"It's a big, new & clean room. Plus walking distance to Metro ,bus & the railway station. Plenty of shops & restaurants around. There is no extra hook in the toilet & room. The hotel provided a hook as shown in the photo. No extra hook. So after hanging my Winter jacket, I got no more space for others. So I got an issue or no place to hang towels, clothes etc. Overall I am happy with the stay. Will stay again"

"Tutto era bene fino all'ultima notte... mettiamo i vestiti nella macchina per asciugare coz era ancora bagnato. (hanno solo una macchina). Da procrastinatrice, solo ora mi sono ricordata di aver parlato bene dell'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Siamo arrivati alle 2 del mattino e la receptionist dell'hotel è persino scesa dalle scale per aiutarci con i bagagli. La mattina dopo, di fretta per andare a visitare la città, ho buttato distrattamente i miei calzini usati sul pavimento accanto al divano. Quando sono tornata quella sera, sono rimasta scioccata nel trovarli lavati e asciugati in bagno dalla donna delle pulizie! Il giorno del check-out, mi sono slogata una caviglia e il personale della reception ha fatto di tutto per trovarmi del ghiaccio e del Yunnan Baiyao (una medicina tradizionale cinese per le distorsioni alla caviglia). Sono stati così premurosi, trattandomi allo stesso modo anche se avevo già fatto il check-out! Se mai dovessi tornare ad Harbin, questa sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!

Grande hotel a tema e con una posizione fantastica a Zhongyang Street dove si possono vedere tutte le scultura di ghiaccio senza dover camminare lontano nel tempo -30 gradi. Il personale era molto gentile e attento, la cosa migliore è naturalmente la sessione di vestirsi con il fotografico. Molto raccomandato per un nuovo soggiorno.

By the first glance of the hotel when we reached, it was really what we wanted. A rustic looking place isolated quiet. Perfect for a getaway relax vacation from the city life. The owners and the staff in this place is very friendly and helpful and wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is some entertainment like KTV in the hotel. The only thing that was difficult was the food and traveling around situation here. The breakfast in the hotel is very limited to Chinese food. I suggest some bread and butter at least for foreign guests. Since it’s isolated there is no way to eat for someone who doesn’t travel without a vehicle. The city is quiet and beautiful perfect for someone to getaway.

Il personale dell'hotel è stato contattato tramite WeChat qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo al luogo, che offre un trasporto gratuito per tutte/la maggior parte delle attrazioni di Yabuli e anche un servizio di pick-up gratuito dalla stazione ferroviaria Yabulix.
Per salvare il tuo problema, puoi prenotare l'attrazione sciistica direttamente da loro, 160 yuan/pax. Ti prenderanno da e verso l'attrazione, regolare i biglietti e prendere il tempo di spiegare i processi. Fidati, non vorresti finire perso in quel posto. Abbiamo anche fatto il cavallo slitta, 60 yuan/pax.
In generale, è stata una fantastica esperienza, molto familiare e lo consiglierei a chiunque stia cercando comodità, comfort e servizio.

Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

WilsologyPersonalmente, mi sembra un po' costoso per quello che si ottiene, perché è piccolo e anche il lobby è piccolo, ma penso sia il prezzo di Harbin. Mi aspettavo di meglio dagli annunci. Mi piace il mini balcone, bella vista.
Buona posizione, anche se un po 'di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria (che ancora cammina) Downstairs è la popolare strada camminata Zhongyangdajie. Camminando distanza dal fiume Songhua e Stalin Park. Circa 20 minuti di camion a Ice Snow World & Siberian Tiger Park.
