"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff.
On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.
The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Il bel ragazzo e la bella ragazza alla reception ci hanno offerto un servizio eccellente e ci hanno persino offerto una camera più grande. Mentre salivamo in ascensore, abbiamo incontrato il ragazzo che stava appena iniziando il suo turno. Era già in modalità lavoro prima ancora di iniziare, ci ha aiutato a premere il pulsante dell'ascensore e ci ha mostrato dove si trovava la nostra camera. "L'hotel era davvero fantastico! Innanzitutto, la posizione era superba, situato su una strada diagonale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Sofia, da Central Street e da numerosi monumenti. Era particolarmente vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Shangzhi Street, pur mantenendo una tranquilla distanza dalle zone turistiche più affollate: ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Anche la pulizia e i servizi erano eccellenti! La colazione era particolarmente degna di nota; era così abbondante che abbiamo definitivamente abbandonato l'idea di fare colazione al mercato mattutino."

"It’s a good place to stay, clean hotel room located at a modern shopping mall and close to the high speed railway station. The hotel allows us to check in early which is super nice but when we get in the room we smell some smoke smells not sure it’s was from ex-customer or what. But after we turn on the window and exhaust fan in bathroom the smells gone in shortly so actually not a big problem. Overall is a good place to stay."

"Location is near to zhong yang main street, easily accessible by didi online car service. Staff service is good n helpful. They helped us to call parcel courier company to check for our parcel status.
Laundry, Parcel delivery n luggage storage service is provided. We stored our luggages for 6 days while away to Mohe.
Room is occupied with 2 big luggages. Cleanliness can be improved. Have heater in room, you can dry your washed clothes on the heater chambers."

"Questa volta sono davvero soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Si trova vicino a Central Street e Sophia Square, e diagonalmente di fronte al mercato alimentare di Daoli. Non ci vogliono più di 5 minuti per raggiungere a piedi Central Street e 20 minuti per andare al mercato mattutino di Red Brick. Poi c'è un negozio al primo piano che compra il gelato Madiel per 6 yuan. Non credo che ci sia bisogno di uscire e comprare 5 yuan per il gelato perché fuori fa freddo e non puoi mangiare il gelato. Tutto. Poi c'è un pavone e un'aquila. Il capo ha detto che, tranne gli occhi, sono tutti veri. La stanza è molto calda e il soggiorno è abbastanza accogliente. Le persone che viaggiano in macchina possono anche chiedere al capo di noleggiare un'auto Il prezzo è conveniente e la flotta è regolare. Non sono un marinaio. È davvero bello."

Rooms are quiet, well ventilated yet warm even in deep winter (important), a little aged in the corners here and there, but in good condition. Roomservice works very well. Breakfast could use some fresh, healthy ideas (i.e. fruit, variations of bread, ...), but friendly and helpful staff here, too!
Please do not mistake this good Manhattan HOTEL for the not so inpiring and completely distinct Manhattan Appartment in the same building."
