We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Grand Mercure Hotel di Harbin e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati, sono rimasto colpito dalla pulizia impeccabile dell'ambiente e dalla sensazione di comfort che ci ha avvolto. Gli alti soffitti conferivano un tocco di maestosità all'atmosfera, facendola sembrare una lussuosa struttura a 5 stelle, il tutto a un prezzo accessibile. Il punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stato senza dubbio il letto comodissimo e le lenzuola fresche. Ho dormito benissimo e mi sono svegliato riposato come un bambino. L'attenzione ai dettagli per garantire un sonno confortevole è stata davvero encomiabile. Un plauso speciale va al personale dell'hotel per il servizio eccezionale. Nonostante qualche barriera linguistica, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi in tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e per fornirmi informazioni precise. Ricordo distintamente Alan Chen, o Chan, anche se non sono sicuro dell'ortografia esatta del suo nome. Era sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e domande, prendendosi il tempo di comunicare con noi e di assicurarsi che ricevessimo le indicazioni corrette. La loro dedizione e disponibilità mi hanno fatto un'ottima impressione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel era situato in una posizione comoda vicino a una fermata dell'autobus, il che lo rendeva facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto, che dista circa 45 minuti o meno. Il tragitto in autobus dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità durava meno di 10 minuti. Tuttavia, devo segnalare che non c'erano molti negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, il che potrebbe rappresentare un piccolo inconveniente per alcuni viaggiatori. L'unico problema riscontrato durante il soggiorno è stata la temperatura della camera, che era piuttosto alta. Nonostante avessimo regolato il termostato, non siamo riusciti a ottenere una temperatura confortevole. Abbiamo quindi aperto leggermente la finestra per far entrare un po' d'aria fresca, ma lasciarla aperta tutta la notte comportava il rischio di prendere un raffreddore. Sarebbe molto utile se l'hotel potesse fornire un umidificatore, poiché l'aria nella stanza risultava eccessivamente secca. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero fantastico. La pulizia dell'hotel, il personale eccezionale e la posizione comoda hanno contribuito a rendere l'esperienza memorabile. Consiglierei vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Harbin e ci tornerei sicuramente durante il mio prossimo viaggio. An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

Crowne Plaza è un ottimo hotel situato a pochi passi da molti ristoranti e Sunac Mall (ha il Guinness World Record per lo sci più grande all'interno, con lezioni di sci a prezzi accessibili per i bambini se preferisci soggiornare all'interno della zona di Harbin). Il personale di prima scrivania è molto amichevole e le questioni sono risolte entro pochi minuti. Situato in una zona tranquilla, quindi non c'era nulla di rumore o traffico vicino a notte. La camera è spaziosa (consente alla nostra famiglia di 4 con bambini di età compresa tra 6 e 8 anni) e pulita, la custodia casa è molto rapida. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato la stanza tematica ma cambiato la stanza normale per avere un bagno al posto. Sala da giardino e piscina sono decente e pulita. (Nota: è necessario un cappotto di nuoto, ma è possibile acquistarlo prima di nuotare). Una piacevole esperienza in generale.

Rooms are clean. Location is great, walking distance to most attractions nearby.Staffs are friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variety. My dad left a pants in the hotel, they are very helpful, helped to courier over. Many thanks.

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

La ospitezia del personale era molto buona ... Il tempo era freddo, ma avevano cuore caldo che ci salutava ogni volta che entrammo o uscimmo. non parliamo cinese e Zhu ci ha sempre accolto e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto domande. E la posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. È possibile camminare intorno alla St Zhongyang o andare in qualsiasi parte di Harbin con facilità.Le camere sono grandi, pulite e con letti confortevoli.

One of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10
