AAdeleJMy trip to Snow Valley was amazing, made even better by a wonderful host. My friends and I stayed at Kuolanting Inn, and the service was excellent—even before the trip began. From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality made us feel truly at home. All the activities were well arranged by the host and were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend staying here, as the host genuinely provides outstanding care and attention. Do stay here—you won’t regret it, and you’ll bring home unforgettable memories.

NNanaa NaaThe owner is very kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities provided were more than satisfactory. The bathroom was well equipped with a smart toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. As a Muslim guest, I truly appreciated that they prepared breakfast for us and ensured that it was halal, so there was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this place. They even helped us arrange transportation whenever needed..just ask, and they are happy to assist. NnurelyaWe love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Siamo rimasti in una casa nuovamente costruita, spaziosa, con una vista stupenda sulle montagne neve, ed era incredibilmente conveniente per le strutture offerte. UUtente ospiteWe had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

Anche se c'è una barriera linguistica, farà il possibile per aiutare ciò che vogliamo, e, organizzare tutto il tempo di trasporto per venire e tornare in sicurezza. UUtente ospiteIncredibile INN! Viaggiamo qui solo per un giorno. Abbiamo lasciato il nostro bagaglio al nostro hotel prenotato a Harbin, abbiamo viaggiato il bagaglio di ritorno, il bus di mattina 6am di Harbin centrale e siamo arrivati al centro commerciale circa 10:30-45 ish. E il giorno dopo siamo arrivati a Harbin 7am vicino alle 12 pm. La posizione dell'hotel era fantastica, solo un passo 2-minute sulla strada principale dove si trovano tutti i cibi e gli affari. Il proprietario era incredibilmente gentile e, anche se non potevamo comunicare in cinese, era molto brava a usare Google Translate. Abbiamo avuto modo di comunicare molto bene, e la sua natura di cura mi ricordava mia madre, quindi ho finito di chiamarla ”mamma”. Per il Moslamato viaggiatore si prepara la traduzione dicendo al proprietario che mangia solo verdura. Lei si curerà per esso. Nella strada principale si può ottenere patate dolci e bevare molte cose. Se non riesci a mangiare verdura, prendi un paio di preparazioni di pasto pronte dal tuo paese, come l'acqua calda viene fornita dal cannone. In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno. Per arrivare qui, assicuratevi di contattare il proprietario, che si occuperà di tutto da Harbin all'hotel e viceversa. Per coloro che non possono parlare Mandarin, fate una nota sulla posizione dell'hotel sulla mappa e informate il conducente della vostra destinazione, chiedendo loro di incoraggiarvi quando arriverete. Mentre i driver annunciano le località all'arrivo, è meglio informarli in anticipo usando Google Translate, soprattutto se non capite il cinese. In generale, il viaggio e l'alloggio sono stati meravigliosi. Le attività a Wusongling sono state mesmerizzanti. PPetesingThe owners are very kind and nice. The room is also good, and importantly, it's always warm. Breakfast is included, and they can help you book tours to various places. The room provided hot water for showering 24 hours a day, and there's also free hot drinking water. The walls aren't soundproof, and unfortunately my room was next to the lobby, so it was noisy all the time. 😭 But overall, this accommodation is excellent! ❤️
