I migliori hotel con spa a Perth

I stayed at Intercontinental to celebrate a birthday. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which was very nice. The room was very small for the price paid, and considering the hotel is relatively new, it felt a little dated. We paid extra for club lounge access and wished we hadn't. It has to be one of the worse lounges I've ever visited. It was very dated and had no atmosphere, apart from feeling sterile. The food offerings were very poor. Evening canapes looked like they had been sat out for hours and were of poor quality. Breakfast was even less appetising. It was a combination of dry reheated food and cold food that had been sat out for too long, most of which was inedible. The lounge service was adequate but certainly nothing special and not five stars. On check out, I was asked how our stay had been and said it was adequate but nothing more. The checkout assistant just thanked me for staying. I responded to the hotel's generic email for feedback but received no reply, which begs the question of how much attention and consideration they give to guests' feedback. With so many hotels now available in Perth CBD, the Intercontinental needs to up its game to attract return guests.

Ottimo hotel a 5 stelle. Camere silenziose, pulite e spaziose. Gentili alla reception e presso l'area concierge. Prezzo commisurato al servizio. Colazione buonissima e molto ricca, sia salata che dolce. Possibilità di avere omelette fatte al momento. Unico neo, secondo me, per un albergo di questo livello, è la mancanza della ciabattine di cortesia. In compenso offrono le bottigliette d'acqua tutti i giorni.

Il Novotel Perth è ben situato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Nella sua passeggiata verso Murray Street o attraverso un blocco a Hay Street si passano molti negozi, bar, caffè e ristoranti. È anche a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermercato. L'hotel è nuovo, fresco e decorato molto meglio della maggior parte dei Novotels. le camere sono grandi, ben progettate e confortevoli. Non aveva bisogno di molto dal personale dell'hotel, ma non aveva problemi in termini di servizio clienti, anche se nessuno è particolarmente amichevole. Ma un buon posto per stare in visita a Perth.

The Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

Loved our one night staycay at ritz carlton. We arrived early and were able to check in early with no fuss. When I booked there were no rooms left with a king bed and river view so had to book 2 doubles but I requested it upon check in and they sorted it for us. The room was amazing, fantastic views, very spacious, clean and modern The pool area is great, we ordered lunch and cocktails that we had poolside in the sun Went back to our room and there was a bottle of bubbly in there with a note to someone else for their anniversary which was a little strange. We were there for my husbands birthday and there was no mention of that even though I made them aware so maybe they got their notes mixed up. We ate in hearth restaurant which was delicious, although service could have been quicker!! The songbird bar was lovely- will definitely return there Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We couldn’t order items; it was buffet only which was disappointing initially but the quality of the buffet items made up for it. We were able to continue using the facilities after check out. Wish the sauna and hydro therapy pools were not gender segregated

Come Perth AU è il primo hotel di lusso selezionato per la rivista internazionale di turismo di Oxian Xiaohua, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è fantastica. Il soggiorno alla porta del giorno è un autobus. La colazione è un pacchetto fisso di buon livello 👍 (ci sono diverse opzioni a seconda dei tuoi preferiti) spazio della stanza è molto grande, Il design di guaina è particolarmente preciso e con precisione. Il design di stile di design a basso contenuto è ragionevole. Il senso di esperienza 🈵️ punto. Il mini bar ha una varietà di bevande di frutta e guaina gratuita. Si pulisce due volte al giorno. Si consiglia di vivere con piccoli partner turistici di Occidentale e australiano.

Controlla e controlla molto bene. Amore che sia all'****** area in modo che sia vivo anche alla notte. Short drive dall'aeroporto e CBD. Torneremo e rimarremo!

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

L'unica cosa buona che ha fatto per questo hotel è la posizione che è grande. Le difficoltà iniziarono quando avevamo un volo cancellato da Virgin. Anche se parlava con il direttore, l'hotel non avrebbe credito per la 1 notte persa (o prolungare il nostro soggiorno di una notte). Abbiamo aggiornato la nostra stanza per vedere una piscina. È possibile vedere dalla foto che è più una vista del parcheggio. Non posso dire che abbia visto un parcheggio più grande. Era così grande che quasi si chiudeva la luce del giorno. Mi sono lamentato e siamo stati trasferiti dopo una notte in una stanza leggermente migliore. Ho sentito una conversazione da un altro cliente che era altrettanto impresionato. L'hotel sta disegnando genuino con la loro pubblicità. È un grande hotel di conferenza con un servizio clienti molto di base. Le colazioni sono medie. Le camere sono stanche O la stanza non era pulita un giorno e quando ho chiesto la risposta era ”sono troppo occupati”!!! Rimango qui solo se sono di mattina in donna.

Receptionist were very helpful and went above and beyond and understanding of my situation. I needed to check out late, they accommodated this and waived the check out fee. One of the receptionist even helped me push my luggage on the trolley to the taxi. Would definitely recommend! Was a great visit!
