UUtente ospiteIt is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season.
Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility.
As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ÂĽ500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave.
Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

AAlya YusoffThereâs a mall within 200meter. When we arrived, we were served hot towel and hot lemon juice. My daughter was so happy to receive a softtoy from Miss JiaoJiao. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. I love the freeflow of afternoon tea. There is a laundryroom with free detergent at 7th floor. I just wish the dryer is more powerful because my clothes still wet after putting in the machine for hours. I appreciate the automated toilet seat in the room. Room is quite spacious. YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

go north 100M+ is the river, go south is the market. next street is the Central Street.
The following has nothing to do with the hotel's facility or service, but the driver they booked for us to the airport.
Please do not use him again, he driving is dangerous and unprofessional, he will ruin your reputation
What did he do
1. speeding all the way (130 at 40 zone)
2. pressed his horn constantly
3 texting while driving
4 loud music all the way
5 did not drop us off at the most convenient point (downstairs and taking lift instead of upstairs kerbside)

SSoudsathit VandixayAbbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno a Xana, il personale non parla inglese, ma non era una questione, erano molto utili e si occupavano bene di noi e delle nostre esigenze, utilizzando un app di traduzione per parlare l'uno con l'altro. La stanza non era cosĂŹ grande ma funzionale e pulita, il letto è confortevole, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e c'era un tè pomeriggio gratuito al lobby con dolci cucine e frutta. La posizione è al centro della cittĂ , proprio davanti al parco Zhaolin e a soli 1 mn di cammino verso la strada commerciale Zhongyang e a soli 5 mn di Songhua River, parco. Se si usa DIDI TRAVEL sull'app Alipay, la posizione di questo hotel dovrebbe essere scritta come âXi'an Deluxe Hotel.â
In generale, è stata una bella esperienza per noi di rimanere a Xana e consigliere ai nostri amici se viaggiano a Harbin

PPumpkin LLove the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didnât like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I donât need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that
It was a wonderful experience and Iâll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

AAlessanderBest stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off.
There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat
If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money.
Special should out to driver wangxin(çć°) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

Servizio clienti- Front Desk Staff sono professionali, ma con un ulteriore sforzo Zhaoling Xiao e Liulimin hanno compiuto un ulteriore passo per guidarci nel ricontrollare il nostro volo e le informazioni verso siti specifici.

JjinnianHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel! Le strutture sono topnotch, l'ambiente è elegante e le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Tuttavia, ciò che mi ha colpito piÚ è stato il servizio del personale, specialmente l'assistente Cheung. Il suo servizio era impeccabile, sempre sorridente e molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Cheung era sempre professionale e entusiasta, sia che ci controllasse, offrisse consigli di viaggio locali o affrontasse le nostre diverse esigenze.
