Nuova Zelanda: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

Ottima posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo Camera molto spaziosa con buoni comfort Un piccolo problema è che la camera era piuttosto minimalista, ad esempio non c'era uno scaffale nella zona doccia e non sono riuscito a comunicare un check-in posticipato senza telefonare, anche se penso che questo sia un problema più generale di Trip che dell'hotel stesso

Ci sono piscina all'interno della camera d'acqua calda e spa e il nostro bambino molto felice, ma l'atteggiamento del personale è un po' meno gentile, tutti gli altri possono accettare la colazione e è delizioso

Couldnt find a kettle to make cup of tea, the detail in the email of the bus stop location at the airport needs changing because its stop D not C for the yellow bus, the room had a weird chemical smell and was freezing but 2 little oil heaters that had seen better days were provided of which i kindve fixed by doing up the screws because hot heater sitting on carpet is fire risk (room 66). Service was excellent, bed was good, super cheap. Good for what I paid for, no complaints. You need a place to crash, this is fine. Dinner is decent. Shower is hot.

La migliore esperienza dell'hotel. Tutto è bello, pulito, ben attrezzato. Il personale mi ha anche dato consigli su come arrivare all'aeroporto. È possibile avere una navetta gratuita al centro della città vicino al porto. È davvero divertito da mangiare e da bere nel salone del club. Anche la colazione era bella, con una grande varietà.

A family of four for two nights. We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️ Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view. Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

The hotel is in good location, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the room door was so thin that we could hear someone outside talking on the corridors. One day we came back at 9pm exhaustedly from many adventure activities all day, and found out that our room hadn’t been made up, the towels hadn’t been changed and also the bedding, although we had put the “please make up my room” sign on. So disappointed

Hotel molto bello con una buona posizione e parcheggio gratuito. Tuttavia, due richieste di riparazione del frigo non sono state realizzate in nulla. Ogni mattina, alle 8:00, un carro girerebbe anche fuori dalla mia stanza, facendo un sacco di rumore e svegliandomi.

A great hotel conveniently located directly across the international terminal. There is 24 hours reception and staff are friendly and professional. The room is very clean and the bedding and pillow are comfortable. It would have been even better if there were slippers and dental kit made available. There are various lounges, onsite restaurant and fitness room. Didn't get to use all the facilities, but maybe next time! If you need a short stay near the airport, this is worth a visit!

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

La stanza era molto vecchia, aveva una fuga nel tetto della camera da bagno che era evidentemente esistente da anni, perché aveva un grande patch sopra di essa che cadeva. Il pavimento era estremamente slipperoso e c'erano alcuni capelli neri in tutto il pavimento del bagno. Il servizio era amichevole, ma si è preso un po'di carico dall'aeroporto.
