Ohh io davvero amo tutto su questo hotel!!! Il suo molto instagrammabile e tiktok degno! Il mio ragazzo davvero lo ama anche !!! Mi continua a complimentarmi per la scelta dell'hotel e della stanza! La posizione è 10/10. Il suo camminabile a quasi tutti i punti caldi!! Molto facile da ottenere anche uber/didi! Eravamo lì per 4 notti e poi andammo a farlo avanti dopo che dovevamo entrare in un altro hotel, ma l'abbiamo cancellato e andammo a HYDE di nuovo invece! Amore Love Love Love Love 💕🎀

Il personale era caldo, amichevole e sempre pronto a aiutarci, rendendoci benvenuti durante la nostra visita. È un nuovo hotel, tutto era pulito, moderno e ben mantenuto. Le camere e le strutture erano senza spot e l'ambiente generale si sentiva fresco e confortevole.

From the moment we handed our car over to the valet, we felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and effortless. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented—it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority. The facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained and of a very high standard. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. We were warmly greeted, shown around the buffet, and escorted to our table. The buffet offered a great selection of quality food, and the exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. When it was time to leave, the concierge promptly brought our car around with the same friendly and professional attitude we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Pan Pacific Perth to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience.

The hotel is in a good location by the Swan River and close to the free CAT bus stop. We stayed for 8 nights, but bathroom amenities such as a shower cap, razor, bar soap, cotton pads, and slippers were not provided daily. We had to call and request them each time. Another issue is that the hotel does not provide parking, and the discount offered is very limited—paying directly elsewhere was cheaper.

Avevo davvero goduto l'hotel, abbiamo prenotato qui mentre eravamo rimasti all'hotel vibe di Adelaide . Tutto bene tranne, colazione in Perth annuncia succo di frutta non è una bevanda chirurgica, yuk !! Eravamo... controllati da una bella signora, tutto bene fino a quando non ho accennato le luci nel bagno, le luci erano come le luci di strobo... l'uomo di manutenzione venne a dire che aveva bisogno di un elettrico che potrebbe essere qualche giorno. La signora che ci ha controllati diceva che potevamo cambiare le stanze, decise di farlo, ma uscì per un passo prima. Quando tornavamo, era fuori servizio e un uomo che era in piedi era molto brutto e insisteva che non dovevamo cambiare le stanze la luce di flash potrebbe essere switchata come in un separato switch. Ho suggerito che le luce di flash potrebbero causare un'adeguatezza epilettica. Continuò a insistere che tutte le camere avessero la stessa colpa e ci portò in camera per mostrarci come andare in giro. Ho insistito sul cambiamento delle camere perché potevo sbagliare la luce nel buio. Il nostro ufficio è stato un ufficio, ma ha detto che andrebbe a controllare la stanza per vedere se c'erano le luci. E poi, se fosse a ricezione, lo evitiamo.Tutti gli altri membri del personale erano fantastici.

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

Servizio Ci sono 2 carte uno per ascensore e camera che è inconveniente soprattutto dopo lunga e sgradevole controllo della carta non ha funzionato e abbiamo dovuto tornare e fortunatamente il concierge che ha aiutato è stato più amichevole e utile rispetto alla signora al check in

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card! The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

Mi piaceva l'appartamento, ha tutto per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, con lavastoviglie e forno. Lavastoviglie e asciugamani sono anche un plus. E' molto accogliente e luminoso. Tuttavia, le televisive sono veramente vecchie, solo la TV, e la carta chiave è costantemente bloccata, questo è irritante nell'ascensore perché è costantemente necessario inserirla; sarebbe più facile semplicemente tagliarla. A volte il personale ha ignorato le mie richieste e non mi ha portato quello che volevo. Il negozio più vicino è almeno un passo da 15-minute. È un po' confuso al primo, ma dopo qualche giorno si è abituato a esso. In generale, sono felice con il mio soggiorno.
