UUtente ospiteLa mia figlia e io siamo stati in questo bellissimo hotel a partire da 5/10-5/17. Eravamo così impressionati e soddisfatti della sua qualità: pulito, rispettoso personale, posizione perfetta e delizioso buffet per colazione. (E il dolce libero fornì la notte) Il personale era molto utile quando ne avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo avuto problemi di stomaco tardi la notte. Il manager ha portato banane e acqua calda e ha mostrato preoccupazioni per la nostra situazione. Fortunatamente, le questioni sono state risolte rapidamente. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un bagaglio alla fine del viaggio, ci hanno aiutato a ordinare uno e a consegnare nella nostra stanza in un'ora, e ci hanno aiutato a inviare le cose in tempo. In breve, ci siamo sentiti benvenuti e felici di rimanere in questa struttura. E' la nostra casa da casa mentre siamo a Chengdu. Abbiamo aspettato di tornare al nostro luogo felice e apprezzare il tipo di ospite che ci hanno mostrato.

UUtente ospiteI wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

Il pomeriggio senza salto è stato prenotato. Il letto di 2 metri 4 è composto da due letti. La struttura della stanza è generalmente più piccola. La piscina è piccola, ma il piano è a tre piani, ma la pressione dell'acqua è insufficiente. L'impianto di riscaldamento è medio intorno a Chengdu. UUtente ospiteSoggiornare in una suite con vista sulle Petronas Twin Towers è stato semplicemente sbalorditivo: le finestre a 180 gradi dal pavimento al soffitto trasformavano lo skyline della città in un dipinto privato, e ammirare il panorama notturno ogni giorno era un piacere supremo. La biancheria da letto era così comoda che mi svegliavo naturalmente ogni mattina, e il sistema di domotica mi ha reso la vita incredibilmente comoda. Ma il servizio di Sheon è stato davvero eccezionale: il mio primo giorno, mi ha preparato dei campioni di prodotti da bagno e di balsamo in formato da viaggio. Sapendo che adoro il caffè, ha persino chiesto alla cameriera di rifornire le capsule di caffè nel pomeriggio, durante il programma di pulizia giornaliero. Questa attenzione discreta e premurosa ha reso un breve soggiorno un'esperienza davvero memorabile.

FFamily with teenHere’s a revised version of the review with that detail smoothly added: ⸻ Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Great to spend some time to take pics around the hotel. Location: slightly further away from the main attractions but 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station. Easy to call for DiDi at a reasonable price. Quiet place at night & able to get a good rest after a long day walk outside Plus point: The wifi strength is super fast! I will definitely come back to this hotel if I'm going to revisit next time!

Dopo l'arrivo del cibo nel lobby dell'hotel, ci sono voluti da 30 minuti a 3 ore per essere consegnati alla stanza. Perché non mandano una persona a fornire cibo o almeno chiamano la stanza per informare che cibo è stato portato, così potremmo averlo raccolto noi stessi? Sono molto deluso dal livello di servizio per un hotel a 5 stelle.

SSanmuyingshi過年期間帶全家人成都行第一站，酒店的性價比在過年期間成都酒店全線漲價中非常不錯的一家酒店，從入住到離店前台有位小姐姐服務非常周到，入住時帶到了電梯口，走的時候送到了酒店門口，忘了問名字，真的很感謝她，本來要給個 5 分，但衹給了 3 分，因為入住時交的按金居然沒人給退，到了晚上 10 點半，打電話詢問原因，告知白班的同事太忙給忘了！有點讓人失望，希望用心服務真的還要注意細節！

La posizione è discreta, a poche centinaia di metri dall'uscita B del Monastero di Wenshu. Servizi: Ok Pulizia: Pulito Ambiente: Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana ci sono molti posti dove mangiare, e la sera sotto ci sono molti stand di street food. L'autista mi ha detto che se si gira a sinistra al semaforo davanti all'hotel ci sono ristoranti caratteristici e poco costosi ('ristoranti mosca'). Buffet pomeridiano: Inutile, verso le due o le tre c'erano solo pochi vassoi di frutta. Una ciotola di noodles a tarda notte: Non l'ho provata, principalmente perché c'erano troppi posti dove mangiare sotto, e avevo già mangiato a sazietà.

UUtente ospiteÈ la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, la prima era per lavoro. Questa volta sono venuto da solo. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata molto buona: la colazione è abbondante e la camera ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nonostante l'hotel sia aperto da molti anni, per questo prezzo sceglierei di nuovo questo vecchio hotel a cinque stelle. L'unica pecca è che avevo richiesto una camera non fumatori, ma dopo il check-in e l'arrivo in camera, c'era un forte odore di fumo. In seguito ho chiesto al servizio in camera di risolvere il problema.
