Hotel 4 stelle a Perth

Tutti i membri del personale che ho incontrato a DoubleTree da Hilton North Bridge erano professionali, caldi e dedicati. Da check-in al custode al pranzo, l'intera esperienza non era che eccellente. In particolare, il signor Eranda e il signor Henricus sono professionalità, efficienza e vera volontà di aiutarmi a risolvere i problemi della mia riserva. Se ho la possibilità di visitare di nuovo, rimarrò certamente qui. Grazie per tutto!

Good location near city centre with a bus stop right in front of hotel. Free CAT bus is also available behind hotel. Clean rooms with complete facilities including small kitchen. Good service from front desk and room service too. Thanks for the early check in upon request once room is available. Totally satisfied with the good hospitality in Perth.

Purtroppo l'hotel è in fase di rinnovamento per i prossimi mesi con gli operatori che vengono e stanno facendo un sacco di rumore da circa le sette. L'hotel non dispone di ginnastica, ma dispone di un giornata con un giornata locale con un passaggio. Il ristorante è chiuso a causa della sua rigenerazione e uno degli ascensori non funziona e c'è stato un problema con la piombo. È meglio evitare per i prossimi mesi fino a completare la rigenerazione.

Food was excellent, service and hotel all great. Only missed some TV channels and free movies for the whole family. Loved the place Monique

Overall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing, 

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Perth Hotel, and the biggest highlight was definitely the location. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Perth Underground Station, which connects directly to Perth Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel to places like Fremantle and beyond. The hotel is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping, including Kmart, Woolworths, Sephora, and many other stores, so everything we needed was close by. As Muslim travellers, we also appreciated that there was a Malaysian restaurant serving halal food just a short walk away, along with several other halal dining options nearby. The room itself was comfortable, although it is a little dated. It was spacious enough for our family, and the largest room could comfortably accommodate up to six adults with one main bed and two sofa beds. The kids especially loved having their own little space in front of the TV. The pillows were very comfortable, and while our booking didn’t include housekeeping, it wasn’t an issue since we were only staying for a few days. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a sponge holder in the kitchenette and a little more dishwashing liquid, as only two small packets were provided. We also noticed that a few of the pots and some dishware still had stains on them, so a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils would make the stay even better. I didn’t manage to take many photos during our stay (just this one!), but I can say that the hotel’s listing photos are an accurate representation of the rooms. What you see is truly what you get, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unbeatable location made getting around Perth so easy, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

I booked due to the location near to Perth airport as I was only transiting overnight. The free shuttle service was a huge plus and the reason I chose Country Comfort. Everything was perfect except the wifi in the back block 4 made a small issue as I was unable to watch my own streaming services or social media.

La posizione è eccellente. Ma il servizio di pulizia della stanza è confuso. Quando ci accedemmo e ci dicono che la pulizia della stanza sarà effettuata ogni quattro giorni, a volte lo fanno, ma a volte no. L'impianto è vecchio e deve essere aggiornato. Il personale in reception è molto utile.

L'Ibis Perth gode di una posizione centrale, con numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Gli ascensori sono azionabili tramite tessera magnetica. Anche l'accesso notturno all'hotel avviene tramite tessera. L'hotel fornisce shampoo e bagnoschiuma, cuffia per la doccia, bustine di caffè e tè, asciugamani per le mani e per il corpo. Si consiglia di portare con sé un asciugamano per il viso, spazzolino e dentifricio per eventuali visite future. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Perth e a due passi da negozi di lusso come Louis Vuitton, Tiffany e Gucci.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.
