Book a family room with 2x single and 1x queen bed. Room size is small considering this is a family room type. However, the hotel make up for its great location, just across the central walking street. Since the weather is extremely cold during the winter, getting a hotel right next to the walking street is an ideal consideration.

This hotel was in a great location! We were close to Sophia Church, Zhongyang pedestrian street, and within walkable distance of a park and the Songhua River. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I found things to eat each morning, and they changed up some of the dishes served, which was nice. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, I want to give a special shoutout to 王颖. I spoke with her before arriving in Harbin to let her know that our flight arrived late at night. Through WeChat (my Chinese is not good), she helped me schedule a car and helped me work with a robot that delivers food to your room, plus a list of other things. 🤭 I found out she was often helpful when she wasn't on duty, which she did not have to do. I am so thankful for the kindness shown by 王颖. I will tell my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Harbin!

My brother and I loved our stay at Qiuguo hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. It was also very near to a metro stop, and in an area with many delicious restaurants. Service was also fantastic, and the staff even helped us find a nearby doctor when my brother became sick (always scary while traveling internationally)!
The only con was that the cell service and wifi in our rooms was sometimes not strong, but this was intermittent and when we ran into challenges we just came down to the lobby and all was fine there. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was beautifully designed, combining luxury and comfort perfectly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-quality amenities. The view from the window was breathtaking, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi.
Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovarlo, come è incorporato in un edificio insieme ad altre aziende, ma una volta dentro si dimostra un gemma nascosto. La struttura è molto attraente, e il servizio è molto amichevole, che cerca di soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti, il tè e il caffè pomeriggio e la strada principale raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Le camere sono nuove, pulite e ben attrezzate - anche con musica mentre si fa la doccia.
Un piccolo frigo sarebbe comunque grande.
In generale, vorrei raccomandare di rimanere qui e ritornerò.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è buona, ma un po' costosa. Qualità del personale del desk front incoerente. Alcuni sono proattivi esp Signora LL ma il personale maschile in servizio di notte sembra meno organizzato e ha un pericolo. La palestra ha solo un palco e è nel seminterrato che si sente un po 'creply. Lavastoviglie sono utili ma non ordinate (e sembrano da altre recensioni, per un po'). La maggior parte eccellente sarebbe la squadra di colazione di donne medievali. Tutti timido, entusiasta e gentile! Colazione principalmente cinese, ma una buona varietà. Le camere offrono un riscaldamento o un aria condizionata e docce potenti.

OOddestaudL'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ci è stato dato un check-in precoce quando siamo arrivati alle 10.
La stanza è calda in inverno, con acqua calda, grande ventilazione, il letto e la cottura sono molto morbide e confortevoli.
Le camere sono prove sonore o non abbiamo sentito nessun altro cliente. Ci è una lavanderia gratuita per gli ospiti. Completamente innamorato di questo posto. Perfetto soggiorno se non per il servizio clienti che diverti tale esperienza.
Il personale è il coniglio, ci siamo rimasti due volte a Hanrei, e quando ho controllato la seconda volta, il desk mi ha costretto a mostrarle che l'ho controllato l'ultima volta. Quando non ho ancora esaminato la prima volta e le ho detto che lo farei più tardi, lei si rifiutò di lasciarci finché non è finita. Ero stanco e non riuscivo a trovare come esaminare, quindi le ho dato il mio telefono (percio' lei ci avrebbe fatto e ci avrebbe lasciato andare) e lei si è data cinque stelle.
Il desk front non ha molto ospite, è peggio parlare inglese con loro, dare gli occhi a vicenda e gigliare ogni volta che chiediamo domande in inglese. Uno di loro era terribile e ci ha dato informazioni molto cattive sul festival di ghiaccio di neve, anche se è locale. Non sicuramente si tratta di screw con noi.
La gestione dell'hotel deve guardare nella squadra.

We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need.
Restaurant :
The restaurant was very clean and warm.
They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish.
Service :
Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too.
Around the hotel :
There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too.

TtorinessThis hotel is nice enough, fairly newly renovated with big clean rooms and our river view room had a lovely view… but it’s in a *very* inconvenient location unless you have your own car or private transport booked. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the ice and snow world that’s true but good luck to you getting a didi or taxi to come to the hotel in the morning to take you there!!!! After trying to book a didi multiple times with no response we had to take the 1 hour+ long bus instead. There’s also nowhere nearby to go for dinner within walking distance when it’s -20 degrees. The reception staff are also quite unhelpful (our taxi driver to get us to the station came to wrong spot - all we wanted was for reception to talk on the phone to the driver) and eating food when they are working.

AagrixDurante il nostro soggiorno nell'EaseLF Hotel 2-night abbiamo avuto sia i vantaggi che le svantaggiamenti. La posizione dell'hotel è innegabilemente conveniente, situato vicino a una stazione di metropolitana, e il personale di accoglienza ha dimostrato una magnifica ospitalità. Tuttavia, le offerte per colazione erano deludenti, con scelte limitate che non soddisfacevano le nostre aspettative.
La nostra camera, pur funzionale, non era più pulita, come abbiamo notato polvere visibile, e l’assenza di finestre nella nostra camera assegnata era un notevole svantaggio. HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, il dipendente che lavora all'Hotel Sun Castle Resort è molto bello, utile e amichevole, ci aiuta con le difficoltà che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro soggiorno. A causa delle barriere linguistiche, era paziente nel tradurla a noi e nonostante la folla che lo ha fatto entrare e fare impegnativo, si occupava di una per l'altra con classe, professionalità e aiuto di ogni persona. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e vacanza a Harbin. Grazie mille per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una grande. Lo apprezzeremo 10/10

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was in the superb location. It was very close to the Province Museum metro station. It took me about 5min to walk to the station for line 2 and line 1. Line 2 will take you to the most of the famous place such as the Sun Island, the Ice and Snow Festival, the Walking street Zhongyang, the Sophia Cathedral square..
The hotel is also near the Hongbo underground shopping center where we can buy a lot of good winter stuffs for the -20°C.
The hotel is close to many good restaurants around. Everything is about 5 min walk.
Staffs are nice specially Ms Wang who helped us to book for the massage service and call out the taxi to bring us to the Blind massage address. She even use her account to book for us so we can get the very good price. Thanks a lot Ms Wang for your dedicate support. We are so appreciated.
The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of variety for Western and Asian. They changed the menu daily so we dont get sick of it.
The only downside is the building was a bit old and dated. The shower ceiling start to be moulded. The water pressure is good and strong. Room temperature can be manually adjusted by our preference. The bed was comfortable to guarantee a good night sleep.The house keeper was doing a good job to keep the place clean.
Overall the hotel is a good place to stay if you are not fussy. We were out all day explored in the cold air, we need a good bed to sleep, a hot shower and hot bath to relax, a warm room with a cozy sofa and wake up with a nice breakfast. What's else do we expect ???

TTJBest location located right next to Sofia church. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Got a luggage storage room. Breakfast is very nice with a lot of variety and changes daily. Highly recommended
