Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

La stanza è pulita e grande.L'hotel è situato nello stesso edificio del mercato occidentale, a piedi di distanza al mercato acquatico, al parco popolare e al muro rosso della rete.Molte negozi e opzioni alimentari nelle vicinanze.Il stand taxi è appena sotto l'edificio. L'hotel è nuovo e di buona qualità. La dimensione della camera è buona per la famiglia. I bagni sono di buona qualità - Peter Thomas Roth branding. La TV nella stanza permette di controllare la disponibilità della lavatrice e del secchiatore, nonché il tempo rimanente per la lavaggio/siccare gratuitamente. La prima volta che ci siamo spostati al mercato, ci sono state date le casse per prendere il colazione incluso. La colazione è diffusa! L'unico punto di svolta è che la stanza era un po' stufata, ma mi è stato detto che è perché le strutture per il riscaldamento sono buone!

Ho avuto un ottimo hotel a Dunning.Ho prenotato tre camere online per il Festival nazionale.Il manager e il personale di servizio sono molto entusiasti.L'hotel è stato gestito da più di dieci anni, ma questi anni sono stati ristrutturati, e lo stile è un po'infallibile: il cavallo di acqua intelligente, la decorazione è molto alta e il letto è comodo. Stato qui per 2 notti. Situato vicino al centro commerciale Wanda. È anche 10 minuti di auto per il muro rosso della rete. È un hotel “smart” con robot che forniscono il vostro cibo ordinato da Mei Tuan. Room è anche controllato dall’assistente di AI “Xiao Du”.
Il gestore dell'hotel è molto utile. Fornisce informazioni locali e facilita le domande degli ospiti in modo efficace. L'hotel fornisce lavanderia gratuita sul undicisimo piano. È necessario capire il cinese per usarla.
Siamo stati li' nel dicembre e il riscaldamento centrale della stanza è troppo caldo per il nostro piacere e non può essere controllato efficacemente nella stanza anche con l'aiuto di ”Xiao Du”. Il mantenimento della casa tra i 2 giorni può essere migliorato anche.

I stayed at Changbaishan Guoxin Four Seasons Hot Spring Resort and had a restful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, ideal for travelers looking to unwind. Do note that it’s not in the city center, getting to town takes a few minutes by car so plan ahead if you need to go out for meals or supplies.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and warm perfect after a long day outdoors. The hot spring facilities are definitely the highlight.
Important tip: Bring your own swimwear (swimming costume)

1. Well located opp 延边百货大楼 and 百利城. 10 min walk to 西市场，20 min walk to 水上市场. A local big supermarket in the basement 百货大楼.
2. Polite staff all around. Given room upgrade to loft premium room with bathtub. Complimentary daily soft drinks n snacks. Unlimited drinking water. Room has 2 windows and 2 functional aircons. Good for tropical ppl who need air circulation in room.
3. Breakfast is basic but homely. Washing machine at 5th floor.
4. Easy to arrange transfers or car charters. Name cards available at front desk. Used it for charters to 图们 and 珲春. 长白山 however, closed due to bad weather during my stay.
5. Excellent value for money given the standard and cost.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

LLigb05Vivo nella stanza 14 al 15° piano. I servizi igienici sono buoni e la colazione è ok. Quando sono uscito dal negozio ho trovato un paio di auricolari lasciati nella stanza. Ho chiamato il giorno dopo e mi hanno chiesto di tornare a cercali. Questa è una brutta esperienza. , Quando sono uscito e ho preso la metropolitana per la stazione ferroviaria ovest, ho scoperto che era rimasto in albergo. All'inizio ho pensato che non valesse la pena. Sono andato al posto e guardò di nuovo, e scoprì che era davvero nella stanza.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

L'inverno è spesso chiuso. Evitare gravemente i fulmini. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.

SStevey_FlI read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews.
The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center.
There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis.
The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free.
Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two.
(My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

AAmarFromUKQuindi, se vieni qui, vai al Wanda Ski Resort. Ci sono così tanti hotel nella zona che non importa davvero quale uno si sceglie.
Il Holiday Inn è uno dei più lontani dal resort, ma il prezzo lo riflette. Tuttavia, è ancora solo a piedi 10-15min (anche quando è freddo e ghiacciato) dal resort. L'hotel è occupato, ci sarà un'attesa per il desk front, è per questo che il servizio ha ottenuto 4/5, ma le informazioni reali dal personale erano buone (non c'è inglese, ma così Dio benedica il mio partner cinese)
L'hotel dispone di un mini cinema, un ristorante e l'accesso alle corse sciistiche. Puoi noleggiare sci, tavoli da neve, tutte le scarpe e i vestiti necessari, quindi non devi preoccuparti.
L'hotel è il luogo di affitto, si affitta il materiale e si cammina semplicemente fuori dall'hotel e si trova sulle corse sciistiche. Nota che non è la stessa camminata 10 minuti al Wanda ski Resort, l'hotel ha il proprio accesso alla montagna e si usa.
Il ristorante è buono e il colazione è stato un buffet con principalmente cinese, ma anche alcune cose occidentali.
La stanza non è grande, ma non è crampata. Molto calda, abbiamo anche bisogno delle finestre aperte all'esterno -40C per evitare di essere troppo calda.
L'hotel dispone di un mini supermercato, ma un migliore negozio 24 ore su strada.
Penso che per i soldi pagati rispetto ad altri hotel, il suo valore è molto buono. Forse altri hotel hanno più camere o ristoranti, ma come ogni hotel è vicino l'uno all'altro, non mi dispiacerebbe pagare di più per avvicinarmi a un resort, perché si può risparmiare migliaia di RMB per un minuto di cammino.
E come la maggior parte del vostro tempo sarà trascorso nel Wanda ski Resort, non sarete molto nella vostra stanza.
Dubito che sarei tornato a Changbaishan / Wanda Ski Resort come zona, ma se lo facessi, finché il valore era ancora lì, Holiday Inn Express è una buona scelta

Come una freatica completamente pulita, ero impazzito con la pulizia, era senza spot! Il servizio e le strutture erano di prima qualità, rendendo la nostra permanenza davvero piacevole. Changba Mountain è stata la prima fermata del nostro viaggio, e ha certamente posto il bar alti per il resto del nostro viaggio!

Il nuovo mobilio della stanza ha un po'di sapore, si consiglia di ventilare in tempo.

La camera è molto pulita e molto stile di camera da scegliere come cinese o giapponese o normale.

3. Servizio: eccellente. Il capo ci sta molto curando. Ci ha portati dalla stazione all'hotel e tornato alla stazione per GRATIS. Ci aiuta molto a comprare il biglietto di montagna, la prenotazione auto e l'autobus a Xuexiang.
4. Hotel anche colazione gratuita con delizioso cibo. Il servizio cucina è grande. Sono gentili e in partenza. 😍
