Although the location is superb and offers a breathtaking sea view, the amenities could be enhanced. Specifically, providing at least toothbrushes would be beneficial, and the bath towels are currently too small for comfortable use.

Location was great just right there in front of the beach. Room with partial ocean view. Great windows in the room, I love windows. The only thing it was not enjoyable was the towels, they were a little smelly like wet clothes.

Great location next to the ocean beach, very clean and good service. Room is very big and well equipped.

Nice location, decent room but there were no hangers, wardrobes were screwed shut and you need to take 2 lifts every time to get there. Apart from that all ok.

Love the view so much, it was amazing, highly recommend to anyone who like watching the sea.

The room is spacious and offers a nice sea view. However, on the first day, upon check-in, the small towels were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. I had to request larger towels from the front desk. The hotel’s location is great.

There are no towels provided and the sockets in the rooms don't work because they are old and in poor condition.

The only good thing about the hotel was the ocean view. The room was dirty and moldy, I got allergic rhinitis from staying there. The room was extremely hot and there was no way to regulate the temperature. The room was awfully dusty with Micro particles. The manager was kind to offer us a fan to manage temperature but it was not helpful. The elevator change was very inconvenient.

The location was perfect. The toom was putstanding. Super nice, wuiet & got the best view. Clean & spacious. The only thing is the address/ location of hotel when u googled it, even our taxi driver got confused. The lobby also confusing but their staff were all polite, accomodating & very friendly. Overall will highly recommend. Will definitely come back & will stay again in our future vacation next year. Keep it up.

everything is good walking distance to beach

They gave you a small flat pillow if you ask for more they request you to buy the whole bed set from them as they said it is the instruction from the owner. A bit ridiculous but since we booked for only 2 nights so just endure with it. Not to mention another difficulty,The hotel is not easy to find, you book with Suncloud hotel, but everywhere you find on the street is Seacloud hotel. It is exact the same building but seems like the 2 owners. To check in your room, you have to go to level 4(seacloud) to connect to level 6 (suncloud reception). In the bath, we check for 3 adults, they gave us 4 small towel(19” x 35”). This was the worst out of the few places we stay in Seoul and Busan.

I recommend this hotel. Everything was super. I will definitely come back if I visit Busan again.
