"Questa volta ho portato i miei figli a Harbin per un concerto e la scelta dell'Hilton è stata ovvia. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, la lounge era fantastica e il personale dell'executive lounge, Xiao Hou, è stato molto attento e mi ha aiutato a prenotare una camera in anticipo. I dessert nella lounge erano squisiti e deliziosi e l'ambiente era fantastico. I bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo e l'hotel era vicinissimo al concerto! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui!"

"Da procrastinatrice, solo ora mi sono ricordata di aver parlato bene dell'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Siamo arrivati alle 2 del mattino e la receptionist dell'hotel è persino scesa dalle scale per aiutarci con i bagagli. La mattina dopo, di fretta per andare a visitare la città, ho buttato distrattamente i miei calzini usati sul pavimento accanto al divano. Quando sono tornata quella sera, sono rimasta scioccata nel trovarli lavati e asciugati in bagno dalla donna delle pulizie! Il giorno del check-out, mi sono slogata una caviglia e il personale della reception ha fatto di tutto per trovarmi del ghiaccio e del Yunnan Baiyao (una medicina tradizionale cinese per le distorsioni alla caviglia). Sono stati così premurosi, trattandomi allo stesso modo anche se avevo già fatto il check-out! Se mai dovessi tornare ad Harbin, questa sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!"

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo in questo hotel.La posizione non poteva essere migliore per esplorare la città.
L'hotel stesso ha un po' di fascino della scuola, ma tutto è pulito e ben mantenuto.
Un enorme accento per noi è stato il giochi per bambini. Non è solo una stanza, il personale reale di quei bambini, che ci ha dato un po' di tempo raro di relax.
Il colazione è un enorme buffet con molta scelta. E se si prenota il Horizon Club, si ottiene bevande e cibo gratis tutto il giorno. È assolutamente valsa la pena.
Siamo sicuramente tornati!"

I originally booked this hotel seeing that it had a 5 diamond rating, excellent reviews + clean and modern pictures of the hotel.
The hotel has a superb location and the service is good.
However, the rooms did not feel clean and there is a lot of grime + mould in the bathrooms. The shower water is weak, towels are hard (not soft) and the bathrobe we received had half the pocket ripped off. Also, the room is supposed to be non-smoking but the toilet smelt like cigarettes when we checked in. The experience was bleak and did not feel like the 5 diamond rating we expected so we checked out 1 night earlier than intended and stayed elsewhere down the road. I won't be back."
