CChristopherI stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and I would say that overall the hotel is in need of a refurbishment regarding the rooms. Many of the surfaces around the room that we were in originally (202) had been very worn and scratched. The surfaces in our new room (614) were better but still very dated. As you may have been able to pick up now, we moved rooms due to certain things in our original room that we were not happy with. For example, a footprint on one of the chairs, smudges on glass, stains on the carpet floor, part of the carpet coming up from the corner and some very dusty surfaces. I reported this to front desk and requested a move and I had pictures to show the conditions that we had spotted inside the room. The staff member was able to move us to 614 and accompanied us on the elevator to floor two for him to inspect the room whilst we continued to our new room. The new room had one issue with it which was that the bathroom door could not close fully due to a misaligned lock that would move if you opened the door by the handle. Therefore you cannot fully close the door with ease. Again, this was reported. Each room had a large TV (which I cast my device to), a Nespresso machine, a tea station and some information about the adjoining restaurant called Chino Latino. The restaurant was where we had breakfast. The following morning and breakfast was on a buffet service. My wife has celiac disease meaning that she needs a gluten-free diet and this was catered for at the breakfast, however the evening menu does not cater for a lot of gluten-free options, so there is very little choice. Due to this, we had our evening meal in the city center which was so easy to get to as the hotel is already within the city center and at a fantastic location. I highly recommend that you go to the Hockley area of Nottingham City center where there are many places for you to go and have a nice meal or a nice drink. My wife and I went to Mowgli which is an Indian tiffin style restaurant (pictured). One last thing to mention is that the car park at the hotel was filled and therefore we could not avail of this facility. However, there is an NCP car park opposite the hotel and this costs £10 for an overnight stay if you pay by the NCP app or £15 via the normal ticket method, versus £20 if you park at the hotel itself. Overall, I was happy enough with our stay but compared to my stay in 2019, the condition of the hotel has gone down a bit and I really hope that it does get a refurbishment soon as I really like the hotel. For it being a four-star hotel I was hoping for the condition of it to be at least the standard as it was at my previous stay. Customer service was still the same level as it was before which was of a high standard. Breakfast was okay and I think that for catering to people with celiac it was sufficient. If you are a couple, I would recommend possibly staying at another hotel, as this hotel is more for convenience or for a business purpose in my eyes. I give the stay a 3/5.

BBrianlwyI had a day trip at Nottingham and i booked this amazing hotel ,The room size is adequate for a family with 4 members like me ,the room is absolutely clean and tidy.It also has gym room and swimmimg pool although i didn't have time to enjoy.The reception attendees show up professional who can speak a clear english to ensure me understood because i am not a native citizen .The breakfast is just like all the other hotel which has everything you can eat.Overall it is a recommend hotel for someone who come to Notthingham

UUtente ospiteOur stay at Roomzzz was excellent! Very modern rooms and very clean. As someone who needs to eat a lot, and frequently, the kitchenette was a great addition. Check in and out was quick and simple. Hot drinks and pastries in a morning is a lovely little bonus. Excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. Parking was secure and good price at £10 per night in comparison to other local parking facilities, and they let us park for extra time on check out day so we could go grab some breakfast. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had some noisy neighbours wake us up at 1am and the staff handled it very promptly.
The cons were minor things, there was no instructions for the aircon or induction hob so we couldn’t figure out how to work them. Maybe a little manual for them would be helpful. Also, the shower went cold quite a few times (only for a few seconds at at time) but I’m assuming this is due to high water use. It wasn’t a big issue and given how beautiful the bathroom was, I didn’t really mind! Last thing, our room looked immediately onto the entrance to a university building, so we couldn’t really get changed with the curtains open, but honestly if I’d have asked to change rooms, I can imagine the staff would’ve done their best to accommodate this.
All in all, excellent stay and we will definitely be returning!😊

KKarenStanza brillante, un bel sonno e una camera chic e confortevole.Mi piaceva l'aspetto e la sensazione dell'hotel e era sorprendentemente tranquillo anche davanti alla strada principale. La finestra del bagno, tuttavia, guardava la strada principale e l'orco in quella stanza era tenuto in alto con un nastro di maschera; solo perché ero alto, potevo tenere l'orco in alto e tirarlo su e giù per chiudere. Il secchiere capelli era pericoloso per usare anche, chiaramente rotto, faceva un terribile rumore e gli elementi brillavano rosso all'interno. Non poteva usarlo. XXena_CSince we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, la colazione è ricca e tutti i tipi di snack sono deliziosi. È adatto per viaggi d'affari in treno.

JJulieL'hotel era bellissimo, il personale era molto gentile. La pulizia era sul posto. Il colazione è molto consigliato. La camera era bella, e il letto era comodo. La loro suite esecutiva ha avuto un bellissimo bagno e doccia con tutti gli asciugamani e altri forniture necessari per il vostro soggiorno, tra cui ferro e asciugacapelli e se avete dimenticato qualcosa, ad esempio un tovagliolo da denti vi forniranno questi articoli con lì Il tè e il caffè sono anche un caffè fresco e un mini bar nella stanza che è venuto con 2 bottiglie d'acqua e un bar cioccolato.L'hotel dispone di una palestra che si può utilizzare tra alcune ore. Puoi noleggiare le camere per riunioni e altri eventi. Se siete in famiglia, l'unico consiglio che mi consiglio è di chiamare avanti e assicurarsi che ci sia un letto per il vostro bambino perché ho prenotato per tre di noi e abbiamo dovuto condividere un letto fortunatamente è stato per noi tre ragazze, mia figlia e mia nipote. Il letto era molto grande, quindi era adatto, esso indicava in viaggio e consiglia di chiamare e controllare se non sei sicuro, così si può ottenere il meglio del tuo soggiorno.

BBenjamin ArthurUn bel posto. Siamo un po' felici di sbattere a causa del rating dell'hotel, ma dopo aver letto le recensioni, la maggior parte riguardava le stanze date. Perché abbiamo solo pensato di essere lì per una notte, chi se ne frega?
C'era un problema con la prenotazione dal lato Trip.com che il manager del dovere Declan poteva risolvere in un manner tempestivo, rendendo anche l'attesa molto piacevole con qualche piacevole chat.
Il personale era carino, tra cui le due giovani donne del bar/servizio alimentare e Declan.
L'edificio è incredibile e circondato da bellissimi boschi, perfetto per un passo.
Le camere sono un po' date, certo, ma perché stai cercando di passare tutto il tempo nella tua stanza? Più che abbastanza per dormire confortevole.
Anche come nota laterale su questo, immagina che sia un edificio elencato e così difficile da aggiornare.
In generale, una bella notte e una buona mattina con colazione, poi camminare.

UUtente ospiteLa struttura è molto attraente, e si trova in posizione molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria.
Le camere erano pulite e basilari ma sufficienti per quello che avevamo bisogno - al di sotto di nessun frigo per raffreddare le vostre bevande. Ci è un caldo per fare bevande calde e la camera ha TV che è buono.
Ordinò il colazione che era bello - opzioni per cereali, frutta, yogurt, tostapane, pasticceria e un completo inglese con caffè/tea e succo.
Il ristorante guarda il fiume che era bello come vedeva i cani e i coglioni
L'hotel dispone di un bar che è stato bello avere qualche drink la sera quando siamo arrivati
Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile - sarebbe sicuramente tornato se dovessimo restare a Nottingham di nuovo
Il prezzo era buono per i soldi!
