Hotel a Shibuya/Aoyama/Ebisu/Meguro, Tokyo

非常不推薦入住的飯店，主要是價格與房間所有裝潢細緻度、使用貼心細緻度都落差極大，雖然工作人員服務算很不錯，但仍無法彌補房型與價格上的不成正比，幾乎可以說是高級版的Hostel，一晚三萬五台幣真的非常非常令人失望，完全不是台灣媒體報導的樣態。 - 優點 1. 工作人員服務態度非常好，英文幾乎也都不錯，所以在人與人之間的溝通上是沒有任何問題。 2. 我們住的房型有兩個大陽台，正對面是待在木公園非常舒適也遼闊，是唯二的優點。 缺點 1. 隔音效果非常不好，我們入住的在4樓，早上任何救護車大卡車的聲音基本上都聽得到，加上另一半容易過敏，正對大馬路的狀態下，鼻子過敏的狀況一直都有。 2. 房型內幾乎沒有任何同等價位該有的設計，盥洗衛浴的水龍頭，只要開啟就會噴到可能還在熟睡的房客，面盆旁，也完全沒有任何適合女生能夠好好化妝或是擺放盥洗用品的空間，這點真的非常的不OK，又或者說這個房型的價格完全不應該是這樣的呈現。 3. 浴缸和吹風機的非常差，浴缸很容易誤觸按壓到泄水閥，也不好躺；吹風機選擇cado但非常難吹，加上上述女生化妝保養品擺放幾乎沒有空間，真的挺糟，連男性入住者都覺得非常難用，很難想像這是得到米其林一星鑰匙的飯店。 4. 飯店從櫃檯到房間、泳池都讓人感覺到空間侷促，確實蠻像是提供給歐美旅遊者的高級Hostel。 - 雖然這是我們很喜歡的區域，但完全不推薦朋友入住，因為這樣的服務及價位，真的完全不成正比，入住兩晚的感受完全沒有像是入住高級飯店，以上供參。

The room was tiny. The hotel is closer to the Keio Inokashira Line but quite far from the Yamanote Line. It takes at least 15 minutes to get to Shibuya Station. On the first day we arrived, we had to pull two large suitcases up a steep hill to reach the hotel. It was very inconvenient. I can’t imagine doing this while traveling with kids and carrying big luggage. The location is decent, with many restaurants nearby, but I also noticed a lot of clubs and love hotels in the area. Sometimes I saw drunk people standing on the street and talking loudly when I walked back at night. Just be cautious if you stay out late and return to the hotel. The soundproofing is really bad. You can hear a lot of noise from other guests. On the last night, someone in the room upstairs was moving around and packing their luggage all night. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. In addition, the hallway is very narrow. You have to be careful when walking back to your room. My husband almost got hit when a child suddenly opened the door forcefully. The door opens directly into the hallway, which is a poor design choice. The only thing I liked was the washer and dryer in the room, which made it convenient to do laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I personally don’t feel the stay was worth the price. I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel or book it again.

Tutto era abbastanza buono, posizione, servizio, molto pulito, Le cose da NOTA checkout sono al 10.00AM e c'è un onere se hai bisogno di un'altra ora o così, trovo questo infastidisce come il checkout è anche al 3.00pm, quindi non si avvicina nemmeno a un giorno completo, Quando dividi questo con 24 ore si rende conto che il tasso orario è piuttosto costoso. Il checkout dovrebbe essere minimo di 11.00am!

In generale, sono stato molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Tokyo per pochi giorni a partire dal 25°. Sono andato a celebrare il compleanno del mio familiare, e anche se durante il soggiorno ci sono stati alcuni piccoli hipcups, il responsabile del dovere presso il lobby dell’hotel ha proativamente affrontato le aree in cui sono cadute in pochissimo. Hanno anche ridecorato la stanza con un accordo di compleanno e hanno fornito un altro delizioso dolce torta. Spero che possano mantenere questo livello di servizio, perché questa è la seconda volta che celebrano il compleanno in questo hotella prima è stata l'anno scorsoe spero davvero che i loro standard non diminuiscano nel tempo.

Easy location in Shibuya, off a main shopping street and Family Mart. Tight space typical of Tokyo, but had everything you would need. Great shower pressure, clean, and good amenities for the price, like a small public bath, free late night ramen, and attentive staff who will help you call ahead to confirm luggage forwarding. Room cleaning is an added fee, but if you leave anything you need refreshed outside the door they will leave it for you. Overall good solid stay!

Pongo 5 estrellas porque no se pueden poner 100. Alojamiento muy recomendable. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Muy espacioso, súper bien equipado, fácil acceso. Checkin se hace online y en cuanto llegas solo hay que seguir 3 pasos muy sencillos.

Grande scelta per il budget e la posizione. Camminare a molti ristoranti e Stazione Shibuya. Situato tra i bar e un paio di club vicino alla zona di “hotel amore”. Pulizia. Amichevole personale. AC è caldo o freddo solo a seconda della stagione (controllato centralmente)

Pro: - Si trova in una zona tranquilla, a 5 minuti a piedi da Shibuya, dove si svolge già la movida. - Camera spaziosa! - Letto grande! - Bagno spazioso, specchio riscaldato, quindi non si appanna. - Comodi comandi per la luce sul pannello accanto al letto. - Diversi cuscini per il massimo comfort. La coperta è morbidissima e pesante. - Forniscono una camicia da notte, pantofole, uno spazzolino da denti, asciugamani (ovviamente) e ottimi prodotti da bagno. I miei capelli erano meravigliosi dopo lo shampoo e il balsamo. Contro: - È chiaramente vecchio, ma conserva ancora il suo fascino. - C'erano dei calzini di qualcuno sotto il letto e il tappeto era impolverato in alcuni punti. - L'armadio aveva un leggero odore di umido (sono sensibile agli odori). - L'illuminazione della stanza non era molto intensa, con solo il tavolo e la luce notturna sopra il letto che fornivano luce. Era quasi completamente buio la sera (il che ha il suo fascino, ma è stato un po' scomodo preparare le valigie). - C'era una presa elettrica libera sopra il letto; ho fatto fatica a trovare le altre, ed erano tutte occupate. - Non c'era una presa in bagno (anche se questo ha senso dato il vecchio concetto di hotel. Lo scrivo solo per chi vuole prenotare; non è stato un problema perché c'era una presa accanto allo specchio in camera). In realtà, nonostante questi aspetti negativi, stavo solo scrivendo più dettagliatamente per voi. Personalmente, non mi hanno dato troppo fastidio. Nel mio prossimo viaggio a Tokyo, penso che soggiornerò in questo hotel perché il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giustificato, la posizione è superba, il personale è adorabile e quell'atmosfera noir aggiunge un tocco speciale. )

ห้องพักโอเค ใกล้แหล่งชอปปิ้ง แต่ไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด คิดสภาพตามคุณไปพัก 4 5 คืน ตื่นแต่เช้า กลับค่ำ ไม่มีแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาด เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ต้องอยู่สภาพแบบนั้นจนวันเช็คเอาท์ อย่างน้อยควรมีแม่บ้านนำผ้าเช็ดตัวมาเปลี่ยนให้ทุกวัน

The location is really good! very convenient and near subway station. A little small but for the price, it is perfect. The check-in needs to be done in advance if you don't want to have some delays getting in the room. There is no front desk, so the communication is through email. But that was also little fast. A lot of food options around and in the area. Cleanliness could be better.
