Ho usufruito del ristorante di questo hotel e non mi sono trovato bene. Ho chiesto piatti non piccanti e mi hanno portato tutte portate piccanti. Al momento del pagamento hanno fatto tante storie per i dollari che loro non consideravano valido e nel momento in cui ho chiesto di pagare con carta di credito non hanno neanche saputo calcolare il 3 % di commissioni. Mi hanno fatto perdere più di mezz'ora per un pagamento di trenta secondi. Personale poco attento al cliente.

We reached the hotel with high expectations after an enjoyable stay in Luang Prabang but boy were we disappointed . The room in itself was spacious and the bathroom had a bathtub and good layout but those were the only positives.As soon as my friend took a bath ,the bathroom started flooding due to poor drainage ,we complained to the front desk who supposedly upgraded us to a room that was smaller and cramped than our original room. And that’s where more problems began,power was out for an hour,hotel phones didn’t work,same drainage issues,AC started leaking and by the end of it we just wanted to leave the hotel. Staff especially the so called manager was not cooperative and least concerned about our problems. The only one who showed some concern was a guy called Mili.He was nice and helpful. The hotel seems eerie at night when we had to sit in the darkness.If you like dark rooms go for it. Overall very poor experience,disappointing and just not worth it for the price we paid.

Questo posto non sarà deluso. È un ottimo ostello con grande posizione, grande vibe, grande personale e molte opzioni per letti (cioè dormitorio misto, 4 dormitorio, dormitorio femminile, ecc.). Abbiamo affittato scooter e il personale ci ha aiutato a imparare a guidare, parlano un ottimo inglese e sono disposti a aiutare con informazioni di viaggio, biglietti, eccetera! L'ostello ha una grande vibrazione, divertenti piccoli segni ovunque, buone aree comuni, una tavola da piscina e un bar.Bagno e doccia condivisi sono sullo stesso piano delle dorme e pulito. Mooie grote kamers met mooi uitzicht. Prima bed, douche is raar gemonteerd en vereist enig klimwerk, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn (door leeftijd of te veel gefeest hebben in het dorp ;-) ) Zwembad was koud, maar het uitzicht vanaf hier bij sunset is prachtig. Het ontbijt buffet is van matige kwaliteit, er zijn rondom voldoende plekken voor een lekker ontbijt. Hotel heeft een parkeerplaats en zeer centraal gelegen, alle highlights van Vang Vieng zijn loopbaar.

I stayed at the Sanctuary Nam Ngum Beach Resort in Vang Vieng this summer. The resort boasts breathtaking views of Nam Ngum Lake, which we enjoyed from our spacious terrace. Visiting during the off-season meant fewer water activities but provided a serene atmosphere to appreciate nature. The resort features a lovely, often tranquil swimming pool. Dining was a highlight, offering table-served breakfasts and flavorful dinners, including traditional dishes like khao pad and paah savanh. While the resort's riverside location was idyllic, it did attract some night insects and lizards. Nevertheless, keeping the doors closed resolved this, adding to the soothing ambiance. Nearby hiking trails provided glimpses of local scenery, offering a peaceful escape into nature. Exploring the adjacent small village gave us insights into the local culture, including practices like fish drying and rooster fighting, though the latter has lost popularity. The resort is situated outside the city center but offers complimentary bicycles for exploration and a $18 pick-up/drop-off service at the train station. I recommend this resort to nature enthusiasts, even during the off-season. Its picturesque riverside setting is captivating, and there are numerous easy hiking trails to explore.

Check In Date : 29th August 2022. Check Out Date : 30th August 2022. Room : 505. Location : The hotel is located just 10mins walk from the main Vang Vieng Road. It is quite central and there is a small grocery shop in front of the hotel. We were walking from EK Mart and it is easy to just follow the main road and turn right on the temple with green statue. Then we reached the hotel which looks just amazing outside. But the area is quite quiet during the night. There is a small restaurant near the hotel which is frequented by the locals and the food is cheap but taste just as amazing. Reception and Lounge : The recep area is spacious and looks grand. The check in counter is small and there are soft cushions to relax while waiting for check in. The reception speaks good english and very helpful too. The whole area is spotlessly shiny. The guy working surprised me. When we parked our motorcycle right in front of the hotel for the night, the recep guy told us to bring the motorcycle inside. By inside, I mean, in the lounge area. It is the safest area to left the bike at night because it is right inside the building. Room : Room 505 is just spacious and grandiouse in terms of EVERYTHING. The size is massive, the bed is soft, the bathroom is big, the AC works well and the best part is the view. The 2 windows in the room gave us the best view of the mountains. We simply love it. It is highly refreshing knowing that I woke up seeing the karst mountain that made the backdrop of Vang Vieng town. The mattress are super soft and the free space is just crazy. The room can fit 3 double beds simply. We think we get more than what we paid. The fridge works well too. The lighting is also nice.' Facilities : This hotel is disabled friendly. It has a working elevator to reach the high floor and it has all the necessity to cater for the old person. The dining hall is located just next to the reception area and it has many tables too, good for chatting with other guests. The swimming pool is located at the far end of the recep area and it is medium in size. There are several chairs provided there. I was swimming in the pool around 8pm, and was the only one. Breakfast : The choice is not much during our stay maybe because the occupancy is low. There are fried rice, porridge, bread, cereals, eggs and some sausages. The porridge taste super nice. Satisfaction : We are really satisfied with the hotel and through our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for other traveler.

You also have the train station at 40 min walking We stayed in the atic apartment and was amazing. Huge beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views of Vang Vieng mountains. You can see the sunset and air balloons from the bed The facilities are also really good! You have a really nice bar where the food is delicious ( also the breakfast ), swimming pool and the staff is so kind and helpful A must in Vang Vieng 💯

Non sono sicuro perché non ci siano recensioni per questo hotel, quindi volevo esprimere il mio parere. Quando arrivai all'hotel, era chiaro che il posto era impuro. La famiglia mangia il loro pasto serale nel lobby/controllo in zona, quindi non è davvero un posto per gli ospiti. Il servizio di colazione è servito nella stessa zona e una mattina abbiamo scelto di andare a colazione a causa della pulizia e delle limitate opzioni per la colazione. Il toast era un'opzione con sacchetti di burro individuali, ma un enorme tubo comune condiviso di giovenco di mela. La stanza era anche datata e sentito molto impuro - il letto era grigio. Il letto era estremamente duro. La prima recensione indica una bella piscina. Questa piscina appartiene all'hotel lungo la strada e ci sono in totale 3 saloni solari, ma abbiamo ricevuto una sala Mountain View e la vista sera con i palloncini e il sole era bella.

We had a wonderful stay with Lan and Thi Hong. We stayed for only 2 nights as they were fully booked so, unfortunately, we couldn't stay the 4 nights as we wanted. Lan was great with communication before our arrival. She very kindly arranged a complimentary pick up (and drop off) from the station. The bungalows themselves are large and very comfortable, with ”balcony”, a big comfortable bed and much needed air conditioning. Tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and hairdryer. Very clean. The grounds are beautiful and at the back of the property is a very nice swimming pool, which is lovely for a refreshing dip. Bearlin Bungalows are outside of the town on the road to the blue lagoons and Nam Xay but they provide a tuktuk service to and from the old bridge into town for LAK 50,000 a return trip. They also have bicycles that you can borrow and they organised a buggy for us to go out and about in the local countryside for the day. And Lan booked onward train tickets for us for a small fee. For breakfast, they offer various set menus to choose from and they also offer lunch and dinner from a very nice menu. Food was all freshly cooked, very tasty, and very good value for money. We couldn't fault our stay and we were made to feel really welcome. Highly recommend.

Questo hotel deve essere stato le ginocchia delle api prima che la porta ad accanto fosse costruita, sembra essere stato lasciato per deteriorare negli ultimi due anni di blocchi di cosiddetto, ma non lasciare che questo ti dissuade. La camera aveva una vista e un balcone, la piscina era grande e pulita. Spero davvero che riescano a far salire il bar e il ristorante e a correre di nuovo e polvere dai letti solari (sono stati messi via in una stanza), perché questo hotel ha potenziale di ritorno alla sua ex gloria.

Gioca in quattro posti. Gioca a pranzo per un giorno. Arrivo dell'hotel Prenota in anticipo palloncini caldi e scivoli dinamici. Il rapporto prezzo più basso in tutta l'Asia. Il paesaggio è così bello Perfetto campo sportivo all'aperto di Wanong. Traffico conveniente. Perfetto!

Purtroppo l'hotel era deluso. Poiché era stato sovrascritto (probabilmente perché non si è ricevuto una spiegazione), è stato inviato ad un altro hotel. La camera assegnata in quel hotel non corrispondeva alla categoria prenotata. Era un po' disgustoso con un dispositivo rotto, nessun acqua calda e nessuna luce del giorno. Solo su richiesta, dopo la prima notte, si poteva tornare indietro. La stanza era meglio, l'appartamento non era più la più recente e c'erano pipistrelli ovunque, anche nel letto. Il personale era sforzato, mancanza di conoscenza inglese ha ostacolato notevolmente la comunicazione. Il rapporto prezzo-prezzo è stato votato contro, e questa volta posso dunque esprimere una raccomandazione.

Stiamo soggiornando qui in un viaggio a Deal viaggio dall'Australia. Ci siamo stati molto piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità dell'hotel. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose con vista stupenda sulle montagne. Ci è una splendida piscina per nuotare e il colazione è grande. Air con e acqua calda funzionavano bene nelle nostre camere.

Ho usufruito del ristorante di questo hotel e non mi sono trovato bene. Ho chiesto piatti non piccanti e mi hanno portato tutte portate piccanti. Al momento del pagamento hanno fatto tante storie per i dollari che loro non consideravano valido e nel momento in cui ho chiesto di pagare con carta di credito non hanno neanche saputo calcolare il 3 % di commissioni. Mi hanno fatto perdere più di mezz'ora per un pagamento di trenta secondi. Personale poco attento al cliente.

Lieu propre,deco sympa et originale. Peu de personne dans l'hotel,ce n'est pas l'endroit qui est hyper dans le service. Souvent a l'accueil, personne ne parlant pas beaucoup l'anglais et ne sachant pas forcément renseigner. Nous avons eu le petit dej offert. Le gerant nous a arrangé pour pouvoir laisser nos sacs la journée ainsi que nous passeports. Par contre situation parfaite pour être en dehors de l'agitation du centre. Il y a plusieurs resto autour recommandés notamment pizza lukas. C'est aussi au départ de la boucles pour rejoindre les blues lagons. Loueurs de scooter,buggy non loin. Shop en face de l'hôtel pour depannage.

Check In Date : 29th August 2022. Check Out Date : 30th August 2022. Room : 505. Location : The hotel is located just 10mins walk from the main Vang Vieng Road. It is quite central and there is a small grocery shop in front of the hotel. We were walking from EK Mart and it is easy to just follow the main road and turn right on the temple with green statue. Then we reached the hotel which looks just amazing outside. But the area is quite quiet during the night. There is a small restaurant near the hotel which is frequented by the locals and the food is cheap but taste just as amazing. Reception and Lounge : The recep area is spacious and looks grand. The check in counter is small and there are soft cushions to relax while waiting for check in. The reception speaks good english and very helpful too. The whole area is spotlessly shiny. The guy working surprised me. When we parked our motorcycle right in front of the hotel for the night, the recep guy told us to bring the motorcycle inside. By inside, I mean, in the lounge area. It is the safest area to left the bike at night because it is right inside the building. Room : Room 505 is just spacious and grandiouse in terms of EVERYTHING. The size is massive, the bed is soft, the bathroom is big, the AC works well and the best part is the view. The 2 windows in the room gave us the best view of the mountains. We simply love it. It is highly refreshing knowing that I woke up seeing the karst mountain that made the backdrop of Vang Vieng town. The mattress are super soft and the free space is just crazy. The room can fit 3 double beds simply. We think we get more than what we paid. The fridge works well too. The lighting is also nice.' Facilities : This hotel is disabled friendly. It has a working elevator to reach the high floor and it has all the necessity to cater for the old person. The dining hall is located just next to the reception area and it has many tables too, good for chatting with other guests. The swimming pool is located at the far end of the recep area and it is medium in size. There are several chairs provided there. I was swimming in the pool around 8pm, and was the only one. Breakfast : The choice is not much during our stay maybe because the occupancy is low. There are fried rice, porridge, bread, cereals, eggs and some sausages. The porridge taste super nice. Satisfaction : We are really satisfied with the hotel and through our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for other traveler.

I stayed at the Sanctuary Nam Ngum Beach Resort in Vang Vieng this summer. The resort boasts breathtaking views of Nam Ngum Lake, which we enjoyed from our spacious terrace. Visiting during the off-season meant fewer water activities but provided a serene atmosphere to appreciate nature. The resort features a lovely, often tranquil swimming pool. Dining was a highlight, offering table-served breakfasts and flavorful dinners, including traditional dishes like khao pad and paah savanh. While the resort's riverside location was idyllic, it did attract some night insects and lizards. Nevertheless, keeping the doors closed resolved this, adding to the soothing ambiance. Nearby hiking trails provided glimpses of local scenery, offering a peaceful escape into nature. Exploring the adjacent small village gave us insights into the local culture, including practices like fish drying and rooster fighting, though the latter has lost popularity. The resort is situated outside the city center but offers complimentary bicycles for exploration and a $18 pick-up/drop-off service at the train station. I recommend this resort to nature enthusiasts, even during the off-season. Its picturesque riverside setting is captivating, and there are numerous easy hiking trails to explore.

Good locations for adventure trip in Vang Vieng province, Laos. Also the resort is just about 5 minutes rides to many local restaurants. I recommend to rent a motorbike per day to explore the tourist spots there. It is very good experience international travelers.
