KKaiJieMumSono di Singapore. Mi piace Qu Shi perché il servizio del personale è 5 stelle, super amichevole, utile e facile da comunicare con. Il loro salone deco è molto classico e artistico, come il capo è un designer interno. Complimenti frutta locale e sessioni di tè. Ci sono 3 animali, 2 gatti e 1 cane, pulito e persone amichevole. Mi piacciono gli estrattori USB nella stanza, non un problema se non hai un convertitore. Sono anche gel di doccia locitaine per alcune camere. Super Super raccomandato.

UUtente ospiteService was impecabble from the moment we stepped into the hotel. From checking in, to all the other staff, all friendly and helpful. Room was good and had all we needed. Very nice swimming pool too. Really some of the best, friendliest staff Iv dealt with at a hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is located near the Xiaqiao Metro Station, you can walk from this station in 10 minutes to o the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, at the reception you can ask for a card to enter the pool, entrance to the pool from the street. In general, pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.

YYour Jamaican GirlHo avuto un tempo sorprendente, naturalmente Sofitel non si disapprova mai! 💜 Le strutture erano fino a coppia, il cibo era eccellente e il servizio era di prima qualità. Tutto era piuttosto impressionante, dalla pranzo all'interno alla fitness. La stanza era decorata gratuitamente a mia richiesta e i bagni erano ragionevolmente prezzi.

JJerome.CHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Harbin Aoluguya. Dalla mia arrivo, l'atmosfera mi sentiva calda e accogliente. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e concise, rendendo facile rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. In generale, l'hotel ha fornito un'eccellente esperienza, e mi sarebbe piaciuto restare qui di nuovo. Molto consigliato a tutti là fuori che cercavano un hotel a Harbin

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

UUtente ospiteTutto è stato buono per questo hotel, tranne che il termostato della stanza era troppo alto per rendere la stanza stiffante. Infine, abbiamo dovuto spegnere il termostato per rifrire e aprire le tende e le tende al letto per passare attraverso i pannelli delle finestre. Abbiamo dovuto aprire la porta per permettere all'aria più fredda nelle vie di salotto di entrare nella stanza per ridurre l'intera temperatura della stanza.

CCurlygirl_travelsI arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service.
Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone.
The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography.
The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

温泉水熱，室內温度較低，在水裡泡着熱，出來冷。有游泳池，水温也較低，遊一會得去温泉池泡一會，人不多，室外池子很不錯。
總結，酒店房間大，乾淨，床寬。室外温泉乾淨，選擇性多。室內温泉區冰火兩重天，餐廳味道還可以，消費平民，有汗蒸房，休息大廳，免費給泳圈打氣，水上大鴨子出租20元，屬實驚喜。
