Assolutamente fantastico soggiorno! Da inizio a finire tutto era perfetto. Il servizio è eccellente ogni membro del personale è genuino gentile, pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta, e risolve qualsiasi problema immediatamente. Siamo stati davvero impressionati; non abbiamo mai avuto mai una storia così prima. Ci siamo fermati nella Villa Celestial e è stato fantastico spazioso, senza spot e bellissimo design. Lo consigliamo molto! Il cibo del TAMA Restaurant era eccellente anche ci piaceva soprattutto il colazione, che era semplicemente eccezionale. Abbiamo anche trascorso del tempo nella zona Caravans è stupenda, accogliente e con lo stesso servizio di alto livello. Ero qui con mia madre, e lei ha detto che sarebbe tornata di nuovo e di nuovo e non potevo più accettare! ❤️

Posizione eccellente, a soli 100 metri da Haram, camere pulite, alcune con vista su Masjid Al Nabwi, personale cortese. Bagni/doccia un po' troppo angusti. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, ma la posizione comoda significherebbe che tornerò.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Se stai cercando la perfetta via di cammino, Shaden Resort è una scelta di prima scelta. La combinazione di questi fattori rende una scelta eccellente sia per il rilassamento che per l'esplorazione. Da quando sono arrivato, mi è stato colpito l’attenzione accurata alla pulizia e al dettaglio. Le camere erano immacolate, e l’atmosfera generale del resort era sia benvenuta che sofisticata. La vicinanza alle attrazioni locali era un cambiamento di gioco, che mi permetteva di esplorare senza sforzo la zona senza la molestia di lunghi commutatori. In sintesi, Shaden Resort offre la trifeta di posizione, pulizia e comodità, rendendola una base perfetta per ogni viaggiatore. Molto consigliato!

È stato davvero piacevole soggiornare qui, l'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e piacevole. Non vedo l'ora di tornare. È di altissimo livello. Non me ne sono pentito affatto.

Checked in but transferred to another hotel due to some problems but the first hotel given is very bad. Had to request for another hotel which cost us a lot of time and had to go back and forth from one hotel to another hotel. The last hotel given (Areak Taibah Hotel) is near to Bab An-Nisa' but had to walk through a new extension which is a little bit far for elderly. Very basic hotel room but still OK since we spend a lot of time outside the hotel. But the arrival experience is somehow exhausting.

We had an extraordinary stay at the Radisson Medina. It truly felt like a five-star luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding—so much variety, with both local and international options. Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
