Hotel 5 stelle a Harbin

Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Grand Mercure Hotel di Harbin e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati, sono rimasto colpito dalla pulizia impeccabile dell'ambiente e dalla sensazione di comfort che ci ha avvolto. Gli alti soffitti conferivano un tocco di maestosità all'atmosfera, facendola sembrare una lussuosa struttura a 5 stelle, il tutto a un prezzo accessibile. Il punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stato senza dubbio il letto comodissimo e le lenzuola fresche. Ho dormito benissimo e mi sono svegliato riposato come un bambino. L'attenzione ai dettagli per garantire un sonno confortevole è stata davvero encomiabile. Un plauso speciale va al personale dell'hotel per il servizio eccezionale. Nonostante qualche barriera linguistica, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi in tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e per fornirmi informazioni precise. Ricordo distintamente Alan Chen, o Chan, anche se non sono sicuro dell'ortografia esatta del suo nome. Era sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e domande, prendendosi il tempo di comunicare con noi e di assicurarsi che ricevessimo le indicazioni corrette. La loro dedizione e disponibilità mi hanno fatto un'ottima impressione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel era situato in una posizione comoda vicino a una fermata dell'autobus, il che lo rendeva facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto, che dista circa 45 minuti o meno. Il tragitto in autobus dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità durava meno di 10 minuti. Tuttavia, devo segnalare che non c'erano molti negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, il che potrebbe rappresentare un piccolo inconveniente per alcuni viaggiatori. L'unico problema riscontrato durante il soggiorno è stata la temperatura della camera, che era piuttosto alta. Nonostante avessimo regolato il termostato, non siamo riusciti a ottenere una temperatura confortevole. Abbiamo quindi aperto leggermente la finestra per far entrare un po' d'aria fresca, ma lasciarla aperta tutta la notte comportava il rischio di prendere un raffreddore. Sarebbe molto utile se l'hotel potesse fornire un umidificatore, poiché l'aria nella stanza risultava eccessivamente secca. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero fantastico. La pulizia dell'hotel, il personale eccezionale e la posizione comoda hanno contribuito a rendere l'esperienza memorabile. Consiglierei vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Harbin e ci tornerei sicuramente durante il mio prossimo viaggio. La direzione potrebbe valutare la possibilità di migliorare il controllo della temperatura nelle camere e di risolvere il problema dell'aria secca, per garantire un soggiorno ancora più piacevole ai futuri ospiti.

Crowne Plaza è un ottimo hotel situato a pochi passi da molti ristoranti e Sunac Mall (ha il Guinness World Record per lo sci più grande all'interno, con lezioni di sci a prezzi accessibili per i bambini se preferisci soggiornare all'interno della zona di Harbin). Il personale di prima scrivania è molto amichevole e le questioni sono risolte entro pochi minuti. Situato in una zona tranquilla, quindi non c'era nulla di rumore o traffico vicino a notte. La camera è spaziosa (consente alla nostra famiglia di 4 con bambini di età compresa tra 6 e 8 anni) e pulita, la custodia casa è molto rapida. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato la stanza tematica ma cambiato la stanza normale per avere un bagno al posto. Sala da giardino e piscina sono decente e pulita. (Nota: è necessario un cappotto di nuoto, ma è possibile acquistarlo prima di nuotare). Una piacevole esperienza in generale.

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

Ho fatto un piccolo viaggio di giorno di Galentine con il mio amico a Harbin Ice and Snow World e questo hotel è stato il migliore della nostra permanenza. E' stato costoso e le foto delle viste (soprattutto dalla stanza ”cloud”) non erano accurate. La foto mostra nuvole come si vede da un aereo, ma tutto quello che abbiamo visto era molto basso, fine, nebbia grigia. Vorrei immaginare che le foto che mostrano sul sito sono possibili, ma penso che sia più probabile che sia fotoscontato. Il nostro soggiorno era grande, con una vista magnifica dal 41° piano, e i pavimenti di marmo caldi si sentono grandi sui piedi. Il personale era molto bello. Mi sentivo male per il cuoio nel lobby, perché erano molto piccanti e uno tagliava la faccia aperta cercando di strappargli il collo con la testa posteriore. Se avessimo viaggiato da Harbin a Pechino solo per il mondo del ghiaccio e della neve, non credo che il nostro viaggio sarebbe stato di valore, ma questo hotel era così buono che sembrava un vero weekend rilassante. Il suono della foresta che giocavano in tutto l'hotel lo faceva sembrare che tu fossi in un gigantesco spa. Il buffet del colazione era aperto fino a 1 pm! Sauna gratuita e tubo caldo. Se puoi permettermelo, lo consiglio!

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

L'hotel non comunica molto poco e spiega completamente dettagliatamente ai suoi ospiti quando si accingono, non sapevamo che l'hotel offriva loro una cena al suo ospite il giorno della nostra arrivo, dovevamo chiedere, E, in questo modo, sembrava che dove abbiamo cercato di farsi cadere per una cena gratuita, il pacchetto che abbiamo prenotato aveva un salotto esecutivo felice ora e un pranzo leggero, dovevamo dimostrare di aver prenotato e pagato per un pacchetto. L'hotel è un buon hotel. Vorrei consigliare a qualcuno di andare e rimanere lì? Sì! Ma devono migliorare seriamente la comunicazione e il servizio generale nei confronti dei loro ospiti, soprattutto gli ospiti stranieri che vogliono provare cucine cinesi, è necessario sollevare il bar e cercare fornitori di servizi bilingue per facilitare un buon servizio.E aggiungere più ricette di pasticceria al menu 😋

All thanks goes to Sunny she really made our stay worthwhile. She is an awesome person, very jovial, warm, and friendly, she really went above and beyond to cater for our breakfast on the day, and am sure she communicated well with the rest of the stuff to have us catered for on our second day during our stay for breakfast as well. Thank you so much Marriott staff for making our stay very enjoyable, The breakfast was good, though I feel you need to add more variety for non Chinese guests so that we have a plethora of food choices. But overall, we had a relaxed time and my family was really happy 😊 thank you for your great service.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
