Di solito dovrebbero esserci due bottiglie di acqua minerale in camera, cosa che ho trovato strana. Poi mancava l'asciugamano e, dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, non me l'hanno ancora rifornito. Just OK. AC was super noisy esp at night. Breakfast was too crowded and the food refill system need to improve, also the speedity to reclean the table when busy. Food was average too. Check in process took about 10 minutes. Check out is very slow too. Recommended if you are fine with slow services.

Stato per la fiera di Jakarta. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dall'ingresso JI EXPO. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Vi è anche un parcheggio dedicato per gli ospiti dell'hotel, quindi non è necessario competere con altri visitatori della Giacarta Fair per parcheggio.

I have stayed in this hotel over and over. Very good location. Clean and neat rooms. Deluxe rooms with Meteo view are my favourite. The hotel always gave me upgrades. Had buffet lunch, and that was superb. All staff in the restaurant are very good. Located with a small mall, and can buy little things what we want. Easy to travel to other areas. Metro Lebak Bulus station is next to the hotel and can go to the station even during rainy days without getting wet via sky Bridge. Whole staff of the hotel very kind, smiling, pleasant and friendly and supportive. Near to Pondok Indah big shopping mall. I love this place. Thanks to all the front desk staff, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, and all others and Tryana front officer manager again.. Hope to see you again.

Sono stato a Jakarta per 3 giorni ho scelto questo hotel sulla base delle recensioni che, a mio parere, erano accurate. Ho chiamato la ricezione prima di arrivare alle 10 ore chiedendo loro di preparare la mia stanza e di mandare una navetta dall'aeroporto, erano molto utili e ho avuto un ottimo conducente. La ricezione al lobby era eccellente, mi hanno controllato prima e mi hanno chiesto gentilmente di pagare la navetta. La mia stanza era pronta per tutto questo ci voleva meno di 10 minuti. Il colazione è eccellente con una vasta varietà. La stanza era pulita con un po' di odore dal tappeto, ma non che tutto fosse perfetto.

This was our first stay at the hotel and overall, everything was okay. The room was clean, the service was decent, and the facilities met our basic expectations. Nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose well for a short stay.

Do not stay here. I thought this would be a modern, clean hotel. The rooms smelled like vomit and urine and were old and outdated. The rooms were dirty and I found stray hairs in the bathroom. I needed some laundry done and requested express laundry (4 hours). I came back 6 hours later and my laundry was not done. We almost missed our train as a result. I tried to resolve the issue with the front desk, and they had no idea where my laundry was and tried to get me to pay the express price. I would assume there are better options in Jakarta

Gaboleh è andato a prendere del cibo nella hall dell'hotel. Strano. Peccato che ci sia voluto così tanto tempo per afferrarlo, che sono stato rimproverato per averlo afferrato. Anche se tutto ciò che devi fare è ricevere il cibo per cui hai pagato.
