Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

Grande posizione, servizio amichevole, pulito e tranquillo L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto conveniente, proprio nella zona centrale vicino all'Università di Yanbian e al Mercato dell'acqua, ha un stile artistico retro unico e il lobby è bellissimo. La camera è pulita e temperata, il letto è comodo e l'igiene è eccellente. Il servizio di desk front è fantastico, reagente e paziente. In generale una splendida soggiorno, grande valore per i soldi. Certamente sceglierei questo hotel di nuovo quando arrivo a Yanji.

L'hotel si trova in un piccolo villaggio che è appena aperto. Le strutture sono complete e i ristoranti e altri F&B sono disponibili all'interno del villaggio. Solo inconveniente è che le auto non sono autorizzate nel villaggio, quindi dobbiamo andare alla porta per chiamare per un giro.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

酒店人員服務態度非常好，辦好入住一直給送到房間，早上去吃早餐，路上遇到服務人員一直帶路到餐廳門口。晚上去泡温泉同樣給送到温泉門口。房間整潔乾淨舒適衞生。酒店環境非常好，路對面就是美人松廣場，對於未婚男士來説抱一抱美人松説不上就會給你帶來一場造化抱得美人歸。距離長白山遊客集散中心也很近，開車不到10分鐘，酒店停車場很大且免費。 室外露天温泉體驗也超棒。
