The stay at the service apartments were disappointing and below expectations. My friends and I did not have a good sleep because of the prayer chanting that starts everyday 430-5am, it is very loud and everyone was awoken by it. On top of that, there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room. Even after house keeping the cockroach was still there. We had to call the lobby to come clean up. One of our friends’ room also had a smell in the apartment, the door was not working very well and the fridge and aircon was also not cold. We requested for a change of room on the last day however the new room was worst, there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the toilet light where left on. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the stays at the service apartments. But the service provided by the staff were okay and acceptable at the least. The location is also not too bad and accessible to most places. I would rate overall 3.5/5.

Loved the close proximity this hotel is to Grand Batam Mall the newest and amazing mall in Batam! Food, fun, shopping aplenty to do there. Just 5 minutes walk away. A couple of popular cafes in the same area but it was pouring the past few days we were there so we couldn’t walk around much. The road at the entrance was a little muddy and bumpy cos of the rain but there were staff there to assist us. Took a lift upstairs to the lobby for check in, quick and efficient. Requested high floor but it wasn’t available but that’s fine. Room is huge and comfortable. Bed was not as soft as we wished for. Toilet is spacious with shower and rain shower. Only downside was the cleanliness of the towels. Looks yellowish and not very clean. Right opposite theres a massage place RE and it was really clean and relaxing as we did our aromatherapy scrub, Balinese massage as well as hair wash and head massage for just $50+ for 2 hours. Taxis are affordable and usually only takes 2-3 minutes for a car to arrive. Went to Nagoya Hill to walk walk see see and ate at Warung Guling Pak Made and we loved it! And also took taxi to the Blue Fire Beach club which is next to Atlantis and Deep Sea.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Staff was welcoming and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. The hotel also offers pick up and transfer when you arrive and depart from ferry terminal.  The room itself was clean and well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and a modern design. The view from my room was a lovely bonus, adding to the overall ambiance of my stay.  One of the highlights was the hotel’s breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes. The location of the hotel was also a plus, there’s  a nearby restaurant.  I would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly staff and convenient location made my trip a memorable one. I look forward to returning in the future!

Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

As seen from reviews, we drop by a supermarket stocked up before dropping at the wonderful resort. Everything here is good but aging but the rooms are well maintained. When we reached, we were given a choice paid to upgrade to Tirta beach side. Which is the better side. Loved the island bar during evening but the menu is limited, so is the over price japanese restaurant and the main restaurant. Only thing good was it open 24HRs and the food / B'fast was just OK. The only Mart was not opened. Maybe it's open only on weekends. During low tide you could see alot of crabs n fishies. I advise you to visit a supermarket before you check in and check with them about what activity you are kin to do.

Another unpleasant experience was during check-out—I noticed a foul smell, similar to a sump pit, near the elevator and on the first floor. It was quite off-putting as I was leaving the hotel. Tutto è giusto, il prezzo, la posizione, spaziosa camera e bfast è sorprendente (eccetto lonlong saur. .lonlong è buono..ma la zuppa.. troppo salino n troppo acqua ...pls fix ^^ ( dovrebbe essere curioso quando il qty è ancora molto mentre gli altri menu r mantenuto essere riempiti), pulizia 👍 Tuttavia la carta d'accesso sta uccidendo..Solo uno, abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia.. quindi quando uno di noi era fuori dalla stanza a notte o colazione, qualunque cosa.. uno di noi deve stare in attesa.. Non poteva dormire in tempo, e il tempo è stato speso in bagno o in bagno per aprire la porta al nostro membro di Fam. La camera è spaziale ma il telaio ecc è vecchio e non lascia una vibrazione molto pulita. La maggior parte delle aree dell'hotel sono molto luminose, aggiungendo alle vibrazioni vecchie.

Need to improve on the amenities n the rooms hv mosquito…. Toiletries not complete only basic n no hand towel…

Bella hotel e servizio clienti amichevole. Colazione così buona con molte varietà. Grab sono così molto più facile e veloce. È possibile tagliare breve a Nagoya ma la scala di corsa non è conveniente ma si può anche tagliare brevemente sul lato della strada molto vicino. Durante il CNY abbiamo ricevuto arancione e pacchetto di ang pow con note e token $$ per fortuna.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Situazione conveniente. Distanze da camminare al centro commerciale Grand Batam e al centro commerciale BCS. Molto cibo vicino. La camera dell'hotel è pulita. La colazione è meravigliosa. Camera ad alto livello, bella vista sul sole.

Purtroppo non sono in grado di viaggiare a causa della morte della mia zia .. Richiesta all'hotel di rimborsare una tariffa per una stanza mentre il mio amico andò per il viaggio e occupato l'altra stanza .. Ma l'hotel ha respinto la mia richiesta, quindi ho sprecato i miei soldi .. Questo feedback è stato basato su input del mio amico .. Spero che l'hotel possa restituire o almeno darmi un buono per prenotare di nuovo come io sarò a battam di nuovo in marzo 25

È tornato da un soggiorno al Holiday Inn Resort, e ho avuto un bel tempo! Il servizio era fantastico, e il personale era super amichevole, mi ha fatto sentire a casa. La piscina e tutte le strutture erano in punto. Mi piaceva stare fuori dalla piscina! E lasciate che vi dica, il cibo indonesiano era fantastico. Non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza! Penso di tornare in futuro.

Ottimo resort con viste eccellenti e buona privacy. Il servizio è di prim'ordine anche prima del check-in, il personale ti contatterà per conoscere l'orario di arrivo al terminal dei traghetti e organizzare il trasporto di conseguenza. Si trova a circa 70-90 minuti di auto dal terminal dei traghetti principale e la posizione è piuttosto isolata, quindi prendilo in considerazione se prevedi di svolgere attività al di fuori del resort. In caso contrario, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e godersi la privacy. Le ville sono enormi e sono dotate di macchine Nespresso, vasca da bagno e doccia a pioggia e biciclette per gli spostamenti all'interno del resort, ma su richiesta sono disponibili servizi di passeggino o semplicemente per fare una passeggiata. Ci sono attività gratuite e attività a pagamento all'interno del resort e lo staff ti invierà su WhatsApp gli opuscoli e i dettagli al momento del check-in. Opzioni di cibo limitate all'interno del resort e sono più costose, ma non è affatto male. The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

The property has lots of potential and service staff have wonderful attitude. it just opened in Oct, so not everything is fully up just yet. It was generally a nice stay but several small disappointments added up and we conclude we would stay elsewhere if we returned to Bintan (although probably not soon). - we were fortunate to get the room early at check-in (~1230pm) cos the room was ready. - F&B team had the most hiccups. we had late lunch on the first day - the restaurant was not busy but they could not cope with orders. we waited over 40mins and other tables that came later were served before us. food was not even piping hot when it arrived, which is weird—was it sitting around and just not served?? - subsequent days’ breakfast at the same and only restaurant also always had something up. e.g. long waits, forgotten orders, and when we asked about items, two of them would turn up. that said, all the staff were super nice, and we’re grateful — albeit still disappointed. - the room was very pretty but there’s an impractical design flaw on the hanging lamp on the bedside. it rattles every now and then due to the AC. i ignored it fine but it drove my husband mad 😅 he had to cushion it with a hand towel. - the in-room phone was also strange. we had to try many times to dial ‘0’ for guest services — there’s no other number to call. it sometimes sounded like it was ringing/connecting but nothing was happening. - housekeeping didn’t clean our room the whole time we were out on day 2. only came when we were back resting at 5+pm. - indigo doesn’t allow sharing of facilities with sister hotel, which frankly is a missed opportunity these days. i’ve lost count of the number of resorts who do it and market it as a plus point. it almost seems weird that they don’t when it’s virtually connected to IHG. - hadn’t realise this but they don’t brand themselves as a family hotel so there’s no kids club. don’t pick this place if u need a place to entertain your kids. i was surprised that a beach resort didn’t have a kids club 😆 - the hotel wanted to impose a surcharge on my 5yo who was sharing the same room same bed and not (in my opinion) consuming significantly more resources than another guest who may have been just a couple without a kid. we’ve been to many other properties that brag a “kids stay free” concept unless u ask for an extra pullaway bed. anyways, while the charge is relatively common, when asked about what the charge goes toward, the explanation i was offered was weak. and after the stay, all the more i didn’t feel there was much to justify this so called additional charge.

This apartment-style accommodation offers the luxury of a private beach, making it an ideal getaway. The receptionists, Gazza and Tasia, provided exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process. They went above and beyond by assisting with reservations at the Banyan Tree restaurants, ensuring both transport and seat arrangements were seamlessly taken care of. The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

Overall a pretty decent stay. We super love the service and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to all of our requests and many last minute changes. The room is quite clean and the aircon is super strong. Very convenient to have the pool outside, good privacy while you take a dip/play in the water. They have Netflix, Disney+, etc but you need to sign in to your account. Downside is we are disconnected to the signal/no internet for the TV. Ended up using our phones to watch shows.

3D2N stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Complimentary shuttle bus to hotel & ferry terminal. Excellent services from all Natra Bintan hotel's staff, they were so warm & welcoming! Our room was decorated & a slice of cake was provided. Breakfast spread was gd & delicious, room was clean, staffs always make up room daily so if you do not want to make up room better put the ”Do not disturb” sign on door handle. Cannot hear neighbours, but you do hear aeroplane flying noise in the middle of night, birds chipping at 6am plus so if you are a light sleeper then you might find it hard to get a gd sleep. Hotel provides buggy services to bring us to room, different parts of Treasure Bay. 20% off activities at Treasure Bay for being Natra guests. Only 3 restaurants which are at Natra, Anmon & Treasure Bay activity centre. Had western lunch at Anmon hotel once but food was average, Natra's food was much better. Will definitely consider Natra for our next Bintin trip due to the excellent staffs!

My husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay. Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant. I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island. We will surely come back again.

I play golf at the nearby Laguna Bintan Golf Course and have returned again to stay at Angsana Bintan. A special mention to the main restaurant manager at Angsana who is very attentive and helpful. The spa at Angsana Bintan is great and the masseurs and staff provide a very good service. One issue is that they charge you if you take away the bedroom slippers and the beach slippers without actually telling you in advance. I was almost caught out to pay about 20USD for this which is a bit preposterous for a 5 star hotel! My room had twin beds of generous size each with lots of room to move around, a working desk, a lounging sofa and a balcony with furniture. The room offered a great view of the beach and the sea.
