We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location peaceful and had beautiful views. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every detail was well prepared, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing too. I’m so thankful that they also serve halal foods. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Questo soggiorno ci ha dato una tale esperienza memorabile. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e ben mantenuta. La zia e la famiglia erano incredibilmente calde e curate, sempre per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo. Il cibo era delizioso e si sentiva come cibo cucinato a casa. La loro gentilezza e la cura hanno fatto sentire che questo è più come stare con la famiglia che solo un posto per dormire. Molto consigliato!

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Il proprietario dell'albergo è molto attento e amichevole. Ti hanno dato i sentimenti come se tu stai rimanendo nella tua città. Sono musulmani amichevole quando hanno preparato colazione con utensili separati e ti trattano come la loro famiglia. Ci sono anche menu Makanan Melayu che hanno preparato per il musulmano se si vuole mangiare per cena o pranzo. Il prezzo è a buon mercato. In casa ospite, c'è un poster di attività di neve che si può fare in traduzione inglese. Spiega solo cosa vuoi fare e il proprietario si occuperà direttamente di qualcuno per prendere e lasciare la casa di ospiti una volta che l'attività è finita.Ho fatto l'attività sciistica e Wu Song Ling , entrambi l'esperienza è molto grande. Se viaggiate solo, questa casa è perfetta per voi, perché si prendono cura e si accertano che siete sicuri e confortevoli. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi se non si può parlare cinese, perché il proprietario è dotato di dispositivi di traduzione. Il proprietario può organizzare il bus da Harbin City a Snow Valley, e anche quando si vuole tornare. Il bus cade direttamente davanti alla casa dell'ospite con il proprietario che già si aspetta di aiutare con il bagaglio.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

Il miglior soggiorno a casa. Amichevole ospite e membri. Pieno di grandi attività. Mia madre e io giocano a scivolare, tubare e guidare moto di ghiaccio dietro la casa. Forniscono anche attività di spray acqua e cracker di fuoco durante la notte che è molto divertente per sperimentare. Mia madre e io abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e la consigliamo ad altri che vogliono rimanere nella valle della neve. Ci siamo trasferiti solo una notte. Ma è stato un posto così grande da rimanere.

Amenities and services are way beyond 5 stars if can give 7 stars I would. Drove us everywhere! Gave us recommendations Food wise, I would suggest that you order food to hotel or ask to go a place that you prefer. The recommendations are fine. But if you stay there too long is a bit too repetitive. I marked down cleanliness because the room had a drainage/ sewage smell. Had to keep all drainage eg bath tub toilet cubicle showering area and basin all closed then it was fine. No lift only staircase. Is a 3 storey high villa. This room is on the 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us to carry our luggage. Things to note: outside shoes are left just inside the entrance. So overall inside is clean. Just need to be mindful of your shoes. Don't take the wrong shoes don't let people take your shoes too :) Skiing area 1. Just directly outside the accommodation good for very new beginners as it isn't too crowded even in the afternoon but it might depend on luck cos if got tour group then can get crowded but they don't stay long 2. Ti wei: nicer for experienced beginners. The intermediate slope is suitable for beginners too. 3. Yang guang: the beginner slope on the cable car from midpoint of area A is more steep than the intermediate slope of ti wei. But it is quite costly to go here for beginners. Experienced skiers will prefer this place. For beginner slopes, driver li helped us get discount There is also a snow play area. Driver li helped us get discount too! We paid for 2 activities and got 3 activities for free haha. Bonus we booked it quite early so no breakfast included. But the owner still gave us breakfast for free 😋 the breakfast was nutritious and yummy! PS: this place was a pleasant surprise. Met 3 other groups of Singaporeans here!

Una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che abbia mai avuto il servizio qui è davvero eccezionale. Abbiamo organizzato un pick-up da Yabulix Train Station, e l'hotel aveva già aspettato quando siamo arrivati (a -10°C!). Xiao Wang e il conducente (l'ho improvvisamente dimenticato) ci hanno aiutati con il nostro bagaglio e ci hanno assicurato che siamo caldi e confortevoli fin dall'inizio. Lode speciale va a Xiao Wang e al conducente, che si sono spinti sopra e oltre in ogni modo possibile. Ha raccomandato attività per noi (ATV, Camel ride, foto con la fossa bianca, ecc.), e sia lei che il conducente ci hanno condotto personalmente alle località, ci hanno aspettato, e ci hanno mandato a casa. Ci hanno anche condotti a Sun Mountain per sciare (anche rimasti per aiutarci a trovare un insegnante prima di lasciare) il giorno dopo. Wang ha offerto anche un complimento di mezza giornata per la stanza, così potremmo immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio mentre sciava, e ha prenotato tutte le nostre attività e i nostri biglietti per sci durante la guida.Tutto era così libero di fuss ha preso cura di ogni dettaglio per noi. La stanza dell'hotel era pulita, confortevole e decente, e quando ci siamo accennati a sentirci un po' fredda, il desk front stava immediatamente mandando un riscaldamento alla nostra stanza e lo metteva persino in ordine. Anche se il buffet non includeva caffè, quando ho chiesto al personale, essi forniscono un caffè istantaneo un altro piccolo gesto che mostrava la loro attenzione. C'è un negozio di comodità (chiuso alle 10:00) collegato all'hotel, e un altro negozio vicino alla porta dove si possono noleggiare abiti da sci e caschi molto conveniente. Alla fine del nostro viaggio, Xiao Wang e il conducente ci hanno spedito personalmente alla stazione ferroviaria. Il livello di ospite è davvero sorprendente alcuni dei migliori servizi che abbia mai sperimentato ovunque. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui la prossima volta che sono a Yabuli. I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

This sharp contrast creates a deep sense of “safety” that many travelers find especially reassuring in extreme winter destinations. The location is highly convenient. Numerous restaurants and entertainment facilities are nearby, making it easy to dine out or explore without long travel times. I was particularly drawn to the hotel’s Russian-style architecture—its pointed roofs, wooden structures, and strong geometric lines. These elements are not just decorative; they are practical designs shaped by the realities of heavy snowfall in high-latitude regions. Heating at the hotel is excellent. Even in the depths of winter, it’s comfortable enough to wear short sleeves indoors while watching snowflakes drift past the window. The rooms are relatively spacious. While some of the furnishings show signs of age, they are well maintained and add a certain sense of character rather than detracting from the experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and provide information when needed. Their warmth and attentiveness contribute greatly to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hotel offers a cozy, reliable retreat amid the harsh winter climate, blending practicality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality—an excellent choice for travelers visiting the Yabuli ski area.
