Hotel 5 stelle a Harbin

La posizione è eccellente per questo hotel. Il personale è rapido e utile per tutte le richieste. Anche molto amichevole e ospite. Adorate il colazione! La foto complimentare che prende servizio all'hotel è fantastica. Non vi obbligano a pagare per le foto aggiuntive, anche se alla fine abbiamo pagato per più come ci piacciono le foto.

Hotel più amichevole a Harbin. La prossima volta che visito Harbin, rimarrò. Il personale è anche meraviglioso! Specialmente Demi ci ha aiutato in situazioni difficili. Ci ha aiutato molto! Questo è un riferimento di servizio clienti.

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

Il nostro soggiorno all'AOLUGUYA Hotel è stato davvero fantastico. Ogni aspetto dell'hotel è stato progettato con gli ospiti in mente e mantenuto in un standard eccezionale. Il personale del front desk era caldo e accogliente, e gestiva la comunicazione in inglese con facilità, rispondendo alle domande in modo chiaro e confidenziale. La vista dal 40° piano era molto soddisfacente, e il bagno era più che sufficiente per godere di un soffitto privato e rilassante. Il buffet di colazione era di alta qualità e una vasta gamma di opzioni.Il personale era eccezionalmente attento, quasi al punto di uscire dal loro modo per portare i prodotti che cercavamo. Le lunghe ore di servizio per colazione sono state inoltre aggiunte al comfort generale del soggiorno. A questo punto di prezzo, l'hotel offre una vera esperienza di alto livello e di alta qualità. Se visitassi Harbin di nuovo, non ci sarebbe alcun motivo di non scegliere questo hotel.

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

This hotel is value for money. It is located within walking distance from Line 2 metro station, making it convenient to go to Zhongyang Street, SongJiang River and Sun Island and othe major attractions. The room is clean, spacious and has all the necessary amenities. It has central heating system in winter. The staff cleans it everyday. The view from the room is also good from 16th floor. The breakfast offers a wide varieties of food. Really spoilt for choice. The best breakfast spread among the 5 hotels we have stayed on this trip. Thank you to the front desk staff 孙光宇 for helping us to extend our check-out time. We really appreciate it.

L'hotel non comunica molto poco e spiega completamente dettagliatamente ai suoi ospiti quando si accingono, non sapevamo che l'hotel offriva loro una cena al suo ospite il giorno della nostra arrivo, dovevamo chiedere, E, in questo modo, sembrava che dove abbiamo cercato di farsi cadere per una cena gratuita, il pacchetto che abbiamo prenotato aveva un salotto esecutivo felice ora e un pranzo leggero, dovevamo dimostrare di aver prenotato e pagato per un pacchetto. Il cibo era buono e siamo stati soddisfatti, questo era il meglio per la mia famiglia e io, dove in realtà ci scettico pensando che sara' tutto cinese ma sorprendente mangiamo più di quanto ci aspettavamo. L'hotel è un buon hotel. Vorrei consigliare a qualcuno di andare e rimanere lì? Sì! Ma devono migliorare seriamente la comunicazione e il servizio generale nei confronti dei loro ospiti, soprattutto gli ospiti stranieri che vogliono provare cucine cinesi, è necessario sollevare il bar e cercare fornitori di servizi bilingue per facilitare un buon servizio.E aggiungere più ricette di pasticceria al menu 😋

Price per night: ~$250-$300 AUD I originally booked this hotel seeing that it had a 5 diamond rating, excellent reviews + clean and modern pictures of the hotel. The hotel has a superb location and the service is good. However, the rooms did not feel clean and there is a lot of grime + mould in the bathrooms. The shower water is weak, towels are hard (not soft) and the bathrobe we received had half the pocket ripped off. Also, the room is supposed to be non-smoking but the toilet smelt like cigarettes when we checked in. The experience was bleak and did not feel like the 5 diamond rating we expected so we checked out 1 night earlier than intended and stayed elsewhere down the road. I won't be back.

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
