Al momento della prenotazione non scegliete il balcone, per la camera con vista montagna, poiché tutte le camere condividono un lungo balcone congiunto e quindi tutti hanno accesso per camminare davanti al balcone dove si trova la vista sulle montagne. Abbiamo prenotato un balcone, una camera con vista sulle montagne e la nostra vista era sull'edificio accanto. La camera era semplice, la colazione era ok. Il bagno aveva un problema di perdite che ha richiesto 2 giorni per essere risolto. Il personale non è esperto e difficilmente disponibile. La posizione è buona. La Consiana deve collaborare con Trip per garantire che ciò che vende sia ciò che il cliente riceve. La pubblicità su Trip era piuttosto fuorviante e non mi aspettavo di riceverla.

Il fratello della reception è molto entusiasta e disponibile. La posizione è buona. Ci sono molti minimarket e ristoranti di fronte all'hotel e il tradizionale ristorante laotiano con piatti caldi è molto buono

All is good - location, rooms, beds. Only breakfast was mmm.. very meager)) Instant coffee, no milk or creamer etc. But, it's okay. Good view fro upper floors, very nice ventilation. Aircon was quiet and cool.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, amazing view from our balcony (we were on the fifth floor). 100% satisfied.

The hotel is actually found by walking thru the CENTER HOTEL, not obvious. But once thru reception was very helpful, the room very clean , the AC worked well, as did a very clean toilet and shower with ample hot water. The lift worked v well, breakfast was good but be sure to get there relatively early, as some things ran out. Location ison the main street 5 mi walk to everything, including river or the bar area. Overall, an excellent stay for the price.

Service alright, location great, amenities fitting for the price paid. But room is mouldy and smells that way!

We did have a small issue with not receiving a kettle in the room but was soon sorted
