Nuova Zelanda: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

La stanza è molto vecchia, le finestre sono state pulite anche scarsamente. Tuttavia il resto dell'hotel è bello e aggiornato, tra cui la zona di spa e piscina. In generale è stato un soggiorno decente, ma io andrei solo per il bagno e non restare ancora lì.

Il vantaggio è che è vicino all'aeroporto. Ci sono autobus che partono e scendono dall'aeroporto durante il giorno e ti porteranno al terminal passeggeri nazionale. Nota che non è il terminal passeggeri internazionale bravo in inglese, sarà più problematico. Tutto il personale parla inglese. Per quanto riguarda i difetti, posso solo dire che c'è un posto dove dormire. Il letto nella camera doppia è molto piccolo. La stanza con più di 300 yuan ha una finestra molto piccola Bisogno. Non ci sono pantofole, non è necessario portare il proprio spazzolino da denti. I servizi igienici e i bagni sono in comune. Sono presenti shampoo, bagnoschiuma e asciugacapelli, ma l'acqua calda non è molto fluida. Le condizioni di salute sono molto nella media. La cucina pubblica sembrava essere stata bombardata e sembrava che nessuno la usasse da centinaia di anni. Il piccolo hotel squallido aveva in realtà una piccola piscina squallida. Durante il giorno, gli stranieri portavano i loro bambini a giocare nell'acqua Devo dire che la forma fisica degli stranieri era davvero buona. Check out alle 10:00 e check in dalle 14:00 alle 15:00. I have some feedback about the Cordis which positive and negative POV. I had to change 4 times because of the noises from outside, the first 2 rooms were right beside the road and bus stop beside so I couldn't sleep. The last room I stayed had a heater generated sound every time it was turn on. They had checked and fixed but not affected so I had to turn off in order to sleep. Most of the staff were nice and supportive but I didn't feel trustable with the first man at the reception who checkin for me (I don't know the name). I wanted to deposit by cash for easier process but he drove me use credit card and I haven't got the deposit back after checkout 4 days until now.

Hotel molto bello con una buona posizione e parcheggio gratuito. Tuttavia, due richieste di riparazione del frigo non sono state realizzate in nulla. Ogni mattina, alle 8:00, un carro girerebbe anche fuori dalla mia stanza, facendo un sacco di rumore e svegliandomi.

A great hotel conveniently located directly across the international terminal. There is 24 hours reception and staff are friendly and professional. The room is very clean and the bedding and pillow are comfortable. It would have been even better if there were slippers and dental kit made available. There are various lounges, onsite restaurant and fitness room. Didn't get to use all the facilities, but maybe next time! If you need a short stay near the airport, this is worth a visit!

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

La ricezione era accogliente e utile. Ci sono stati assegnati spazio no.106 per la notte di 19.4.26. Le strutture e le strutture che non sono nuove erano adeguate. I had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and having a washing machine was extremely convenient. One of my favorite features was the spa bathtub, and it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland. Thank you for the excellent service!
