Check in clerk was amazing.. but
Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk

Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening.
Conflicted if I would ever stay here again.
Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

We requested 2 times for the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned for our 2 weeks stay.. The receptionists are nice. The breakfast is simple American breakfast, cold eggs, DIY waffles and bagels. The highlight of the lobby is that you can help yourselves with coffee or hot chocolate. During my 2 weeks in Redmond Inn, there’s was no cookies served as promised in the brochure. One good thing about the room is that there’s a small area for microwave and fridge but no electric kettle.

Il personale del desk front here è eccezionalmente amichevole e utile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa, con tutto in buona ordine di lavoro.

Adatto per passare la notte all'aeroporto, l'ambiente è buono, e la piscina è divertente. L'hotel ha un autobus. Inizia alle quattro del mattino. La passeggiata all'aeroporto richiede qualche minuto.

UUtente ospiteMy flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

La lavatrice non funzionava dopo aver pagato e messo i vestiti e il detergente, poi ho chiamato il fronte, e poi mi hanno detto che la lavatrice non funzionava. Gli ho chiesto perché non hanno fatto un annuncio, il dipartimento di fronte ha detto che mi ha appena scoperto quando ho chiamato. All'inizio mi ha chiesto di aspettare fino alla mattina prossima, poi hanno la possibilità di chiamare la compagnia di lavastoviglie per cercare di rimborsarmi. Comunque, non sono sicuri se ricevo o no il rimborso!!! Al termine, andando indietro e indietro, il desk front concorda di rimborsarmi in contanti e dare qualche detergente per andare in un altro piano per il lavanderia.
Arrivo a Seattle tardi alle 11:00 della sera con la macchina. Ho pagato la tassa giornaliera per il parcheggio. Poiché lasciarò Seattle solo poche ore dopo avermi controllato, mi hanno detto che non potevo lasciare la macchina nel garage fino a tardi pomeriggio, perché hanno bisogno dello spazio. Ho detto che ho pagato un’«tassa giornaliera», quindi in linea di principio dovrei poter parcheggiare la macchina fino a tardi pomeriggio, ma non mi hanno detto che è mia scelta controllare tardi e non possono fare nulla per estendere il parcheggio fino a tardi pomeriggio.
Gli ho chiesto se si trattasse del regolamento, che lo mettano chiaramente nella descrizione e lo informino in anticipo agli ospiti, in particolare agli ospiti internazionali che potrebbero avere un'altra interpretazione della «tassa giornaliera».
Alla fine mi permettono di parcheggiare fino alle 2:00, che è troppo presto per me, e devo cambiare il mio piano a Seattle per il parcheggio.
In conclusione, l'atteggiamento generale è che sono dispiaciuti se l'ospite ha qualche problema, ma non possono aiutare molto!!!!

UUtente ospiteThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

UUtente ospiteIt was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger.
The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit.
The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark.
That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time.
Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!

Attenzione, la stanza è probabilmente la dimensione di un piccolo appartamento dello studio NYC, certamente non per le famiglie, ma i single e le coppie lo VOgliano.

JJiti VarmaMy first visit to Seattle and the Executive Pacific Hotel.
The perfect city-centre location, and even better, it’s very easy and cheap to get to from Sea-Tac airport. A direct and very cheap light train link from the airport (follow signs past the Alaskan Airways area) but be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk. About 40 minutes to Symphony, then a 5-minute walk (uphill) to the hotel. Et voila! The Executive Pacific Hotel. Simples!
The hotel was excellent. Exceptionally clean and quiet, and a very comfortable room and bed. Courteous, helpful staff. Good, in-room facilities, coffee/tea maker, fridge, room safe, and complimentary bottled water. Good views over to the inlet. There is a small coffee and breakfast area and a shop next to the reception.
Unfortunately, nothing is perfect. The wifi in the hotel is free, but patchy at best. I was unable to finish my online work. I realise the USA wifi network is not as good as in Europe, but business travellers need the best wifi connection, and not all travellers travel on business expenses. Hotel owners, please take note.
Otherwise, with no other complaint, I would definitely stay at the Executive Pacific Hotel in Seattle again.

RRenee VeronicaI was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level.
The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed.
A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available.
**They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course.
A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time.
***QUICK NOTE***
Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

UUtente ospiteMi piaceva la mia camera d'albergo. La vista era bella e si trovava così vicino a tutte le attrazioni che volevo vedere. Passeggiavo per scegliere il mercato del posto, l'ago spaziale, l'acquario e altro ancora. L’unica cosa che mi ha buttato fuori al check-in è stato il deposito di 375 dollari che hanno chiesto... questo dovrebbe essere indicato prima dell’arrivo per almeno dare agli ospiti una testa a testa, come un turista che’un enorme inaspettato chiede considerando che avete già pagato più di 1k per il spazio. A parte che il mio soggiorno era sorprendente e il personale era assolutamente carino e utile. Se vengo a Seattle di nuovo, sarei sicuramente qui di nuovo.
