Hotel 5 stelle a Tokyo

I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling, connected by a 3.5mm jack. The curtains were motorized, though you hardly needed to close them. The turndown service. I would leave in the evening and return late to find the room changed: only the hallway light and bedside lamp left on, a bottle of water and a glass on the nightstand, two chocolates beside them. The evening tea and teacup, previously stored in the cabinet, had been moved next to the coffee machine. These changes were so slight you had to think back carefully to confirm they had happened at all. The temperature and humidity had been adjusted. As if the room itself remembered your habits. Room service fell short of the ryokan in Hakone or Lake Toya, but well above the ordinary hotel. Each day I made two or three cups of complimentary coffee, played music, read, wrote. In seven days I finished three books. The research ahead began to take shape. There were drawbacks. No washing machine, but a decent laundromat ten minutes' walk away—a chance to wander the streets of Akasaka. The room provided HDMI and ethernet ports but no cables; for those who came to rest, perhaps a mercy. The minibar fridge was mostly occupied by drinks for purchase, same as the Imperial, though there was still room for my sparkling water. The day I left it was half past five and fully dark. Nel complesso, l'esperienza in hotel è stata nella media. Aspetti positivi: 1. C'era un ampio bagno pubblico, molto confortevole. 2. Le camere erano ben insonorizzate. Aspetti da migliorare: 1. Il bagno aveva un forte odore di fogna, molto sgradevole. 2. Una caramella alla prugna sciolta era incastrata tra la confezione esterna di due paia di ciabatte usa e getta, una cosa disgustosa. 3. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccellente al Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. Arrivati ​​in treno, siamo entrati dall'ingresso laterale e siamo rimasti subito colpiti dalla hall spaziosa e accogliente. Il check-in è stato impeccabile e il set di prodotti per la cura della pelle offerto in omaggio è stato un gesto molto apprezzato. Le strutture della spa erano pulite e ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri grazie all'accesso tramite tessera magnetica. La nostra camera era grande, immacolata e ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo anche apprezzato le bevande rinfrescanti (caffè, tè e acqua) offerte nella hall mentre aspettavamo il bus per l'aeroporto. Tutto il personale è stato molto disponibile, in particolare la reception. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Tokyo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: a poco più di mille (unità monetaria implicita) si hanno tre letti per tre persone, davvero conveniente. La camera è di dimensioni medie, né grande né piccola, nella norma. La posizione è eccellente e ben collegata. Il parcheggio è ampio, con molti posti disponibili e tariffe convenienti. L'offerta gastronomica è ricca e all'interno dell'hotel c'è anche un minimarket Lawson. Il personale al banco del self-check-in è stato piuttosto freddo, forse per l'affollamento, il che è stato un po' sgradevole. Tuttavia, chiamando la reception, il servizio telefonico è stato eccellente. L'hotel offre anche cuscini in grano saraceno!

It was very unpleasant that duringhte check in I was told that the hotel would be closed for maintenance from the day of my departure so that I could not keep my luggage after the checkout. I wasted good 1 hour looking for coin lockers at the Otemachi station and had to spend 4000 yen to keep my luggage. Il servizio è altamente ricco, in un ambiente tranquillo e tranquillo. Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento di base n che hanno ancora riuscito a dare un bel abito con vista sul giardino del palazzo :)) Se c'era qualcosa di cui abbiamo bisogno per un soggiorno più lungo .... Il nostro primo viaggio a Tokyo con il nostro bambino di 5 anni 💕 Speravamo di trovare un posto da cui poter ammirare la Tokyo Tower dalla camera, sia di giorno che di notte, e visitarla a piedi, e questo hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il mio bambino è rimasto entusiasta di vedere la Tokyo Tower proprio di fronte a sé, qualcosa che aveva visto solo nei libri. Il Parco Shiba e la Tokyo Tower sono vicinissimi. Gli interni sono puliti e l'hotel è ben attrezzato con servizi come bar, minimarket e ristorante. Tutto il personale è gentile e anche la colazione era deliziosa. Grazie per aver creato ricordi felici e meravigliosi per la nostra famiglia. ☺️
