To start off, service and cleanliness is exceptional, there’s no place where I have been to with this level of service and cleanliness. They take care of you as an individual (for example, they give advice and tips on where we want to go). They provide absolutely delicious home cook breakfast. Location is perfect if you want to go Disney. 100% will recommend anyone who travels to Shanghai for Disneyland to choose this wonderful home stay. Amazing place for family weekend or friends party!we spent NY Eve in 4 room's villa with friends, 3 days full of comfort, warm, space. house is fully equipped, TV, air condition system, aqua filter, terrace with bbq. I was worried if cold with kids in Jan in a large villa, but it was very warm inside. place was very calm, not noise. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. the house had everything you needed for a long stay. Flower expo park very near, and Chinese restaurant. we 'll be happy to return for summer weekends.

本人住在小區，家裡來親戚，小區附近很多家民宿，對比了很多家還是選擇了這家，還不錯又續訂一晚。這家民宿過年新裝修的，看了外網不知道為什麼有一個差評説有異味，我們住的衞生間沒有異味，過年裝修當時我們經常上班可以看到的，裝修了好幾個月。老闆細心 、負責、朋友住那邊有問題隨叫隨到，幫解決了不少問題，很好 。出門在外 ，主要就講究安全 、衞生。小區保安24h巡邏，房東每層過道也都安裝了監控，房間朋友説衞生很好，很新很乾凈，保潔阿姨每天上午就來了，天天換床單被套拖地洗布草，井井有條，訂的房間外窗的，光線也很好，布草今天特意讓阿姨鋪了一床剛曬好了的 ，晚上香噴噴的 睡的很舒服，感覺和家裡的布草一樣。朋友相聚的日子很短暫，晚上就要回老家了 ，希望朋友下次再來 ，老闆的房間依舊可以保持如初，小區很多家民宿久了久破了…最後這邊打車去機場火車站很方便，十幾塊錢起步價，希望需要的朋友可以預訂這家。最後祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進。

The price was excellent for what we recieved. I stayed here and at the Novotel Clover during this trip and my stay at Oak was much better for the money. I spent 1/4 the amount at Oak as I did at Novotel and my room at Oak was much bigger. Oak also provided free transport to Disneyland. When we missed the public Disney shuttle in the morning, the host brought us to Disney in their personal car. They we very nice and also offered to make us a simple breakfast of eggs, corn, buns and porridge. I was checking in very late, so I called to tell them, but they didn't speak English well enough to understand me, so instead we used WeChat to communicate throughout my stay. Unfortunately, many of the additional facilities such as the pool and KTV were not available during my stay and the property was in need of general aesthetic repairs, but our sheets and bathroom areas were very clean and the bed was much more comfortable than the one I slept in at Novotel. As a bonus, they had the sweetest cat who had super cute kittens. As a cat-lover, this was actually the best part of my stay.
