BBenjamin PenneyLa prima volta che andavo ad Harbin, il servizio qui è andato oltre ogni limite. Ogni volta che tornavamo in camera, il nostro letto era fatto e i nostri vestiti erano appena lavati. L'hotel non potrebbe avere una posizione migliore, proprio nel cuore della strada pedonale di Harbin. Il personale era gentile e attento, ci salutava sempre al mattino. La colazione al ristorante era buona, non molto occidentale, ma comunque buona.

AAED_khvWhen choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

MMoney&Moji👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have.
🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window.
🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

Essendo un hotel appena aperto, è la mia prima scelta quando vengo ad Harbin. È economico e le strutture sono fantastiche. MMinnie RexQuesta è la mia prima visita in Cina e la prima volta che sono stata molto impressionata, sia l'alloggio che la gente. Questo hotel mi ha ben accolto, fornendo tè, il personale sorrideva, anche il custode era bellissimo. L'hotel è pulito, bellissimo, vicino alla strada principale e molti luoghi importanti, facile da viaggiare. Se ho la possibilità di tornare in Cina, rimarrò qui di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed for two nights in August at this hotel and were impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent for its proximity to the airport, and we were grateful for the late-night airport pickup.
The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently using translation apps to communicate with us. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, beds were comfy and we loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary fruits.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the restaurant staff. We arrived for dinner around 9 pm (the restaurant is in a separate building, also used for breakfast), and although the place was empty and they appeared to be closing, they warmly welcomed us in. They were incredibly caring and accommodating. The food was delicious, portions were very generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The kindness and smiles of these ladies made a lasting impression. We are actually returning to the hotel tomorrow and are genuinely excited to see them again!

A causa delle barriere linguistiche, era paziente nel tradurla a noi e nonostante la folla che lo ha fatto entrare e fare impegnativo, si occupava di una per l'altra con classe, professionalità e aiuto di ogni persona.
