The hotel was easy to find, and the front desk staff was very nice. The lobby and eating area were clean and up to date. The Breakfast food was good and there was plenty of choices. The hotel is across the street from a Roberson mall which is great for shopping and dining choices.

Il nostro soggiorno a RedDoorz è stato fantastico! Il personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole e utile, andando sempre a un miglio di distanza per assicurare il nostro comfort. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con un comodo letto e una vista stupenda. Il colazione è delizioso e offre una vasta gamma di opzioni.

We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses ..

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

La camera è piccola ma si aspetta un hotel di bilancio. I letti sono confortevoli. L'acqua è fornita tramite un distributore sulla strada con un picchio fornito. La posizione dei distributori potrebbe essere stata migliorata, quindi non è necessario camminare lontano. Il personale di lobby è solo unico, quindi il check-in/check-out richiede un po' di tempo per completare. La colazione è servita nella stanza e sono imballati.

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

Had trouble checking in since they do not acknowledge the booking I made through Trip.com since they mentioned that the price that was indicated in Trip.com is not the correct rate.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low.
However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.

Even the cheapest hotels i have used before provide basics like daily water ..For the price of their standard would have expected more. Room had sugar ants apparently attracted by my donuts previous visits were un eventful last visit was marginal

TTW2024We walked for about 5 minutes from the Calbayog bus station. Got room 410 having sea view. Room door, mirror and shower room door are made from good quality materials, not the regular types we see in other hotels of the same price range. There’s an elevator.Their highest floor is 4th floor. The aircon has heater mode. I used cool mode first and the whole floor was wet after a few minutes so I changed to dry mode and the floor became dry. The Reception lady who quickly checked us in is a nice pleasant lady. They can boil water in an electric kettle at the Reception for 10 Peso if you need to make your instant coffee. They provide basic toiletries but no drinking water. Good hot shower. Toilet flush works very well.

If staying again, I would contact the hotel as they have disappointed feel from app payments saying it takes a month and then they charge you for this... which makes it a little expensive in comparison to other areas in the Philippines. The people are lovely so helpful and kind. You get one towel with room so if a couple bring towels or pay extra for them. Breakfast is included and is nice. Rooms are clean. Water pressure in the shower was not great, so don't come here after days of hostel or camping for the shower. It does the job, though. Laundry diagonally across the street is excellent. Overall, it was a great place to stay in this area.
