In tempo di colazione, ringrazio personalmente la signora Jenny Huanghua Manager per la sua grande cura e amichevole, nonché per portarci lo yogurt ogni mattina, anch'io vorrei ringraziare la signora Air 金 del FB per portarmi la scatola per tenere cibo per mia moglie. Grazie anche a tutti i team per il benvenuto e il sostegno. Ho una buona esperienza in hotel. Guardatevi in attesa di rimanere la prossima volta.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Molto bello hotel e strutture. Il stile è molto bello. Il servizio era eccellente, e il colazione ha una vasta varietà di cibi per il palazzo occidentale e il palazzo asiatico. Ha anche una buona varietà di specialità da tche cinese nord-est. Pochi punti da un'abitazione da quando si diceva che una macchina per caffè sarebbe stata inclusa nella nostra stanza, ma non c'era nessuna.Solo i pod nespresso ...

L'igiene della stanza è abbastanza buona e la temperatura è adeguata e non troppo calda. C'è un umidificatore, ma non viene fornita alcuna lozione per il corpo L'insonorizzazione della stanza non è molto buona. Gli ospiti nella stanza accanto erano molto rumorosi la prima notte. Sono stati svegliati mentre dormivano. Tuttavia, dopo che l'hotel ha comunicato con loro, è diventato tranquillo. Gli ospiti delle ultime due notti erano più tranquilli. Ottimo luogo soprattutto quando si intende visitare Yabuli perché vicino alla stazione Harbin West. Livello B2 dell'ascensore è collegato al centro commerciale. Inoltre, hanno un centro commerciale più grande lungo la strada, sia il centro commerciale che il ristorante. La custodia della casa era così gentile e avevano lavanderia gratuita.Chiediamo aiuto per ottenere un taxi all'aeroporto, ma hanno detto che potremmo solo farlo fuori, nel freddo fuori. È solo triste perché a Pechino e Shanghai ci chiamano un taxi.

La stanza è a posto, ma il lobby del primo piano dell'hotel non è molto chiaro e non è facile da trovare. L'hotel è molto nuovo e non ha odore di decorazione. First I was bit disappointed because no one help us with our luggage and we arrived by past 14:00 but our room is not ready and need to wait for 1 hour, but its okay😊😊😊 I really love this hotel, the ambiance is good there is a free afternoon snacks at the lobby, you can also wash and dry your clothes, there is a lot of free gifts that the kids love, I having a hard time on operating the washing and there is a staff who immediately assist me, and also I try to call them on the phone, and they go to the room to assist me because I cannot understand chinese😂 they also lend us a toy so my baby will be busy playing, the breakfast also has a lot of choices, I hope I found this hotel soon, but glad to stay here on our last night in Harbin City, hoping to stay here soon, and also upon checking out they still have gift for us, and what I really love is they lend me a russian dress to took photo😍 I will make moments soon as soon as my photo release by the photographer and tag the hotel😍

Hotel eccellente a Harbin. Situato sopra un centro commerciale e al di sopra della Wanda Plaza. Il personale è stato molto utile e la camera è grande (solo guardate le foto). Il colazione era stile cinese standard ma ci adatta. Ci sono molte opzioni alimentari intorno se si ammala il colazione dell'hotel. Si prega di notare che, perché questo è un ufficio e un blocco alberghiero, quindi ci vorrà un po' prima che l'ascensore raggiunga il vostro livello durante le ore di picco.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

The service was great. We were given a honeymoon gift on our first night by the cleaning staff, and they were really sweet to come early the next day to give us extra bottles of water. We especially would like to thank 2029 服务员for always greeting us so warmly, and for keeping our messy room tidy. The hotel is along the main shopping street, so it was really convenient to get to places and to get food around the area. It was also really quiet even though it was near the main district. There were great options for food around and it was fairly near the train station so we could take the train to all of the tourist sites nearby like 冰雪大世界. It’s also near the morning market with really good breakfast options. We also got 2 free ice creams from their restaurant, which were delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would stay again! PS the free chocolate at the hotel lobby is great!
