Last minute booking and was the best deal on trip.com. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the upkeep and cleanliness considering this hotel is quite old. The room was modern, fresh and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom is exceptional and very clean. The makeover they have done in the interior is extremely well executed and one would assume they were in a near new hotel. Customer service was fantastic and the check-in/out process simple and quick! Very secure with lift access only via room key. Lots of Car-parking at a reasonable price if needed. Would highly recommend

The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well.
Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night.
But overall still a great place to stay at.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room.
The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Hotel eccellente per la nostra prima visita, 2-night soggiorno a Perth. Ideale per camminare in vari siti, o saltare sui bus CAT gratis. La camera “Essentials” (basic) è piccola ma veramente fornita tutto quello che ci serve. Letti, lenzuola, le mutandine erano ideali, con aria condizionata e doccia fantastica! Un macchina Nespresso in camera è stato il bonus perfetto di sorpresa!!
Ogni personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato gentile, professionale, conosciuto, utile e amichevole. Kudos speciali per George (notte mngr), Reena (concierge del 9° piano) e Roxie (ufficio frontale).
Uno e solo il disturbo era che la finestra nella stanza era stata congelata per rendere impossibile qualsiasi vista all'esterno. Perché??? Anche se la vista fosse indesiderabile, le tende di sfondo coprivano la finestra. Sarebbe stato molto più bello poter guardare fuori una finestra. Compara il rom con la prenotazione di una cabina interna su una nave da crociera!
In tutto, rimarrebbe certamente a Quay Perth.

The room was so spacious and clean. I really like the room. But I think the swimming pool and gym need more space. When I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon, it was full and could not use the facility at all. However, all the staff members were very professional, and the service was excellent.

Sono stato deluso dal mio soggiorno e non lo considererei un hotel 5-star. Il lobby era incredibilmente piccolo, e lo specchio grande alla reception era confuso, rendendo facile per gli ospiti camminare accidentalmente in esso. Insomma, non c'erano bagni in camera, quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare il personale per ottenere un torso dentale. Il vestito dell'hotel era di qualità molto bassa, quasi simile a un ragazzo di cucina, che era un calo.
La piscina era anche piccola e non permetteva molto rilassamento o godimento. La diffusione del colazione era piuttosto media, niente di impressionante o memorabile. In generale, non mi piaceva il mio soggiorno.
L'unico reale evidenza è stata la bella vista dalla nostra stanza, che era davvero stupenda, ma per un'esperienza 5-star, mi aspettavo molto di più.

UUtente ospiteRecently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed.
Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant.
Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day.
Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues.
Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout.
Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these.
Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

Ppetrina yeoSiamo rimasti come una famiglia di due anni, e non mi sembrava che fosse una 5 stelle, forse più di una 4 stelle.
Quando siamo arrivati tardi, stanchi di una lunga guida, non c'era nessun ragazzo di campanile che ci aiutasse con bagagli diretti verso la stanza, e l'esp con un bambino in arrivo era difficile; ma uno dei nostri sacchetti si rompe e il personale ci aiutava a prendere una borsa dal loro negozio.
Non è stato fornito neppure un torso dentale al giorno di check-in e il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto solo che deve essere richiesto, seriamente, è una necessità molto fondamentale di avere almeno per il primo giorno.
La decorazione era destinata a essere classica, ma abbiamo trovato un po'sombra.
La parte peggiore era che il letto era troppo morbido e svanito, i prossimi giorni avevo un bastone.
Su una nota positiva il bagno era enorme, il bagno era spazioso con due cuscinetti! Il mio bambino godeva il bagno, e anche loro preparavano il cappotto nella stanza quando siamo arrivati, e mi piaceva molto.
Il giorno dopo ho chiesto un seggiolone alto, e il seggiolone era posto in tempo in camera nostra quando siamo tornati.
Anche il colazione era Ala carte, non buffet, ma era ben cucinato - ma non hanno offerto un menu per bambini.
La posizione è vicina al shopping cbd ma notare il parcheggio a Hay Street ha tariffe giornaliere/orari che dovreste fare in base al valore del vostro soggiorno. La maggior parte delle negozi chiude presto circa le 5:00 al momento in cui siamo tornati dalle nostre viaggi di giorno.
In generale questo hotel era più per coppie o per soggiorni di lavoro e non così bambino/familia amico, ma questo è solo il mio parere!

I requested for a quiet room and upon checking in the staff was kind enough to give me some more options, and was eventually given a higher floor room with good views. There was toothbrush available when asked. Bed was very comfy and I really liked the layout of the room with the blinds to the shower and the closet that links the bathroom and the bed. Managed to visit the pool early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to find the pool water was warm. One little thing though, I found some small insects crawling near the drainage of the shower area in the morning before I was going to check out. It seems like small spiders I'm not sure. But other than that, the whole stay was a really nice one.

Fremantle Frieze era proprio accanto, ma non potevo andarci perché era costoso, ma era vicino a South Beach e al centro della città.
Era bello che a differenza di Perth, non ci fossero molti Parigi.

BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.

Le difficoltà iniziarono quando avevamo un volo cancellato da Virgin. Anche se parlava con il direttore, l'hotel non avrebbe credito per la 1 notte persa (o prolungare il nostro soggiorno di una notte).
Abbiamo aggiornato la nostra stanza per vedere una piscina. È possibile vedere dalla foto che è più una vista del parcheggio. Non posso dire che abbia visto un parcheggio più grande. Era così grande che quasi si chiudeva la luce del giorno. Mi sono lamentato e siamo stati trasferiti dopo una notte in una stanza leggermente migliore. Ho sentito una conversazione da un altro cliente che era altrettanto impresionato. L'hotel sta disegnando genuino con la loro pubblicità.
È un grande hotel di conferenza con un servizio clienti molto di base.
Le colazioni sono medie.
Le camere sono stanche
O la stanza non era pulita un giorno e quando ho chiesto la risposta era ”sono troppo occupati”!!!
Rimango qui solo se sono di mattina in donna.

AAgnesCherI would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter.
I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!!
As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here.
The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious.
The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy.
Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.
