AAdeleJMy trip to Snow Valley was amazing, made even better by a wonderful host. My friends and I stayed at Kuolanting Inn, and the service was excellent—even before the trip began. From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality made us feel truly at home.
All the activities were well arranged by the host and were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend staying here, as the host genuinely provides outstanding care and attention. Do stay here—you won’t regret it, and you’ll bring home unforgettable memories.

UUtente anonimoWe had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free.
They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience!
The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

The inn is located at the end of the road. A bit of distance from the main road.
However it is usually full or almost full and I wonder why?
So one reason is the helpful owner. Secondly the cooks there can whip up delicious dishes.
Thirdly, one difference between this inn and others is that it has a large area in front of the inn.
So if you have kids, they will appreciate the large area during winter.
I love the big swing in front of the property. Looking at the stars while swinging under the stars.
It is a nice place to stay but be prepared by how the North East people live and sleep.

UUtente ospiteLess crowd in Wuchang Snow Valley compare to Xuexiang Snow Town. Booked our chartered car through the innkeeper for RMB2400 for 3 days Harbin- Wuchang Snow Valley - Xuexiang Snow Town - Volga Manor. The inn did not provide bath towel so i suggest you bring your own bath towel. They can only provide small face towel.
The place is run by the family.. they are so nice.. We took pictures near the inn at the evening or the father play the roundfire for us to take picture at night. In the morning the next day we book trip to Wu Song Ling for RMB400/pax guided by the innkeeper son which we call him titi (younger brother).. It was the most fun & memorable activities of our entire Harbin trip of 8 days.. Walking at the snow jungle was the most we loved. Titi also taught us to ski but I don't speak chinese so i can't understand the instruction given. I gave up learning to sli on my third fall hahaha...
Overall, we highly recomended Snow Valley for you to visit for natural snow experiances.

Come straniero che viaggiava da lontano, ero un po' preoccupato per navigare una nuova città in mezzo a un freddo spruzzo (-10°C!). Ma dal momento in cui sono entrato nell'hotel, il caldo e il benvenuto del personale hanno sprecato tutte le mie preoccupazioni.
La stanza stessa era immacolata, con comode, nuove lavastoviglie e un bagno senza spazi. Il sistema di riscaldamento era una benedizione nelle temperature congelate, e dormiamo bene ogni notte.
Il vero caldo, la genuina gentilezza e la volontà del personale di andare a un chilometro di distanza lo fanno una vera gioiello in questa città fredda. Se siete un viaggiatore che cerca un giardino di ospite, non guardare più.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

UUtente ospite他家鍋包肉挺好吃，之前在哈爾濱吃過兩次都能掛漿了，他家的孩子説好吃。
環境設施和他家圖片一樣，床單被罩上還有摺痕，應該是新換的（不過我自己也帶了一次性床單）。就是衞生做的不徹底，房間裏的茶杯裏有好多煙頭（上一個住客也挺霍霍人的），衞生間裏的兩個用過的牙刷明晃晃的擺着。
住的第一夜早上被凍醒了，看到房間有空調，就問了下遙控器在哪裡，上來一位有些歲數的大姐，問我有沒有什麼説道，噼裏啪啦和我講了一堆，我都沒怎麼説話，最後她説 如果不願意住可以退房，真的是莫名其妙。這個東西擺到那裡不是讓客人用的嗎？
其他人服務態度還都挺好的，但是這件事讓我很憋氣。不想折騰就沒理她，最後也沒找到遙控器。老闆，你家員工該好好管理一下了，並不是所有租客都是一鎚子買賣。 所以服務給了三分。
房間裏確實有臭味，不是太明顯，大面上看起來也乾淨，不過老闆應該看看邊角旮旯，那個臭味好像東西很長時間變質了才有的。有可能哪個租客吃的東西掉到縫隙裏了，比較隱蔽 所以沒有被發現？
奔着鍋包肉以後還想再去，但是嚇人的大姐還是算了，真的會攆客
