UUtente anonimoWe had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free.
They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience!
The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

CCeritalahWe stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring.
Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.
The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Would I recommend this place?

C'è prosperità nella città di neve, ma è particolarmente adatto per vedere la neve, giocare a neve e rilassarsi.

Ssahil*5/5 Sterne: Un'oasi calda in una città di Chilly*
Come straniero che viaggiava da lontano, ero un po' preoccupato per navigare una nuova città in mezzo a un freddo spruzzo (-10°C!). Ma dal momento in cui sono entrato nell'hotel, il caldo e il benvenuto del personale hanno sprecato tutte le mie preoccupazioni.
La stanza stessa era immacolata, con comode, nuove lavastoviglie e un bagno senza spazi. Il sistema di riscaldamento era una benedizione nelle temperature congelate, e dormiamo bene ogni notte.
Il vero caldo, la genuina gentilezza e la volontà del personale di andare a un chilometro di distanza lo fanno una vera gioiello in questa città fredda. Se siete un viaggiatore che cerca un giardino di ospite, non guardare più.

DDil888Il proprietario dell'albergo è molto attento e amichevole. Ti hanno dato i sentimenti come se tu stai rimanendo nella tua città. Sono musulmani amichevole quando hanno preparato colazione con utensili separati e ti trattano come la loro famiglia. Ci sono anche menu Makanan Melayu che hanno preparato per il musulmano se si vuole mangiare per cena o pranzo. Il prezzo è a buon mercato. In casa ospite, c'è un poster di attività di neve che si può fare in traduzione inglese. Spiega solo cosa vuoi fare e il proprietario si occuperà direttamente di qualcuno per prendere e lasciare la casa di ospiti una volta che l'attività è finita.Ho fatto l'attività sciistica e Wu Song Ling , entrambi l'esperienza è molto grande. Se viaggiate solo, questa casa è perfetta per voi, perché si prendono cura e si accertano che siete sicuri e confortevoli. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi se non si può parlare cinese, perché il proprietario è dotato di dispositivi di traduzione. Il proprietario può organizzare il bus da Harbin City a Snow Valley, e anche quando si vuole tornare. Il bus cade direttamente davanti alla casa dell'ospite con il proprietario che già si aspetta di aiutare con il bagaglio.

UUtente ospiteLess crowd in Wuchang Snow Valley compare to Xuexiang Snow Town. Booked our chartered car through the innkeeper for RMB2400 for 3 days Harbin- Wuchang Snow Valley - Xuexiang Snow Town - Volga Manor. The inn did not provide bath towel so i suggest you bring your own bath towel. They can only provide small face towel.
The place is run by the family.. they are so nice.. We took pictures near the inn at the evening or the father play the roundfire for us to take picture at night. In the morning the next day we book trip to Wu Song Ling for RMB400/pax guided by the innkeeper son which we call him titi (younger brother).. It was the most fun & memorable activities of our entire Harbin trip of 8 days.. Walking at the snow jungle was the most we loved. Titi also taught us to ski but I don't speak chinese so i can't understand the instruction given. I gave up learning to sli on my third fall hahaha...
Overall, we highly recomended Snow Valley for you to visit for natural snow experiances.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

SSato_83The hotel is far, only need to use a taxi. When I arrived, I was very shocked because it was like a home, not a hotel. There was an auntie who spoke English but didn't speak Chinese. We communicated for a long time and then understood. Auntie opened the upstairs room for me because the first room she opened downstairs had a musty smell. If you want to stay, I recommend coming early in the morning because I arrived in the evening and before I could communicate with Auntie, the sky was dark and it was difficult to go out to eat. Breakfast is Chinese style porridge at Auntie's house in front. Auntie is kind. If there is anything missing, you can ask, but it will be difficult to communicate. The whole house has only one room for rent, like in the picture, but the soap is gone. At night, dogs bark very loudly because there is a dog cage in the back of the house next to the room. Overall, I don't recommend it because traveling is difficult. I recommend taking the train back to sleep in the city.
