Brasile: hotel con bar nella provincia di Bahia

Muito bom hotel, limpo, moderno, boas piscinas, com vista da varanda muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom!

Pros: * spaziosa camera pulita * buon colazione aperto alle 6:30am (le porte sono chiuse prima), con latte privo di lattosio e opzioni prive di glutine * Ok piscina area (ma non è verde) Coni: * l'A/C era debole, ma dopo averlo correto per un giorno la stanza era abbastanza fredda (necessita di una carta nella slot durante quel giorno ...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang on the door knop * Il desk in camera era piccolo e molto annoiante per il lavoro del portatile (rotondo, vetro) * le sedie nella stanza non erano affatto comode * di tutto il personale, solo una persona di fronte parlava inglese * nessuna lavanderia * nessuna sala d'affari * vecchio ascensore lentamente * finestra non era isolata dal rumore stradale così bene, ma ho usato 33 dB di cluci NRR per bloccare il rumore che è passato; ci sono anche molte camere che non si trovano di fronte alla strada * la porta anteriore non si apriva automaticamente con la chiave; doveva aspettare che il personale lo aprisse; altre volte era lasciato aperto

L'hotel è eccellente. La camera doppia che ci hanno assegnato era spaziosa e molto ben attrezzata. Era dotato di un sistema di aria condizionata centralizzato molto facile da usare e di finestre che garantivano un'ampia ventilazione. Il bagno era dotato di asciugacapelli. La piscina è bella e spaziosa, offre il servizio asciugamani e un bar. Sorprendentemente, durante il nostro soggiorno, gli ospiti ne hanno fatto scarso uso. La colazione è ottima, molto completa, varia e deliziosa. Un buffet spettacolare con un servizio eccellente, che spazia dalla frutta di stagione alle torte, dai piatti caldi ai vari tipi di pane e molto altro ancora. Ce n'era sicuramente per tutti i gusti. Il ristorante dell'hotel, che serve anche la colazione, offre anche altri pasti a un costo aggiuntivo. La prima sera siamo andati a cena in hotel e siamo rimasti stupiti dalla qualità del cibo, dall'abbinamento dei sapori e dall'eccellente servizio ricevuto. Senza dubbio è stata una delle migliori esperienze gastronomiche che abbiamo avuto a Salvador. Per migliorare, vorrei solo menzionare un dettaglio importante: gli ospiti non devono mai essere interrotti per controllare gli articoli del minibar durante il loro soggiorno. Sinceramente non capisco perché gli hotel abbiano questa politica, figuriamoci a questo livello, quando è qualcosa che può essere facilmente fatto durante la pulizia della camera e/o il check-out.

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather) -Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?) -Room facilities functional but way below par. -Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that. -Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming. -Pool was small and permanently overcrowded. Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best.

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

Adorei.A localização é excelente assim como o atendimento,a estrutura e limpeza. Vou deixar duas observações mas que de forma alguma diminuem a experiência que foi espetacular.É que sempre pode melhorar. Mas poderiam mudar a esteira da academia.Bao dava pra correr.Era muito estreita e instável.Pode até causar acidente. O outro ponto é o barulho com as conversas dos funcionários em horários bem cedo comopor ex, antes das 07h da manhã.Ali próximo da lavanderia e por onde passam os funcionários alguns paravam ali próximo de alguns quartos e conversavam bem alto que dava pra ouvir nos quartos.Apenas essa orientação para evitar conversas altas até um determinado horário .Ficavam rindo e tal.Acho que nem se tocaram.Com toda a certeza voltarei a ficar hospedada no hotel.A minha avaliação é 9 por causa desse detalhe do barulho próximo ao quarto.

What a wonderful stay at Casa Imbale! It's  a cozy beach house, and  Conrado, a very-friendly Italian owner and all his staff, will insure you'll feel comfortably at home. A perfect location by the palm-tree lined  Imbassai beach;  a very delicious tropical breakfast  with lots of daily treats, served daily at the garden.  The rooms are cleaned daily. The facilities are modest and functional, but the warm and genuine Brazilian-style hospitality is a  luxury, a gift, a traveling experience you'll  enjoy, treasure and share, as I did! I'll sure return!

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.
