"The hotel location was somewhat difficult to find, and there was no signage of the hotel outside the building. The name appeared to be Ji Hotel. I was suprised that the hotel reception counter was located at level 8A, as it looked quite old and did not give a welcoming impression typically expected of the hotel. For a room accomodating 3 guesses, only two towels, cups, water bottles provided. Overall, if its not for the hotel convinient”s proximity, to the West Railway Station, we would be unlikely to choose this hotel again."

"True Go Hotel, Harbin – Comfortable and Thoughtfully Managed
While the reception area felt a little cluttered, the rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just about 200 metres from a food street, making it easy to find meals and explore the area.
What really stood out was the service. The reception team was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the hotel is not large, they had a concierge who assisted us with purchasing attraction tickets and arranging transport to various places of interest.
It was extremely cold during our stay, but the hotel really took care of guests. They provided free heat packs for those who were not fully prepared for the weather, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also free ice cream at the reception that guests could help themselves to — a small but delightful surprise.
The room came with a humidifier, which made a big difference in the dry winter air. Thanks to the helpful staff, we were still able to visit places like Tiger Park and Volga Manor comfortably despite the freezing temperatures.
Overall, a warm and well-managed hotel with thoughtful touches that made the stay much more comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Harbin, especially in winter."

"I had a great stay at this hotel and would happily return. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the experience feel welcoming. JJoericayeDa procrastinatrice, solo ora mi sono ricordata di aver parlato bene dell'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Siamo arrivati alle 2 del mattino e la receptionist dell'hotel è persino scesa dalle scale per aiutarci con i bagagli. La mattina dopo, di fretta per andare a visitare la città, ho buttato distrattamente i miei calzini usati sul pavimento accanto al divano. Quando sono tornata quella sera, sono rimasta scioccata nel trovarli lavati e asciugati in bagno dalla donna delle pulizie! Il giorno del check-out, mi sono slogata una caviglia e il personale della reception ha fatto di tutto per trovarmi del ghiaccio e del Yunnan Baiyao (una medicina tradizionale cinese per le distorsioni alla caviglia). Sono stati così premurosi, trattandomi allo stesso modo anche se avevo già fatto il check-out! Se mai dovessi tornare ad Harbin, questa sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!

NNasih AliBy the first glance of the hotel when we reached, it was really what we wanted. A rustic looking place isolated quiet. Perfect for a getaway relax vacation from the city life. The owners and the staff in this place is very friendly and helpful and wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is some entertainment like KTV in the hotel. The only thing that was difficult was the food and traveling around situation here. The breakfast in the hotel is very limited to Chinese food. I suggest some bread and butter at least for foreign guests. Since it’s isolated there is no way to eat for someone who doesn’t travel without a vehicle. The city is quiet and beautiful perfect for someone to getaway.

GGenelle Chua YYI had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable.
The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard.
The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area.
Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

Iina wanderIn primo luogo, ho prenotato solo per una notte. Ho chiesto un pacchetto di sci che includeva lezioni di sci da parte dell'operatore dell'hotel. Ha anche fornito un servizio di pick-up per gli ospiti dell'hotel dalla stazione ferroviaria. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, mi hanno dato un controllo precoce e mi hanno fatto sciare.
Egli suggerì che il giorno dopo mi avesse visitato la città di neve, e alla fine mi avevo prolungato un altro giorno, mi ha condotto e mi ha preso cura di me durante il viaggio di neve, anche se ero l'unico che mi unì al pacchetto.

UUtente anonimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Good location, although a little far from the train station (tho still walkable) Downstairs is the popular Zhongyangdajie walking street. Walking distance to Songhua River and Stalin Park. Approximately 20mins cab to Ice Snow World & Siberian Tiger Park.
Tourist tip: The actual hotel name is different. The actual hotel sign and Google Map shows as James Joyce Coffetel, on DiDi (local taxi app) to get there you put as Zhefei Hotel 2, Shangyou Street, Daoli
