Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

Purtroppo, non c'è spa, quanto è scritto nella pubblicità. Purtroppo, non c'è nessun ospite in camera per un hotel 5-star. Purtroppo non c'è acqua calda nel bagno. Non ci sono tutti i materiali igienici, da tasche, spugne, sapone, eccetera, per tre persone. Purtroppo, le luci sono deboli. Purtroppo, le rovine sono molto cattive per questa grande quantità. Purtroppo, il 1085 reale rappresenta un importo molto elevato per questi servizi.

La stanza ha un piccolo soggiorno, ma la camera da letto è troppo piccola. Il letto è lungo solo 1,3 metri e non può ospitare due persone. Quindi uno di noi ha dovuto dormire sul divano. La biancheria da letto era scadente e i servizi erano rudimentali. L'hotel si trova non lontano dall'aeroporto e dalla città e l'atteggiamento del personale nei confronti del servizio è molto buono. Il prezzo è di 3000 in alta stagione, non c'è altro modo, altrimenti non venire

Questo prezzo è grande e il prezzo è relativamente alto.Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è buono. Il tipo di cibo da buffet di notte è buono. Ricordiamo che le quattro scelte di tre cibo sono molto grandi. Prima che il bestiame venga sopra, altri cibi sono un po'spiccanti

Assolutamente fantastico soggiorno! Da inizio a finire tutto era perfetto. Il servizio è eccellente ogni membro del personale è genuino gentile, pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta, e risolve qualsiasi problema immediatamente. Siamo stati davvero impressionati; non abbiamo mai avuto mai una storia così prima. Ci siamo fermati nella Villa Celestial e è stato fantastico spazioso, senza spot e bellissimo design. Lo consigliamo molto! Il cibo del TAMA Restaurant era eccellente anche ci piaceva soprattutto il colazione, che era semplicemente eccezionale. Abbiamo anche trascorso del tempo nella zona Caravans è stupenda, accogliente e con lo stesso servizio di alto livello. Ero qui con mia madre, e lei ha detto che sarebbe tornata di nuovo e di nuovo e non potevo più accettare! ❤️

Molto soddisfacente, confortevole, spazioso e ben servizio.Solo un po' lontano dalla moschea Nabawi.ma ancora sostituita con un ambiente ok.Mangiare intorno all'hotel è molto soddisfacente.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.
