Hotel 3 stelle a Shanghai

La camera era pulita e igienica, la ragazza alla reception aveva un ottimo atteggiamento e le signore delle pulizie facevano un lavoro eccellente. C'erano anche popcorn, caffè e tisane gratuiti alla reception. Ho perso il treno e ho prolungato il soggiorno per un'altra notte, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La posizione è comoda, vicina alla metro e al Bund.

Il servizio è stato eccezionale, hanno risposto a ogni domanda e si sono offerti di aiutarci con i bagagli fino alla camera. La camera era molto pulita, con uno schermo enorme che ha fatto la felicità dei bambini. Era anche molto silenzioso e la colazione del ristorante era abbondante, con carne, uova e latte, e iniziava già alle 5:30, il che è comodo per chi deve partire presto. La navetta per Disneyland, la ferrovia urbana e l'aeroporto era molto comoda. C'era anche un maggiordomo premuroso che si è ricordato di accendere l'aria condizionata in anticipo e di portarci l'acqua. Abbiamo incontrato molti ospiti internazionali, il che dimostra l'eccellente capacità di accoglienza dell'hotel. Nella hall c'erano anche delle poltrone massaggianti, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata stancante! Al piano inferiore c'era anche una piscina, che in estate renderebbe l'esperienza ancora più completa.

Il mio soggiorno al Jinglai Hotel è stato perfetto, un 10/10, lo consiglio vivamente! La posizione dell'hotel è superba, con facile accesso ai mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e centri commerciali, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo sia per i turisti che per chi viaggia per lavoro, eliminando qualsiasi problema. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, con un check-in rapido ed efficiente alla reception. Hanno risposto prontamente a ogni richiesta, dimostrando grande attenzione ai dettagli. La camera era pulita e ordinata, completamente attrezzata e la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole, garantendo un buon riposo notturno. La cosa più sorprendente è stato l'eccezionale rapporto qualità-prezzo; per una posizione così privilegiata, il prezzo era molto ragionevole e i servizi e le strutture hanno superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. L'hotel era tranquillo e silenzioso, comodo per gli spostamenti, con un servizio eccellente e un ottimo prezzo. Lo sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo la prossima volta e lo consiglierei ai miei amici.

Overall Ji Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui) left a wonderful impression on me, largely thanks to the excellent service and warm welcome from the receptionist. The quality is definitely worth the price. A solid 8/10 overall! Introduction My family and I arrived exhausted around 9:00 PM on May 20, 2026. Because the hotel was full, our Queen room wasn’t ready. The receptionist quickly offered a twin room instead, suggesting we push the beds together for a massive sleeping space. We gladly accepted! The next day, she confirmed the hotel would absorb any price difference—we didn't pay a cent extra. She also offered my family (4 adults, 1 child) a breakfast promotion that was an incredible deal. Huge shoutout to this female receptionist; she solved problems on the fly and managed our expectations perfectly. Criteria & Elements Room (8/10) For our first 3 nights in room 8326, we noticed some dust under the beds when we pushed them together. The next day, housekeeping cleaned it up perfectly. For our last 3 nights in room 8312, everything was spotless! Bathroom (8.5/10) Wonderfully spacious! The soap dispenser shelf is a bit small, but we absolutely loved the shower. The water pressure was fantastic, and the temperature was super easy to adjust. Sleep Quality (9.5/10) The room gets pitch black, and the soundproofing is quite satisfying. You might hear a tiny bit of hallway noise, but nothing major. We specifically chose Xujiahui instead of crowded places like Nanjing Lu to avoid loud street noise, and it was wonderfully peaceful. Location & Commuting (9.5/10) This hotel hit the jackpot for our family (traveling with a child and elderly members). It’s a 650m walk to the Metro, 250m to a dining mall, and just 120m to a lovely park for our morning walks. Easily our favorite thing about the hotel! Breakfast (8/10) The staff kindly let us eat before the official 7:00 AM start, which was a lifesaver on busy mornings. The food covers all five groups but leans heavily toward veggies, eggs, and carbs. Tip for improvement: Adding more meat variety would cater better to working adults and teenagers needing extra protein and energy. My favorite part was the warm ”human touch”—seeing friendly hotel staff and guests eating together harmoniously. You rarely find that in Western hotels! Security (10/10) Because it's not a massive property, the staff can easily recognize guests. Plus, the elevators require a keycard for your specific floor. We felt 100% safe. Cigarette Smell (5/10) This is a serious issue for my family and the only reason we wouldn't return. Despite booking a non-smoking room on Trip.com, room 8326 smelled like smoke. My parents' room (8328, nights of May 26-27) also had a very strong cigarette smell. Furthermore, we frequently caught the smell of cigarette smoke coming from some of the rooms while walking down the hallway. I'm giving a 5/10 because our last room (8312) was fine. Friendly suggestion: If a booking explicitly says ”Smoke-free treatment required,” it needs strict enforcement, especially for foreign families. In Conclusion Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the value and amazing reception service (8/10). The cigarette smell is the only thing preventing us from making this our go-to choice. However, if you're a solo business traveler who doesn't mind the occasional smell of smoke, this hotel will be a fantastic fit!

Servizi: Bagni pubblici, docce con acqua calda abbondante, disponibile immediatamente anche a mezzanotte. Ogni piano ha anche spazi comuni, cabine telefoniche private e postazioni trucco, perfette per non essere disturbati. Al piano terra c'è un ristorante barbecue notturno, e dietro la reception al secondo piano c'è un piccolo bar dell'ostello dove a volte si possono incontrare dei gatti al ritorno la sera. Ho soggiornato sia in camere da otto che da sei letti, ogni posto letto ha una tenda e una luce individuale, quindi una volta tirata la tenda c'è totale privacy. Pulizia: La signora delle pulizie inizia a pulire le camere ogni giorno intorno alle 12:00, e anche i bagni comuni sono mantenuti bene. Ambiente: La posizione è eccellente, proprio di fronte a Nanjing East Road, tranquilla ma vicina al centro. Non per niente è raccomandata dagli amanti del teatro, ci sono molti piccoli teatri nelle vicinanze, raggiungibili a piedi. Servizio: Efficiente, il personale e gli ospiti sono generalmente di alto livello e la comunicazione è molto piacevole.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The housekeeping ladies on each floor were also kind, approachable, and genuinely cared about the guests. The driver was very helpful with my luggage, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The excellent service from the staff made me feel very welcome. The only downside was my experience with one of the ladies working in the breakfast area. I understand that it was already after 9:30 a.m. and breakfast service was ending, but I hadn’t finished my meal yet. She came to clear my plates and seemed to rush me to leave. What confused me was that other tables with guests still eating were not treated the same way. It made me wonder if it was because I looked younger than the other guests, or if it was simply an isolated incident. Other than that one experience with a single staff member, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very convenient, and almost every staff member I met was warm, professional, and eager to help. Their outstanding service left a great impression on me, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Una casa lontano da casa. Il servizio è fantastico. Adoriamo l'atmosfera e l'architettura del posto. Il proprietario l'ha progettato personalmente. Il loft è bellissimo. È vicino a Disneyland, Disneytown e all'aeroporto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Un soggiorno fantastico che non potevo non condividere! Questo soggiorno in questo hotel è stato un vero piacere! La calorosa accoglienza del personale all'arrivo mi ha messo subito di buon umore. Il check-in è stato veloce e hanno risposto pazientemente a tutte le mie domande. Il servizio di lavanderia gratuito dell'hotel è stato un vero toccasana! Sporcarsi in viaggio è una seccatura, e questo servizio è stato una vera salvezza. Ho consegnato i miei vestiti sporchi al personale, che li ha lavati, asciugati e restituiti in men che non si dica: puliti e con un profumo leggero e gradevole, permettendomi di continuare il mio viaggio a cuor leggero. Vale la pena menzionare anche l'ampio parcheggio dell'hotel. È spazioso e con molti posti auto. Che siate in auto o a noleggio, parcheggiare non è mai un problema; non devo più preoccuparmi di trovare un posto. Le camere erano accoglienti e ben arredate, la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole e la pulizia impeccabile. Il bagno aveva una temperatura dell'acqua costante e un flusso regolare, e i prodotti da bagno erano di buona qualità. Questo hotel è impeccabile sia nel servizio che nelle strutture, e il servizio lavanderia gratuito e l'ampio parcheggio sono un enorme vantaggio. Sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di aver scelto questo hotel per il nostro viaggio a Shanghai! La posizione è centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Nanjing East Road, vicinissimo al Bund e ai suoi edifici storici, e comodo per le crociere sul fiume Huangpu, facendoci risparmiare un sacco di tempo. La camera era pulita e ordinata, il bagno asciutto e senza odori, e il materasso né troppo morbido né troppo duro, perfetto per riposare bene dopo una giornata in giro. Il personale della reception è stato attento e premuroso, e nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti e minimarket, rendendo tutto molto comodo. L'esperienza complessiva è stata eccellente, un hotel di una catena affidabile che consiglio vivamente per il soggiorno.
