalla zona B, originariamente prenotata, alla zona A. Inoltre, quel pomeriggio c'è stato un forte temporale sul Monte Huangshan, e sono arrivato in hotel completamente bagnato. Il personale mi ha subito procurato un asciugascarpe e il giorno dopo scarpe e calze erano asciutte, davvero un ottimo servizio. Lo stesso personale ha anche fornito informazioni molto complete, dai servizi della struttura fino all'orario e al luogo migliori per vedere l'alba del giorno seguente. L'hotel è un cinque stelle e le sue strutture sono di stile classico. In bagno c'era anche un pratico stendino. L'hotel si trova a metà montagna, l'ambiente è molto tranquillo ed è vicino al punto panoramico per l'alba sul Picco Danxia. Inoltre, dall'ingresso dell'hotel si ha la possibilità di ammirare lo spettacolare mare di nuvole.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

Had a great stay again in this same room. It is very spacious, clean and the attendant takes care of all your needs during the stay. I love that! They bring everything to your door no need to get things yourself. It includes club lounge access which is very convenient for meals. I would definitely book again. I also used their laundry service and it was ready the same day.

Il personale è stato estremamente utile e professionale. Ho un bel bell'arte, un bel fiore e un bel ursetto. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno. Nuove foglie pulite e morbide ogni giorno erano apprezzate. Il letto era morbido e comodo. Il condizionatore d'aria era apprezzato. Il WiFi funzionava bene. La sala era comoda da usare.  Le tazze della stanza erano deliziose.Mi piacevano i gelati della foglia. Il colazione era pieno.Ho trovato il frutto come il melone d'acqua così delizioso. Una lavatrice di alta qualità è stata utile.  La posizione è centrale e conveniente per ristoranti, parco, banche.  Facile da ottenere un Didi  Grazie.

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. In summary, Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay offers not only comfortable accommodation, but also warmth, reliability, and peace of mind. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! UUtente ospite這家民宿真的太讓我驚喜了！一直刷到鳩茲古鎮，這次特意帶家人來轉轉。我們選酒店的時候就是看上了他們家這些房間的名字，童心童趣，走進來真的可以説是童趣十足！小朋友愛慘了民宿裏的小兔子和小貓，退房都不想走。。而且這個小貓的名字也很好玩叫打雷😂。房間設施環境衞生都相當不錯，重點是住宿還含門票！！車一停下就看見老闆來接我們，人真的很熱情，想的也很周到，狠狠👍了。古鎮傳統徽派建築，很有味道，煙花，打鐵花各種表演還挺豐富的。老闆還送了我們一個他們自己的打卡冊，小朋友可以去各個點蓋章，很有紀念意義。真的是相當滿意的一次旅行，強烈推薦給後面來旅遊的朋友！

WWee Meng SengSiamo una famiglia di quattro. Ci siamo divertiti molto nel nostro soggiorno all'hotel. Era così rilassante e tranquillo. L'hotel era circondato da montagne, ma dispone di tutte le strutture di un hotel a cinque stelle. Poiché era inverno non usiamo la piscina, ma abbiamo avuto un divertimento di soffocare nelle primavera calde all'aperto. La cena e il colazione erano deliziosi e gli ingredienti erano di migliore qualità. La ricezione era calda e professionale. I giovani uomini e la signora che correvano in questo posto ci hanno dato un ottimo consiglio su come salire sulla montagna. Alberghi - camere, ristorante, centro di massaggio a piedi (non si possono trovare) e camere di scacchi cinesi. Non sicuro, come questo hotel è assegnato a 5 stelle? Configurazione delle camere - immagino sia il momento di ristrutturare. Ho sentito il progetto di ristrutturazione approvato! Servizi - camere per il miglioramento!
