Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Banten

Was looking forward for this trip for an event near ICE BSD. Definitely worth it. You’ll be greeted with porter offering help with your luggages, check-in was breezy.  The breakfast spread is to die for. You can get a taste of Indonesia and I enjoyed every bite.  Will definitely visit again, didn’t manage to make use of the gym and pool, maybe will use that then.

Siamo rimasti a Episode Hotel Gading Serpong come famiglia con tre bambini, e si è rivelata una bella esperienza. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il personale era caldo e accogliente, rendendo il check-in fluido e senza stress, che è sempre apprezzato quando viaggia con i bambini. Le camere sono spaziali, pulite e molto comode. Con tre bambini, lo spazio è sempre un problema, ma la disposizione ci ha reso facile per tutti riposare bene. I letti erano cosi' confortevoli, e il bagno era moderno e ben mantenuto. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il buffet di colazione di varietà, dai piatti locali alle opzioni amicali come pasticceria, cereali e frutta fresca.I nostri bambini godevano di questo, e rendeva le mattine molto più facili. La piscina è stato un altro luogo preferito per i bambini, mentre noi, come genitori, apprezzavamo l'atmosfera rilassante delle strutture dell'hotel e delle comodità vicine come le opzioni di shopping e cena. In generale, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong è una grande scelta per le famiglie. Combina comfort, comodità e servizio pensiero, rendendo il nostro soggiorno sia rilassante e piacevole. Ci ritroveremmo felicemente sul nostro prossimo viaggio familiare.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Bintaro with my family, and overall, we had a good experience in terms of location and dining service. The hotel is conveniently located, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and excellent taste. The restaurant team did a great job. However, there are several service points that need serious improvement, especially considering this is a Hilton brand property. We arrived at the hotel around 16:30, yet surprisingly, our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for an additional one hour, despite us paying full price and arriving well past the standard check-in time. This was especially inconvenient because my son was not feeling well and needed to rest immediately. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk suddenly “found” a room that was ready. Unfortunately, the room did not match our booking preferences. I had specifically booked and paid extra for a high-floor room, but we were assigned a room on a lower floor. When I asked for clarification, the hotel staff mentioned it was an “upgrade.” However, upon checking, the so-called upgraded room was only 4 m² larger and the price difference was merely 8–10 USD compared to the original booking—hardly a meaningful upgrade and not aligned with what we paid for. Additionally, I had included a dinner package in my reservation, but upon check-in, no one informed us about the dinner details. We had to proactively ask for information, otherwise it would have been overlooked entirely. I understand the hotel was at full capacity due to the holiday season, but frankly, this cannot be an excuse for such disorganized service. This is DoubleTree by Hilton, not a standard budget hotel. Proper preparation for peak seasons is expected from a global hotel chain, and this experience fell short of that standard. In conclusion, while I appreciate the dining experience and the hotel’s convenient location, the check-in process and handling of my booking were disappointing. This stay has made me reconsider whether I would return to this hotel in the future.

Everything is nice, from the first we arrived the staff is very friendly, well-manner and helpfull. Breakfast also served in chinese style and taste well although we're local. Will coming again for our next trip

Pertama kali mencoba menginap di Herloom BSD dengan konsep Apartel, fasilitas kamar lengkap, dengan kitchen set, mesin cuci. kami mengambil type kamar Two Bedroom Executive, namun dikarenakan saat itu hanya tersedia smoking room dan kami menginap dengan anak2, petugas receptionis yg bertugas saat itu berbaik hati memberikan upgrade kamar menjadi suite two bedroom. Kamar bersih, amenities lengkap, over all semua OK. Kolam renang luas kedalaman aman untuk anak2. Pengalaman yg menyenangkan.

Its a good apartment and the lord is verygood and responsible. Although there was an unpleasant incident, namely a late check-in, they provided extraordinary compensation and the owner was very kind. In the future, I will continue to choose to book at this place.

Troppo rumoroso, il suono delle moto e delle auto può essere sentito chiaramente. Non riuscivo a dormire ieri sera

L'hotel in sé offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che si trova proprio accanto all'aeroporto. Nuovo, pulito e i servizi funzionano bene. La qualità della camera è fantastica Il più grande svantaggio è l'ambiente circostante: 1. Non c'è un cartello chiaro dove un neofita dovrebbe trovare la hall, la rampa era stretta e dopo una salita, è ancora confuso dove si trovi la hall dell'hotel. 2. Nessun parcheggio dedicato per gli ospiti dell'hotel, o almeno da quanto ho capito 3. Non c'è un cancello chiaro per le persone con il carrello portabagagli per entrare nell'hotel. Entro attraverso un cancello per disabili, e questo anche dopo aver chiesto alla guardia di sicurezza che non si preoccupa di aprire il cancello per gli ospiti.

Brand new hotel located near AEON Mall, need to grab a car to the mall but very near. Great hotel with extremely clean rooms. The room is spacious with a very nice bathroom with all the amenities you need.

The hotel environment is classy, the rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff are smiling, really helpful and professional. We highly recommend to everyone!
