Se stai cercando la perfetta via di cammino, Shaden Resort è una scelta di prima scelta. La combinazione di questi fattori rende una scelta eccellente sia per il rilassamento che per l'esplorazione. Da quando sono arrivato, mi è stato colpito l’attenzione accurata alla pulizia e al dettaglio. Le camere erano immacolate, e l’atmosfera generale del resort era sia benvenuta che sofisticata. La vicinanza alle attrazioni locali era un cambiamento di gioco, che mi permetteva di esplorare senza sforzo la zona senza la molestia di lunghi commutatori. In sintesi, Shaden Resort offre la trifeta di posizione, pulizia e comodità, rendendola una base perfetta per ogni viaggiatore. Molto consigliato!

Il buon posto per soggiornare. Tutti l'hotel pulito e buona posizione vicino a Masjid e Nababi. pochissime distanze, bisogno di taxi per andare e tornare.

The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

L'hotel non aveva una mappa turistica e una guida di Alula, il che rendeva estremamente difficile guidare: 1. Non sapevo come arrivare a Hegra. Porta Nord? Porta Sud? Orientarsi era complicato. Sono arrivato a Hegra alle 15:40, ed era già chiuso. Gli hotel internazionali di solito hanno brochure turistiche e mappe, il che va bene per i gruppi, ma è difficile per i viaggiatori indipendenti. A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Se le persone fossero meno, potreste avere un servizio cinese.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
