The hotel is conveniently located with complete facilities, including buffet breakfast, gym, and laundry room. the hotel style is mainly Nordic, integrating local characteristics to create comfort and the core concept of new luxury living. The room decoration is simple yet fashionable; The hotel adheres to the principle of customer first, providing guests with comprehensive and high-quality service and hospitality, adding comfort and peace of mind to your journey.
"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff.
On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.
The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"It’s a good place to stay, clean hotel room located at a modern shopping mall and close to the high speed railway station. The hotel allows us to check in early which is super nice but when we get in the room we smell some smoke smells not sure it’s was from ex-customer or what. But after we turn on the window and exhaust fan in bathroom the smells gone in shortly so actually not a big problem. Overall is a good place to stay."

Laundry, Parcel delivery n luggage storage service is provided. We stored our luggages for 6 days while away to Mohe.
Room is occupied with 2 big luggages. Cleanliness can be improved. Have heater in room, you can dry your washed clothes on the heater chambers."

Come qualcuno che non parla mandarino, era un po' difficile viaggiare in questa città, tuttavia, il ricevitore era molto gentile e usava il suo dispositivo di traduzione per aiutarmi. La posizione è bello. Super vicino alla strada pedonale e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal metro più vicino. Buona esperienza complessiva!"

Vista mozzafiato (vedi foto). Questo è un hotel d'epoca, ma la posizione è ottima, non si trova altrove ad Harbin. A pochi passi da due stazioni della metropolitana, da 中央大街 e da 道理菜市场. Le buone maniere, il personale cordiale e generoso, sono davvero di prim'ordine. I prezzi accessibili sono un vero peccato. Grazie mille per le 3 notti di comfort.
