"L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Avenue e al Parco Zhaolin, è molto ben collegato e tutte le principali attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili a piedi. Lo stile medievale e nobile europeo dell'hotel è davvero particolare, ed è nuovo e pulito, il che è un gran pregio. Inoltre, il servizio dell'hotel è lodevole. La signorina Binggan alla reception è stata molto cordiale e il servizio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di lavare i vestiti, l'hotel ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema molto rapidamente. A proposito, un altro punto a favore: la colazione è eccezionale, all'altezza della reputazione dell'hotel come ottimo ristorante occidentale. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura, e al giorno d'oggi è raro trovare un hotel che si impegni così tanto per la colazione. Se tornerò ad Harbin, soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo al Lizzy!"

"Piccolo Hotel in centro storico. Comodo alla metro, alla strada principale con tanti negozi e ristoranti aperti fino a tardi e a tutte le attrazioni. La stazione centrale si trova a due fermate di metro. ICE AND SNOW WORLD solo tre fermate di metro. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ottima. C’è una Cigar Lounge. Small hotel in the historic center. Convenient to the metro, to the main street with many shops and restaurants open until late and to all the attractions. The central station is two metro stops away. ICE AND SNOW WORLD only three metro stops. The staff is always kind and helpful. The breakfast is great. There is a Cigar Lounge."

"It’s a good place to stay, clean hotel room located at a modern shopping mall and close to the high speed railway station. The hotel allows us to check in early which is super nice but when we get in the room we smell some smoke smells not sure it’s was from ex-customer or what. But after we turn on the window and exhaust fan in bathroom the smells gone in shortly so actually not a big problem. Overall is a good place to stay."

"La stanza è grande, le strutture sono molto nuove, la stanza ha un pulitore d'aria, le attrezzature e i servizi sono molto personali, l'installazione della suite è ragionevole, lo schermo di schermo TV è anche molto timido, l'altezza del tavolo da ufficio è buona, le gambe e la sedia a sedere sono molto comodi, l'ufficio è stanco e può anche vedere il panorama fuori finestra, la colazione è molto buona, Il caffè è molto bevo. "Abbiamo ottenuto il miglior servizio oltre le aspettative. Le persone dell'hotel sono amichevole e cercano di aiutare soprattutto la signora Tian Jia-Huan (Tina), può comunicare bene in inglese e aiutarci a prenotare il pasto caldo e parlare con il conducente didi che ci ha portati al ristorante. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole con un letto grande. La vasca da bagno è piena di funzionalità. E ci sono alcuni complimentari snack e bevande al lobby con free-cream e anche complimentari regali. E 'più che degno. Molto consigliabile per questo hotel."

"L'hotel è molto conveniente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che intendono fare un breve layout a Harbin. Il personale del front desk è anche molto amichevole e raccoglie anche tutte le mie parcelle taobao, anche se ho molti problemi con i corrieri prima di arrivare. Inoltre, vi sono trasporti aerei gratuiti, da e verso i quali è molto conveniente, e vi sono anche molti posti di cibo che sono passeggiabili vicino alla zona. Rimarrò lì se visitarò questa zona! :)"
