Fantastico
PPetrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

CCharm-Purtroppo non è un fan. Dopo un grande soggiorno a Shanghai, la rinuncia è stata deludente.
Positivi: la posizione è conveniente e è vicino alle strade commerciali, alimenti, caffè e stazione Perth se si sta prendendo il treno dall'aeroporto. Tre ascensori che era abbastanza buono, non doveva aspettare molto. Shampoo / corpo gel / crema si scioglie decente
Negativi: la spalla da denti è stata fornita solo su richiesta, solo due bottiglie d’acqua da fornire per il soggiorno - il resto doveva essere ottenuto dal frigorifero dell’acqua alla ricezione, il telaio della camera si sentiva ghiacciato e non erano forniti scarpe da letto, la camera era insufficiente. Points dated (no usb) Prenotato una camera da letto re ma è stato dato due letti doppi. Non mi piaceva, ma non volevo fare una cazzo di. La stanza aveva una vista zero e stavo affrontando un altro hotel (?!), macchine e non mi sentivo sicuro aprire le tende. NOISE - poteva sentire la porta successiva aperta e chiusa il tavolo, bagno, parlare, ecc
Anche all'interno della stanza c'era ALOT di rumore, dal aria condizionata, dal frigo, ecc. che dà un paura quando si cerca di dormire, sembra che qualcun altro sia nella stanza.
Il personale era relativamente amichevole, ma sembra essere sottoscritto quando la ricezione ha solo un personale che occupa il contatore.
In generale, ho pagato un punto di prezzo più alto di hotel di nomi di marchio circostanti che aspettavano camere/servizi meravigliosi come il soggiorno di Shanghai, ma mi dispiaceva di restare qui non appena sono arrivato in camera. In passato, si trovava al doppio albero Hilton, che aveva una camera migliore a un punto di prezzo più basso, anche se la posizione è saggio, il soggiorno è meglio.

UUtente ospiteThis is the second stay at the Adnate. The service, cleanliness and amenities were underwhelming. We arrived late - no water, tea bags or milk. Our room took until late in the afternoon to be serviced. Qantas crew trump other guests. The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday which surprise not only us!
For the price there are better hotels close by.

UUtente anonimoNon mi consiglierei - (1) Ero deliberatamente disposto a effettuare una prenotazione per un costo leggermente più costoso senza ”no custodia” in tipo di camera, ma fu ancora informato durante l'ispezione di amministrazione che non c'era custodia. I tovaglioli freschi sono disponibili dalla ricezione. (2) Il gel di doccia è scaduto il giorno 4, difficile per ottenere il top-up (3) Controlla il secco dei capelli prima di usare, la mia è stata trovata rustica all'interno di entrambi i fini (4) Il condizionatore d'aria era rumoroso anche sul fan minimo, ma l'alternativa significava sulla base del piano inferiore soggetto al rumore del traffico

--BT-Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler..
shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful…
Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better…
one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering..
Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled…
The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing!
Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it…
Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..

JJinge co Ltdstayed for 6 nights in June, 2 rooms, every day there was something left behind, hand towels were not replaced, tea was not refilled, teaspoons were missing, soap was out of stock, bedsheets were quite messy after being cleaned. there were dirty tissues still left behind. room cleaning was not in accordance with the star status and price

SStanley YinLarge, comfortable and clean rooms with lots of amenities. Service was excellent. Relatively convenient, with Elizabeth Quay station being a short bus ride away. We loved our stay at this modern hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe location was fantastic. The apartment shares floors with live in residence, you exit the Lift and were welcomed with an aromatic distinctive smell.
The room was nice enough it was well lived in, with visible cracks in the paint and grubby marks on the wall. The guest services were fantastic. Besides it looking very lived in! It was great! On the expensive side for what you get.

NNURAINIi arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here
