Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Una lavoratrice di turno notturno era così brutta , mentre ci stava occupando di cose , stava su video con suo marito e ho visto che era nudo mostrandosi a lei e stava passando delle parole sporche anche me e le mie figlie lo hanno sentito anche lei , è vergognoso mentre al lavoro fa queste cose disgustose

We really appreciated the proximity to the airport and the quick shuttle ride (only 5 minutes to/from the domestic terminal and runs every half hour). The downside of the location is that it's not near anything other than the airport, including restaurants, so you're kind of stuck if you don't have your own car. The facilities are excellent with an outdoor pool, fitness room, and nice dining area for breakfast. The room was clean enough, but not exactly sparkling. Because of the convenience, we would definitely stay here again if we need a place close to the airport.

翌朝早朝便だったので、空港から近いことで利用しました。朝食は6時ピッタリから開始！種類は多くないですがアーモンドミルクやデカフェなどがあって良かったです！空港へのシャトルバスも20分間隔で助かりました。アトランタ空港はハブ空港にてかなり広く、1時間半前の出発でも手荷物検査など混雑しておりギリギリの搭乗にて2時間前出発をオススメします！

UUtente ospiteThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.
