Functional hotel with good staff and superb location.
Fire alarm kinda trigger often. But of course, fell short for travelers looking to pamper themselves. The amenities are old, and they don’t provide room service.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was a very short walking distance from Perth station and the main CBD shopping and nightlife area. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived! And the room was great. It had more facilities than I needed, had I wanted to, I could have fully self-catered and treated the place like a mini-apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location! Room was spacious and service was excellent. The laundry facilities are a little pricey. Overall, we had a comfortable 10 nights stay. Recommended 👍🏼

Hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to King's Park, Botanic garden and Elizabeth Quay. Surrounded by shops and eateries and free CAT buses and the underground, too. We didn't need to hire a car at all.
Some miscomm about the housekeeping as the trash were not cleared and sheets and towels were not changed till we asked.
Bed was too soft for us, personal preference.
Free laundry and cooking facilities a big plus.
On the whole, would highly recommend this hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in simple yet modern accomodation right in the heart of the city!!

Location was great, we arrived expecting to find Mantra on Murray and was a little confused when they told us it had now been changed to Oak. Smooth check in process though and the man checking us in was lovely.
We stayed for 7 days, there were no laundry facilities due to the new Oak takeover. Around halfway through the week we ran out of bathroom essentials, but we asked and they had been filled up upon our return for the day.
The only thing I would say is our bin really needed to be taken out as we had been cooking each night, and the staff told us the room will only be cleaned after we leave which was a bit rubbish. We did manage to get them to take it though.
Towels were another issue since there was no laundry facilities, they did not want to take our dirty towels so we had to ask for new ones at reception and keep the dirty ones in our room, again - a bit rubbish.
All in all was an okay stay, adequate room but definitely some things to improve on due to the takeover.
