"L’hotel si affaccia su una strada secondaria, a qualche centinaio di metri dalla chiesa ortodossa di Santa Sofia. La nostra camera era molto grande, con un bel bagno, locali riscaldati ed acqua in bagno caldissima. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da consigliare"

"Il bel ragazzo e la bella ragazza alla reception ci hanno offerto un servizio eccellente e ci hanno persino offerto una camera più grande. Mentre salivamo in ascensore, abbiamo incontrato il ragazzo che stava appena iniziando il suo turno. Era già in modalità lavoro prima ancora di iniziare, ci ha aiutato a premere il pulsante dell'ascensore e ci ha mostrato dove si trovava la nostra camera. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza davvero toccante. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta."

"L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Avenue e al Parco Zhaolin, è molto ben collegato e tutte le principali attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili a piedi. Lo stile medievale e nobile europeo dell'hotel è davvero particolare, ed è nuovo e pulito, il che è un gran pregio. Inoltre, il servizio dell'hotel è lodevole. La signorina Binggan alla reception è stata molto cordiale e il servizio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di lavare i vestiti, l'hotel ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema molto rapidamente. A proposito, un altro punto a favore: la colazione è eccezionale, all'altezza della reputazione dell'hotel come ottimo ristorante occidentale. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura, e al giorno d'oggi è raro trovare un hotel che si impegni così tanto per la colazione. Se tornerò ad Harbin, soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo al Lizzy!"

"Si tratta di un nuovo hotel economico aperto dal Gruppo Jinjiang, Li Yi. 1. L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Street ed è in una posizione eccellente a pochi passi. 2. Le strutture recentemente aperte nell'hotel sono nuovissime, igieniche e pulite. La toilette e il materasso intelligenti sono confortevoli. 3. La colazione è ricca, igienica e buona, non lussuosa ma sufficiente per essere gustata. 4. Sono presenti servizi soft e il personale è gentile e attento alle richieste degli ospiti. 5. Prestazioni ad alto costo consulenza personale; 1. Quando ci sono molte persone a colazione, è affollato e gli ospiti non riescono a trovare un posto. Non c'è abbastanza personale di servizio e dovrebbero essere integrati. Non c'è nessuno alla porta per controllare la tessera della camera scappatoia. C'è stata una situazione in cui non c'erano abbastanza stoviglie, spero che possa essere migliorata. 2. Si sente un po' di rumore fuori dalle finestre di alcune camere durante la decorazione ed è silenzioso di notte. C'è molta sporcizia sulle finestre dello schermo che soffiano nella stanza. Si consiglia di pulirle frequentemente. 3. È meglio aggiungere un piccolo frigorifero all'interno in modo da poter conservare alcuni alimenti acquistati dagli ospiti. Ciò è comprensibile se si considera il costo. Nel complesso è un buon hotel che vale la pena consigliare, con i miglioramenti dovrebbe essere ancora migliore. Spero di tornarci la prossima volta per provare i nuovi servizi."

"La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente e molto conveniente, rendendolo una scelta ideale per i visitatori di Harbin per la prima volta per la vista, la fotografia e la cucina locale. Il personale di servizio frontale e camera dell'hotel sono molto amichevole, cortese e facile da comunicare, facilmente soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Le strutture e le esigenze di base sono facilmente disponibili e in buone condizioni. In generale, offre buon valore per i soldi e un soggiorno confortevole. La camera familiare ha un ottimo design bagno e toilette con sufficiente privacy e spazio per appendere i vestiti. Anche l'umidificatore è buono perché l'aria può davvero uscire qui. L'hotel conosce bene le esigenze di viaggio della famiglia. Se ci fosse bidot e specchio vanità sarebbe bonus."

"Piccolo Hotel in centro storico. Comodo alla metro, alla strada principale con tanti negozi e ristoranti aperti fino a tardi e a tutte le attrazioni. La stazione centrale si trova a due fermate di metro. ICE AND SNOW WORLD solo tre fermate di metro. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ottima. C’è una Cigar Lounge. Small hotel in the historic center. Convenient to the metro, to the main street with many shops and restaurants open until late and to all the attractions. The central station is two metro stops away. ICE AND SNOW WORLD only three metro stops. The staff is always kind and helpful. The breakfast is great. There is a Cigar Lounge."
